Nice store. Help is always offered. Plumbing prices are much higher than competitor down the street. Purchased a 1/2 brass cap for $8.33 that I couldn't wait on. Competitors price was 3.50 less, unfortunately they were out of stock. Gotta tell ya, I'm a bit sore on that purchase. That's not competitive pricing. Lol.

Awesome customer service. Jerry is very knowledgeable and helped me to pick the perfect tires for my car. They even called to let me know that I was going to need brakes very soon and they got those fixed to in a very timely manner.

Tire prices were Great. Service is a little slow so you take the good with the bad. Spent 5 hours getting two vehicles done with tires and a front end alignment. But still very happy. Give them a chance.

Got my truck aligned and tie rods installed sat there for 4 hours for them to do it. Did a not so good job. Wasn't to happy when I left. They didn't put all my parts on my truck that I wanted installed. You want your stuff in your vehicle gone threw and thrown everywhere with grease all in your truck everywhere all over everything go here. Not a happy camper. Will never go back here. Rip off

I like many of their items, I can get lost in there for hours, although I believe many things are more expensive here. The employees are helpful when you need help and are usually friendly, but not always. My reason for giving a rating of 2 is because I have an issue with not receiving a phone call back from the manager twice over a 5 month period in reference to some information I was looking for that I was told only he knew. Two times my information was taken to receive a call back by two different employees, and still, as of today, I have not received a return phone call. While I understand that so much has been and is going on in our world, I still should have received that return phone call I had already been waiting well over a month for, especially after going in and saying something about what happened previously. I was told at that time by 2 different employees they would make sure the manager got my second message, along with letting them know I was upset I hadn't received that other phone call I've been waiting for. It's important to me to support our locally owned, smaller, non retail businesses, but with this happening as it has, sadly, it makes it extremely difficult to want to support this one. I hope they read my review and strive to do better in the future.

Went to buy a tarp and get a tire changed and I will not be back. The tarp witch was 7.59 rang up to 12.99 and when I said I double checked that it was 7.59 boom she fixed it. So are they over charging until someone notices it or what cause she seemed to know how to fix it afful fast. And don't go there wanting a tire changed it kills the man who is doing nothing at all to get you started. Not to mention he had the worst attitude of and place I've been to get a tire changed lol. No one should be in tears from you radiating tention when you are the one who cut me short from the start because you had 3 and a half hours left and didn't want anymore people in. Afful afful service

Been going to this location for years, but not anymore! Tried to charge me $74 for 2 bags of Sportmix dog food. They told me they had to mark it up to make a profit like they wasn't already. I went to co-op in Cleveland and they are way cheaper even with making a profit off their food. I'll be going to Cleveland from now on.

Cashier acted as if I bothered her by making a purchase and then she kinda tossed my receipt at me. Very rude
