Today was a difficult day for me and my family. We had to put our dog down to rest. The vet suggested powdered lime so that Sparkles wouldn’t be disturbed by other animals. This review is for Brian, the gentleman at checkout. He was compassionate and understanding what I was dealing with. Brian went above and beyond customer service. With two simple words Brian made this day a little easier to deal with. We need more people in this world like Brian. His heart felt gesture spoke volumes and in doing so Ashland City Tractor Supply gained a customer for life. Thank you Brian and god bless you.

An elderly man bought a new cub cadet zero turn. Had it maybe a month. Used it once, no issues. He gets it out a second time and the awful noise it made. He put it up. Went to tractor supply in Ashland City Tn. They wouldn't even look at it, you must have hit something and bent the blade. How can that happen when all he did was drive it out of his shed and the blades weren't on. Great customer service! I will spread the word on your store. Make sure people are aware on how you take care of your customers. You have lost one. I know no big deal only one. Alot of people know this man.

How long does it take to get a hot water heater replaced and fixed. It’s crazy to me that the pet station has been down for months. I have called the corporate office twice and the store on many occasions. Out of all the pet stations in middle TN the TSC location has the best pet station. Always clean and ready to go. However it’s honestly ridiculous that the water heater can’t become operational after months of calling.

Outstanding! If I could give 10 stars I would! Went there on Veterans Day. No expectation of anything other than what I needed. I was so impressed and honored to find a parking spot for veterans. Got me choked up inside. During my purchase, I also received 15% military discount. I was so blessed. Only thing I wish they would do across the organization is offer a 10% discount to the vets everyday. I would stop shopping at Lowes and Home Depot if they did. Always looking for ways to save $$$! However, I love the home town feel you get in their store and love shopping their regardless. I also learned that they have a pet grooming/bath in their stores now!!! Wow!!! Love it!!!Way to go Tractor Supply!! You knocked it out of the park!!!

I placed a pick up order today 1/15/23 and they marked me out on one item and had me picking up one item in Springfield and one item in Ashland city . When I arrived at the Ashland City store I found all items there and I was really upset that I had one item pending in Springfield and one item there and one item marked out but the manager Kimberly that was there calmly deescalated the situation and helped me to resolve it . I usually spend no less than 40 a week here and often times more. .Customer service like Kimberly provided is very important to keep customers like me coming back . She should be commended as well as the young man who was helping her . It was very much appreciated on an already stressful day . Thank you

Earlier today, I sent my son to this TSC location to buy 3 carriage bolts. The cost was approximately $6. I returned a few hours later to purchase 4 more bolts, and was charged $5.99 per bolt, for a total of $26 for 4 bolts! My wife commented that the price of bolts must have gone through the roof in just a few hours. The clerk replied, "no, the person who rang them up last time just did it wrong." She was not about to budge to correct the error, so I paid for them and left. When we got to the car, I called my son who purchased the 3 bolts for me earlier and I told him what just happened. He said the bolts are marked at $5.99 per lb, and that's what he paid. He asked me to describe the clerk, and after I did he said it was the same clerk who waited on him. So when she said "no, the person who rang them up last time just did it wrong," I guess it didn't register that it was her...she WAS the clerk. The first transaction total was correct at $5.99 per lb, but my transaction was charged at $5.99 EACH for the exact same product. It really bothers me that the clerk would absolutely not even consider double checking her error, and refused to make it right. Very poor customer service! Never again...I will take my business elsewhere!

I have shopped at various Tractor Supply's for years now and this location is the best! We recently purchased a trailer here that had some issues. We've had several other trailers from here and never a problem, this was just a lemon. We spoke to the wonderful manager Scott and he made everything right. It is nice to have a store and company that will back their products and cheerfully help their customers when they have a problem. It is much appreciated!

Went to buy a zero turn mower, picked the one I liked, went inside and paid. Trying to figure out the trick to get one started because buying the one behind it. Mower had already been Sold, unbelievable!! But the manager (didn't catch his name) went above and beyond to clear up the misshap, got a better mower (not mentioning name brands) for the same amount of money 🤑! Kudos to him, he knows who I'm talking about. Thanx

Can't never get someone to answer the phone, they offer a pet clinic but know nothing about it. In store friendly people but takes forever to get propane service. Been charged 2 times on propane sales. Crazy

The store was organized clean annd the staff was great. Was greeted whwn walked in the door. Was asked if i needed any help. They were nice. The stocking on the items i wanted were out of stock and have been for two weeks now. As far as stocking wise i say they fall short but everything else i loved it.

I am handicapped and have limited range of movement and cannot lift a lot of heavy things. I came in one day to get a 20lb bag of bedding for my Guinea Pigs. And I managed to get it to the counter. When I got up to it finally I asked the boy if he could get me another. As I struggled to get the first one up to the counter. He looked at me puzzled and said I don't know where it is. After giving him detailed instructions on the exact location. He asked that I show him here it was. Keep in mind I am limited on movement and walking is hard to do for me. I got aggravated and told the guy never mind I'd get it myself. So that is what I did and the guy never once tried to discourage me from doing it. Never said anything like ma'am let me get someone to help me or anything. So I muscled this bag to the front and paid for my 20lb bags each of things and put one on one shoulder and one on the other. As he stood there and watched. I managed to get to my car in more pain than what I did going in. But none the less I got the job done. Once in my car I called the store and spoke to a women who said she was the "manager" The only thing she said was yeah I'm sorry about that.. He's the only cashier I have at the time and he doesn't know where anything in the store is... So while I'm sitting here in my car and listening to this horrible excuse for customer service. I said ok I think I've listened to enough and you have a wonderful day. Thank you for the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. Moral of the story... If you are handicapped in any way don't go here alone because no one cares and they are the least little bit helpful.

They got some of the best prices on pet foods and supplies near us but the customer service is a little less desirable. There were no carts and I was there to get two 40+ bags of dogs food, so I couldn't just carry them around the store. So I asked the young man that was at the check out and he looked me as if I was ignorant. He said "their right inside the door!" Nope they aren't well i guess they're all out in the parking lot then. So I just walked out and got one. I didn't mind it was just his tone about it.

Worst experiance I have ever had at this tractor supply. I normally do not leave reviews, but geez. I understand the COVID concerns, but I was completely respectful of space. The cashier was so rude. I did not get her name (Update: Found name on receipt). I went in to ask about soil prices and she was hardly willing to help me. I went to bring a bag in and she yelled at me I could not bring it in. That is fine I took it back outside. How she said it could have been different. Then a man came carting in the same soil I had and she saw and said nothing to him. She was short and rude to me and my mother the entire time. I went outside to load my car and the man who checked out before me said she has always been like that to everyone. I normally try and give people the benefit of the doubt and say I don't know what they may be going through, but for the other customer to say she has always been like that lead me to write this review. Please if you don't want to be nice to customers don't be in the front checking them out.

The associates where really helpful and nice. I rate it 3 because I had to look around to see if I was at Walmart or tsc. They had one cashier that was doing all he could to check people out as fast as he could without being rude. If I had to guess there was probably 10 or more people waiting in line. I understand covid safety, but It'd be a lot safer if people weren't lined up to the back of the store. Open another register and get people out of there.

Store personnel were very helpful and friendly. My wife and I were hanging around in the store not realising the store had closed and we were the only customers there. The workers were not at all put off and didn't seem grumpy like most people ready to go home after a days work. Thanks guys, sorry to keep you late.

The whole time we were at the cash register, the two ladies never spoke to my husband and I. They only had a conversation each other. What happened to customer service. There was a young boy that was working also that my husband even asked a question and he did not even speak either. He just looked at the older lady for her to answer. Just not what you would expect from a small town.

I placed my order online (for the first time) to save some time. I got the notification that my order was ready to be picked up. When I arrived the cashier appeared to be the only person in the store. I asked her where online orders are to be picked up and told me she would page someone to help me. I waited 10 minutes before asking if anyone was there to help me. She paged them again. By this time someone else was also waiting for help on a near by aisle. A few more minutes passed before a man came to the counter REEKING of cigarette smoke and asked if he could help me. He very gingerly typed my name into the computer, then asked what items I was picking up. He then had to go into the back to "find the order". Another 5 minutes passed before he returned with the items. Two of which (two of the same item) were not at all what I ordered. I asked him if they just eyeball the items and pick whatever is close, because they certainly didn't match any item number or barcodes. I pulled them up on my order and showed him. He was completely lost. He attempted to look them up and said "it doesn't look like we carry that." I walked over to that aisle and found it. There was only one. He said "Ok, I'll issue you a raincheck for the other one, as he proceded to credit my card back for the other item. I was in the store for a total of 30 minutes picking up my order, that I could have shopped for, on my own (and will from now on) in 10 minutes, tops. Lots of bare spots on the shelves, indicating poor inventory control, and severe lack of training. Just poor management, overall.

I bought a Cub Cadet push mower and it was missing a screw and I didn't know if I lost it or if it was missing when I bought it. TSC ordered me two replacements at no extra cost. Great Customer Service!! Thank you!

I love and appreciate the sales people at Tractor Supply Co. in Ashland City, Tennessee. My mother and I went today with "an idea" of what we needed. Travis took the time to explain and show us what we needed. He was very professional and gave us a couple of ideas to accomplish what we needed.

I mostly get what u come there for but the service is nonexistent. Not many staff. Lots of overstock and not enough stock in other areas. Staff is not very happy to see customers. They just seem to go about their job and not be very helpful or excited to see customers with inquiries or advices. I was in retail my self in middle east and we were jumping like jacks when a customer approached us we listened and explained and talked and we always managed to sell sell sell. We had to have knowledge of every single thing in the store and its uses. But here if you ask a cashier for example he just shrugs his shoulders and says I dont know I am here in front I don't know what we have. WTH you work here and you are the only visible staff I can see for miles, who else should I ask????? I like tsc in other counties but Ashland Ashland City is the worst

TSC is my go to place for all my animal feed. We purchase fees for chickens, horses, goats, dogs and cats. I love the clearance items and deals! Staff are always very helpful especially if I need help with loading all the feed into my car. The Neighbor Rewards program is great! I get coupons by email and have even received one for a free drink! The vet clinics there are an added bonus. Great job, TSC!! You’ve got a customer for as long as I own animals ♥️

Had what we needed. Wasn't very easy to find, but once we found it, there was only one cashier. The line was ridiculously long. The cashier was a pleasant man, so once it was our turn it wasn't so bad.

Has great customer service by Jessica, but when a store such as this very small sometimes I'll ask him City it's to be expected. And wouldn't you know if they do have parts and suppliesfor their tractors!

Read the review from handicapped. I also am disabled with cancer and lung issues. Stop in at least once a week to pick up something for around the house. Have found them to be very accommodating. Thanks
