I pulled in this place with a bad tire and just about broke down! Some people seen I needed help and they was trying to help me get my truck fixed! But this low level employee said I was asking for money and I needed to leave! I did and will never stop while this woman is working! I drove to the next gas station the twice daily. The employees was way better and dressed nicer and was very helpful! Stop employing people like this! I filled my gas tank up at twice daily. I have two tanks they have 20 gallons a piece, you do the math! Because of this woman attitude towards people that are broke down at this particular location they lost my business!

Stopped by to fill in air in my car.. instead of air getting in, it actually came out (I do use air pump often so it wasn’t an user error). Upon looking closely found out the rubber hose was broken. Went inside the store and asked why isn’t there a sign that says machine is broken and asked for a refund ($2). Attendant called his manager and said we don’t issue refunds and if the air pump is broken call the customer service number! Tire pressure before - 30 after using that pump -11. Thankfully there was another gas station near by that helped me.

Was passing through while traveling and stopped to get gas a soda something to eat and to use the restroom I was told the restroom was closed because apparently people aren't allowed to use the restroom there after 9:30 or 10:00 so instead I didn't get anything and went down the street to the next gas station I would avoid this place like it has the plague some of the employees that work here look like they probably do

Very Slow service especially from the manager herself. She actually will tell the customers to give her a minute while she finishes making coffee or just something she could stop doing and go back to after she takes care of the customer. She also will argue with the other employees in front of the customers...not good. The store seems to only hire people who don't care about the customers. I will not be back.

Very disrespectful women working there! And if you ask them, they say they DO NOT CARE. The manager (old Caucasian skinny woman) with jet black hair literally treats customers as if they're intruding into her home. Mean and nasty I tell you. I watched her decline some minority woman for not having the right kind of identification. I heard everything and told the other lady she should call corporate on her for discrimination.Then, her and the older tall big African American ARE so loud and ghetto. I hate this is the closest store to me because I fathom seeing either of them but what can you do when you live in college grove and this is the only store!!!!

Always happy for this busy gas station. Nice local shop and good natured workers. Open nights, with basic supplies when we need them, unreliable on supply though (and I miss the Subway that used to be inside!). The gas pumps run very… slow…, and even slower if it's busy. Plenty of time to make a call or check your email. they have good coffee machines WAY less expensive than the Twice Daily, and just as good, but no barista. This used to be a Kangaroo, and I've noticed they have trouble keeping employees ever since circle K took over. That's the cost of corporate growth. Lost the country family environment and service. Downgrading from a 5 to a 4. The… slow… pumps should have been fixed five year ago, and the 1 employee will take a break, closing up the shop at random times for… who knows how long! Frustrating when you need a coffee. No longer dependable, but you can still pay a reasonable price for gas, and they've got drinks and ice!

I stop in here maybe twice a month and its normally just a regular old gas station but to night I went in and immediately greeted by Christina & Jacob. The bathroom was clean, the store was clean and the shelves were good & stocked!!! Way to go guys & gals!!! Keep up the great work!!!Id definitely recommend CircleK to anyone who hasn't been there yet. 😁😁😁

Stopped in today to get a simple fountain coke. They were out! Was told there wasn't even any syrup in the back to replace it! I should have known better to even stop there! Went to the new Twice Dailey's were they never run out of fountain drinks. Circle K are losers!! No wonder nobody stops there anymore. Very poorly run and filthy place, toilet paper is usually on the floor. Great place to get COVID!!

This gas station station is running a scam. They advertise a price out the front on the electronic billboard, then you get charged a higher price at the pump. I asked the cashier what is going on, and they acknowledge the issue and say there is nothing they can do. I’ve called the Manager and left a message. No return call.Unethical.

Morning shift is good but if you want coffee in the afternoon or later do not even visit. It's nasty, not stocked at all hardly any coffee. And this has been for years. I have called before and nothing happens. I would understand if they were short handed but when you see 2-3 workers laughing and playing on there phones, there is no escuess for the felth!

Double check what you're charged for your items you purchase. They sometimes ring up higher than the price that's marked on the shelf and the store will not refund the difference in price.

Nasty, nasty store. Floors always sticky, hotdog machine nasty and always empty, and all the employees just stand around and talk while the line at Subway and register gets longer by the minute. Somebody needs to visit this store.

I just bought 56.00 worth of gas on a debit card and went in to get a loaf of bread and was told I had to spend 40.00 in order for them to take a 100.00 bill.
