The worst customer service I ever had in a-pharmacy! Daughter had surgery, prescription was sent to this pharmacy, pharmacy contacted us to let us know the medication was ready to pick up. Wife came to get the prescription which included pain killer for after surgery, stuff didn’t want to give daughter’s medication to the mother. So wife called me to informed me that I will have to get to the pharmacy to pick up daughter’s prescription, left work cus daughter is being in pain all this time. I come in at 1:57 person asked for all the information then she wanted to see insurance card, I replied it’s in the car, she said we will close in 3 minutes for lunch, I parked very close to the front door so it didn’t take much to go get the insurance card, I returned to the pharmacy’s desk at 1:59 they were just talking to each other waiting till 2:00 then they come to the desk to say “we are close for lunch”And rolled down the metal door in my face!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

What went wrong? In the past the pharmacy was staffed with friendly professional individuals. Today, which is a Sunday, the pharmacy is not staffed at all. The sign on the drive thru and inside the store clearly states pharmacy hours are 10-6 on Sundays. Oops, forgot to change the signs. I’m not sure if it’s just this location, but the pharmacy has gone from 5 stars to 1 star. We all know staffing remains an issue, but Walgreens has a history of understaffing their pharmacies.

EPIC FAIL. Don't bother sending your pictures to this Walgreens at 9085 US-64, Arlington, TN 38002. Their printer is always down. Just send them to CVS at Hwy 64 and Canada Road. They always do a good job.

1st of all , The black male pharmacist was rude beyond belief. I went to have the COVID 19 rapid diagnostics test done , I was told I would have my results in 2hrs , my appt was at 9:45 am , after not receiving my results I placed my first call at 1:27pm I got a voice recording mentioning the staff was at lunch , understandable. I called back at 3:10pm the pharmacist answers the phone asks my name and appt time and blurts out my result over the phone a clear Hippa violation. I ask if they will send my result via email so that I can have the documentation I need, after telling me he would do that , I ask when can I expect it the mane said within a hour. Something is telling me to go to the store too because I’m not going to get it. So I drive to the Walgreens, they tell me they are printing a paper out for me. I ask the young lady if she could still email me the results she looks bamboozled and goes to speak with someone in the back. After a while what sounded like a lady with an Asian accent come on the speaker to tell me that the email system is now some how not working. And there is no exploration on how I would have gotten my results if I had not come back to the location. Beyond the worst.

They will not answer your calls and hang up on you when its finally your turn in line on hold. I have been trying to get my extremely I'll childs prescription transferred over to Kroger because this is the second time in 2 weeks that they have not had the medication that was prescribed. 1 being an antibiotic and the other being an allergy medication. They are hanging up on Kroger for transfers and customers. What a shame. Kroger and I have been trying for 2 days to get this prescription transferred.

The drive in prescription service is terrible. It takes the pharmicist at the window at least 30 minutes to give you your predcriptions and that is when two cars in front of you pull out of line and leave.

The tall guy who helped with the photo department on 6/11/22 circa 9pm has to be the absolute dumbest individual I have ever come across at a Walgreens store. I ordered over 200 4x6 photos. Many of them were from Instagram, so they were framed in black. He cut over half of my 4x6 photos down to (at least) 2x3 or some other weird, off sized, tiny photos all because they had “black areas around them.”So let me get this straight….I order 200 4x6 and you give me 110 4x6 and 90 photos that are cut so small that they won’t even fill out a 4x6 frame? Who in their right mind?! And then he had the nerve to catch an attitude, blame me, stating it’s Walgreens policy, not all of my photos were framed in black and I should have been the one to tell them or crop my photos better. Corporate deserves a call because he has got to be sniffing some type of glue behind that counter.Note: the first photo is a 4x6 outlined in grey. The second photo is what he cut it down to, some weird oblong size that will only fill half a frame?!

Worst Walgreens I ever been to. They are so racist. A customer and a cashier ganged up on me because they said I skipped the line .Which the two customers were in the photo line instead of the regular line And I went around them to the regular line. And the cashier refused to not let me put my things on the register because she said I was skipping. And I told her that I was not. And she pointed behind me to the photo line. And I said if they were in line. They would have came to the regular line instead of the photo line, remind you it was only one person in the regular line and behind that customer was a huge space and then the photo center. So then me and the cashier started going back and fourth and I told her it’s not a big deal. They can come up here and check out like they should have done so in the the first place instead of making me seem like they were in the photo line. Then the girl that was standing in the photo line came up an started going back and fourth with me. So The cashier and the customer both started ganging up on me. All over nothing. Then my sister got involved it was just a mess. While I was with my child and my nephew. My Daughter is only one years old and my nephew is two. So now I gotta teach her and him at such a young age that most Caucasian people are just racist. So Thank you Walgreens !

Since Jeff left the pharmacy, it's so disorganized and the techs are very rude at the drive through. Wearing your mask below your chin doesn't count and asking your to drive around while they finish the rx that was supposed to be ready yesterday- and then find out it can't be filled til tomorrow is poor customer service. I hope the new pharmacist will whip it back into "JEFF SHAPE?"

The pharmacist Jeff might be the greatest pharmacist in the area. He always takes time to ask if we have any questions. He’s always super friendly and remembers everyone’s name. You can ask him anything and you don’t feel like you’re wasting his time for bothering him. He’s understanding and thoughtful. Not just a person filling the bottles and handing them to you. He went above and beyond giving my children their flu shot. Any other person May have been impatient or bothered but he was so thoughtful and talk to my children and made the whole experience so easy. You should have a relationship with your pharmacist about your medical care and Jeff is that guy.

This location used to be wonderful.I have now had 3 different occasions where I have been lied to - to my face. I don't know what has changed as far as management goes, but this location has gone down the tubes, and fast. This latest occurrence has led to this review.I have been diagnosed with a very serious condition. My PCP sent in 2 different medications (rx'd electronically YESTERDAY) which would lead to a quicker resolution of the condition.However, upon picking up the prescriptions the pharmacy tech lied straight to my face yesterday evening and stated "we don't have anything here for you". I asked for her to please check again, as my PCP ALWAYS sends RX's promptly after visits. She rolled her eyes, stared at the same screen without refreshing it and again stated "I already told you I don't have anything!"I asked her, well what should I do? With a smirk on her face she said "Call your doctor". However, they were closed. When told this, the smirk on her face grew bigger and she stated "I guess you should call your doctor in the morning".Now keep in mind that this condition is serious (I have lost 30lbs in 19 days).I then called my PCP's office this morning, who confirmed that indeed the rx was sent in yesterday.So, I called this walgreens once more this morning and I was once again told that "we don't have anything for you". They told me to have my PCP call in the prescription again. And I told them, "well it won't be to your location, I can guarantee that!"They not only lied to me in person, and on the phone TWICE. But they also lied to my wife. Who is my "bulldog".Heads are going to roll because of this from management, on down to the pharmacist and the pharmacy tech I interacted with yesterday.For this to have happened now on three separate occasions (going back 4 months), is completely insane. Three strikes - and they're out.And for it to happen now, NOW when I need potentially life saving medications - and to be treated this way.. Uh uh. No dice.There is a male pharmacist there (or used to be) that was a godsend. I have seen him there less and less. He probably "got out of dodge" on his own accord because of the way the rest of the staff operates.Do not use this location, unless you want to be lied to, and denied potentially life saving medications - all because the pharmacy staff don't know what they are doing. Have obviously no training, and are extremely rude.If you have rx's there - TRANSFER them immediately to another location. Even if it hasn't happened to you yet. It will. Let this be a warning to you.P.S. I am a BSN-RN, and I certainly know what I'm talking about.

Worst pharmacy around. They have lied to us, won’t verify insurance and try to get full price, and just found out I can’t get the medicine I need right now because they filed my Naproxen through my insurance as though they filled it with Hydrocodone. Absolute scam artists. Got my prescription back and went to Canada rd and had zero problems. Have gone through this every month since I moved here, but will never go back. TERRIBLE.

This location decided to close over half an hour early before their closing time on August 25th. Multiple employees were standing by the register shooing away everyone who walked up to the door. (During my short visit I saw at least 5 other customers go up to the door and again be shooed away.) What was the reason for closing early? If closing early why not turn off the lights? Absolutely ridiculous.

I went through the drive-thru to pick up a prescription with my mother-in-law. The service was slow and the person at the window was rude. We wound up waiting in the drive-thru for 20 minutes because they mixed up the prescription.
