They had what I needed, however the customer service I had was awful. I did curbside pickup and the man helping me was very rude and unprofessional. I asked him to come to the other side and put it in the back but he ignored me and walked to the back. I then asked him not to put it in the back because there was no room. He ignored me again and just shoved my things aside to place in the back. Again, not what I asked. He then shut the door and walked away. He did not even confirm my order or anything.

I bought a pair of jeans wrangler, months ago,and the rear end of the jeans ripped out,so I try to get compsated for the problem, they had no data that had bought them there, but you had my phone number on file? I will never shop at tractor supply again.

Had a lengthy wait in line to check out several items. After the items are rung up and I take out cash, the cashier says “On no” cards only. There’s no sign to forewarn you. I stand in line 15 minutes and no one informs you it’s a credit card line only? Then when I use my card, I don’t receive a receipt. When I asked for a receipt he says I can’t give you one, printer is broken. I then ask for the total written down. He doesn’t remember. Ridiculous customer service. I own 5 retail business. We always accept cash and we always have backup printers. Not my usual experience at TractorSupply. This place seriously needs a good manager. Colliervillestore much better.What a great “Non Reply”. They said nothing and addressed no issue. Why bother?

Love the TSC! Recently bought a huge safe at a reasonable price and then found boots, Danner boots on sale! I’ve bought five pairs of Danner boots! My family and nephew are set with the high quality, made in America Danners!

Great people if you are willing to pick up your order. But they need to completely scrap their online service. Ordered a same day delivery and had to call them every day for three days to inquire about my order. Finally spoke to a manager and the only help he could offer was to cancel my order. Thanks for wasting my time and prolonging me getting my products for a week. I’ll never buy online from this place again

Great store. Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy to go in and find what I'm looking for. Only reason they don't get all 5 stars is as a parent with a child still in diapers they have no changing station in the bathroom. It is definitely something Tractor Supply Company needs to start fixing in all of it's store locations I've been in.

I was really disappointed with the website and customer service. I had noticed the TSC brand canvas pants were on sale so I looked them up on the website to verify they had my size in stock, it was showing three pairs. So I tried calling and no answer, so I drive to the store and after walking around the clothing department three times I found a employee and ask about the pants. Her reply was that’s not her department! I’m done with Tractor Supply.

Worked there for a bit was lied to and told I was going to be paid 11.35 an hour, come to find out after the holiday (when everybody is getting Holiday pay) that not only did I not get Holiday pay but I was paid 35 dollars also that was for 9 hours of work. (less if you take taxes) so I do some digging and find out that me working full-time breaking my back for this company that I was only being paid 30 to 35 a day, 8 to 9 hours everyday. DON'T work for this company guys they will treat you like a item in their store. Worse job I've ever had.

I went here for their animal vaccination and a nail clipping for my 9yo husky. They were friendly and helpful. I recommend these services for some animal welfare. However, the wait was a bit long and there was nowhere to sit. I have also had quite a few spam emails from signing up for service here.

My favorite store! I always purchase my chickens feed, snacks, and bedding. I also purchase my dogs food there. They have so many things! I could actually stay here all day writing how amazing they are. So go into the store and find out

Typically can find whatever I need here to take care of my small animals and find something I did not know I needed.They usually ask at the register "are you a rewards member?" Me - "No" then just rings up my order and doesn't tell me how to join.

We buy pet food, bird seed, and paint supplies for my canvas. Customer service is always friendly and helpful. Love the small town feel that you have while you shop. The smells bring me back to the memories of my grandfather's farm.

TSC is a great place to get deals on everything from pet supplies to great looking, long lasting outerwear. I love the ladies blouses, they are unique and feminine. If you need work clothes, you can get them here for less. The staff are always helpful.

This was my first time in this tractor supply store. I thought it was going to be much smaller than others I had been to. If it was they managed to cram everything in there that the others had, and organized well. It actually was by appearance the best maintained tractor supply store I've been in. They carried everything I need for my garden, my lawn, other type tools, and even things for my pets. Oh and I forgot to say they carry clothing, some is pretty cute. Today they had a special where there were some traveling veterinarians that were there to treat animals such as vaccinations and deworming it much cheaper prices then if you went to a normal veterinarian office.

Attempted to do a curbside pickup today. Placed the order online. Received an email saying it was ready. Called upon arrival and the employee said someone would be out shortly. 20 minutes later another customer pulls up calls in and his order was brought out in minutes. The employee that brought his order out came to my car and asked for name on my order. I politely told him I will be cancelling my order because I had been waiting 20 minutes. I called cancelled the order and told them about my experience and he didn't seem to be bothered at all.

This place never answers the phone, literally never. And don’t place and order for pickup thinking it will save time, it actually takes longer. They have some hard to find items but in the end you’re better off ordering online for shipment from another store.

Everyone was nice, but gave up after the third time coming up there to get a propane tank filled. The first two times they said they were out. The third time they couldn't figure out how to fill the tank. Ended up going to U-haul on Summer and was done in less than 5 minutes.

I was there to pick up a 50 lb bag of alfalfa pellets. I couldn't pick the bag up due to shoulder surgery so the cashier said she would call someone to assist and the person would meet me outside.When I got to my car, I saw a worker outside so I said excuse me in order to get his attention. He didn't look my way so I kept saying excuse me and he still didn't look my way. I guess I said excuse me one too many times so he yells at me saying he's coming. Instead of getting an attitude, he could have just acknowledged me trying to get his attention. Just rude.

Everyone there is super friendly and it’s a great place to get your feed or animal supplies. Not to mention bunch of parts for tractors and trailers. Never take a kid in there when it’s chicken season or you’ll end up leaving with a bunch of baby chickens.

I like Tractor Supply they're convenient to where I live and have a great selection of items that I need for various house and yard projects and a great selection of parts for maintaining mowers, weed eaters and chainsaws. they have an incredible selection of nuts and bolts, chains, and ropes. Sometimes they have some great deals and they have a really great selection of high quality brands of dog food which you would not expect.
