Helpful staff as always. Not sure why this store always seems to have carts of supplies to put away in the aisles impeding traffic and slowing down the pace of people getting to the store. The stock levels were good today which was a positive meat section was full.Quick in and out today. Better than normal.

Very limited food selection. They don’t have many options if you have food allergies. FYI.We have gluten and food dye allergies. There’s a very little food selection for us here, although, with the future Kroger opening coming soon, I’m very hopeful it will improve. The isles are also very packed and tight. You can barely fit down the aisle without having to pass someone.Really living on hope for the future one to be bigger, but not sure. What I do love about our Kroger is they do a good job to keep it clean.

3 scooters went dead on me and I was unable to walk to get help. After 2 customers and 2 employees it was the 3rd one that went dead. Well a long came Brandon. S very young, smart and respectful man. He saw how much trouble I was having, so he was able to push me out of the way of other people and he went all over the store and finished my shopping. I was there 3 hours and don't know what I would of done if this young man had not stepped up to help me.. !

Although Kroger in Arlington is always busy the people that work there are always pleasant and happy to help if needed. The produce is always fresh and I prefer it over Walmart any day.

This Kroger is always out of everything I need, and just not keeping up with the population growth of Arlington. We were supposed to get a MUCH larger store, but the brain children at Kroger corporate in Ohio decided we could get by with the store we already have. I think it's time we petition another chain to open a store here. With 20,000 people living in the Arlington area, we need a bigger grocery store and this Kroger is no longer serving our needs. Also, with Arlington being a more affluent area, we could really attract a great company to move in here, maybe even Publix. Maybe then our needs would be better served. I'm just tired of the store alway being out of EVERYTHING I go after. Tonight I went after 4 things, I left with 1 of the 4 items I went after. They were out of the others.

Store is limited but does well to keep things in stock. I recently wanted something in produce that is typically not stocked. It was fennel bulb. The produce manager said he would order and to check back in a few days. I checked back within 4 days and it was there. Almost always friendly and helpful staff. I have found shopping between 1;30p and 3p is optimal on weekdays!

Worst store does not have adequately stocked selection. Very small. Employees and patrons on that matter are stuck up rude and hateful. Worst store to Instacart in ever. Store management followed me around on every aisle instead of asking me if I needed help. And this was an African-American to make this so bad. Even the snot nose high school baggers are disrespectful. And my day you get a belt to the backside for being so rude. This isn’t 1967 it’s 2023. Treat people with respect the way you would want them to treat you. But there’s too much light, sense to you people.

This is worst Kroger I have ever used in my entire tire life. I have to use the pick up service a lot and my food is often rotted (spoiled bags of salad, and bruised soft already expiring fruits) broken eggs, missing items. The new pick up manager is extremely rude and has a major attitude like their mistakes are the customers problem.

Routinely out of stock of basic staples such as produce, meats and also sale items. Be prepared to have to visit another grocery store for a handful of things on a standard shopping list.

No carts avaliable. Self check out number 5 was malfunctioning to the extent it was almost unusable. No attendant for our cube of 8 self checkouts, which is very frustrating when self checkout needed them over multiple timed due to its malfunctions. Typically ok but they need to scale up to accommodate a growing arlington.

I went in with a pharmacy emergency perception. I was sent from another Kroger stating per the computer that they had it in stock. The staff was RUDE leaving me in tears. Ian in a white coat was the worst. I doubt a pet medication is not that in demand, they left me with no further help just crying in the middle of the store. VERY Unprofessional

Kroger needs competition. Empty shelves, not enough gluten free products, never see a manager anywhere, palettes in the aisles, dirty, produce is of poor quality, packaging meat in giants packages which is not feasible for a one or two person household, not a variety of products. I had access to Publix for 6 months. Their shelves are not empty, great variety of products that I never knew existed, clean, well lighted, smaller meat packaging available, customer friendly, managers everywhere, lots of gluten free options, produce was always fresh!

Need to make a return, but every time I have gone in (4 times in the last 2 weeks) the customer service desk has been closed and no one could help me. They don’t have hours posted off when they are open. I have been going between 11am-3pm to attempt in making my return. When I asked an employee when they will be open she said she didn’t have a clue.

Kroger has always been around since I was a kid. That's one store that I depend on. There are so many locations. Each one a little different than the other. But all great. They have come so far over the years and have awesome sales.

This is not the best, but definitely my favorite Kroger. They always have the basic things I typically buy, however, they do not always have a lot of staff on hand. I’m sure it’s due to the labor shortage, new generation, yada yada yada… but it’s usually clean, usually stocked with whatever you’re looking for - go ahead, stop in.

Arlington Pharmacy is horrible prescription, called in at 11:30. I arrived at 7:50 and they told me it had not been filled and would not be filled till the next day when I ask for a phone number to complain she just kept telling me that it could be filled tomorrow over and over, I will take my business to Arlington apothecary from here on out

This is my neighborhood store. I am so proud of how far this store has come under new management. This store is getting product on the shelf even with a skeleton crew so the vantage of the empty store is looking better. There are things that really need to improve on stock and display but they working on it!! People must understand since all that Pandemic assistance, people’s work ethics declined overall, so it’s super hard to recruit people to work jobs under $18/hr which is the new living minimum wage with this inflation, so shame on Kroger for not paying this people more to get in there and keep the store moving with stuff on shelf & speedy service. People got used to laying on their backs getting $800/week so the thought of standing all day & breaking your back for less than $600/week is crucial. Kroger got a crucial staffing problem so everything can’t and won’t be on shelves. The skeleton crew with just a few $$$ can only do so much. Be grateful they making it happen with less and that we have a neighborhood store.

I stopped in while visiting family and I'd like to brag on a young man by the name of Chris on the front end. He was so mannerable & helpful even in the steaming heat! I could tell he's a genuinely nice young man just by conversation. It's so good to encounter friendly people like him, who understands customer service!😁

I go in there a lot. Today was horrible. Went to cash register. The cashier was rude . The bagger put everything in bags without sorting. Put heavy stuff with banana's. Put food with meat (raw chicken) etc. When I asked to sort it. The bagger just smiled and kept filling full with everything .I had to go because of instacart / shipt. When I called to talk to management the lady who answered phone he is extremely busy he doesn't have time to answer phone calls. Well customers aren't important. Good note the ones on the floor were awesome.

Place is to small for such a large volume of shoppers. It's clean it's neat they just can't keep it stocked. Labor shortage has caused them to install 8 more self checkouts on top of the 8 the already have. I do like the self check out hand held scanners....scan as you shop boom your done...

This Kroger is a convenient stop on my way home and that is it!My recent experience was through the checkout where a cashier was being scolded by supervisor Ken. Cashier behind me apparently was on his cell phone when Ken came up and loudly scolded cashier like he was 5 years old. " Get off your phone, you know you are not suppose to be on your phone " ...I honestly blocked out everything else that Ken was telling this cashier, because after that first comment I was upset at the fact that Ken was speaking to cashier in that manner in front of other employees as well as customers. I had manager called so I can address this to him/her...20 min later..NO Manager. Brian , another supervisor stated that he could not find manager..so told Brian about how Ken should have taken employee to office in private. Brian than proceeds to tell me that this cashier has been written up and suspended for this same situation and staffing issues are a constant problem. So BASICALLY, this cashier is not the model employee but you keep him anyway because of staffing issues and Ken was totally justified by degrading him in front of everyone. If employees are treated with respect they actually may want to work for you!

Unfortunately my visit today was very disappointed. I purchased four boxes of General Mills cereals on sale for .99 cent per box.Not where on display did it say ditto coupon apt was needed. When I checked out I notice the price rung up full price after the clerk gave me my receipt. I told her that the cereal was on sale for .99cent and she told me to go to customer service desk for a refund. I went there and the young man did not give me a refund he was more interested in telling me I need to have ditto apt on my phone so I could get the sale price. Then he responded I can help you if you want me to and I responded back to him"The same thing just happen to my husband and the clerk refunded him the money back. So why he did not do the same for? I shop at Kroger a lot and this was a very poor discussion on your staff behalf. I am a very disappointed by his action. Thank you! I rare him a -1

I’ve been shopping at this Kroger location for years now and it’s always been a pleasant experience until now. The service is lacking and there are hardly any cashiers manning the registers. It’s like management is trying to herd everyone through self checkout registers. Once I go through the store selecting my items I have no desire to scan my groceries myself.
