The pharmacy here is HORRIBLE! I have been here a couple of times this year. My prescriptions are never ready when promised! Even though, I go the next evening to pick it up, my prescription is still not ready! Let’s not speak on the nasty attitude of the staff. I’ll be using the CVS in Target from this point on because place is ridiculous!!

This is the worst place ever the employee's act like they don't want to be there. Every time I go or call it is so much rudeness. I hate our company switch over to them. It is always the pharmacy department.

Started using this pharmacy 3 years ago and was very happy with the quality level of service. But recently the pharmacy has gone down hill. On multiple occasions the pharmacy doesn't answer their phones. I needed to consult with the pharmacist regarding a refill, called and waited 30 minutes after no answer hung up, called again and waited 45 minutes and decided to drive up there, while still on hold, and got there and the phone system was announcing 7 pharmacy calls waiting. I hung up and it dropped to 6 calls. No one ever attempted to answer a single call while I was there for 45 minutes. I recently need to call the pharmacy again and the same thing, I finally gave up after an hour and 15 minutes. Tried again the next day with the same result. My doctor even tried calling and gave up after an hour. I had the doctor move the prescriptions to a Kroger Pharmacy down the road and they were ready in an hour. I called the Kroger Pharmacy and has someone on the phone in 3 minutes.This is very poor service, especially when dealing with one's health care. I am done using this pharmacy. Very frustrating. Poor excuse of a pharmacy. I do not recommend.

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. I have been going here for years. It was never great and now it is just a waist of space. If you can't operate at capacity, close the doors. Horribly long wait times on phone and in person. The biggest shock, is there are many reviews saying the same thing, yet where is the owner or manager. An obvious "we really don't care" to see no responses on any of these reviews.

What refreshingly friendly customer service!A friendly employee actually approached me to help me find what I was looking for when she saw me looking at the store section signs. She knew exactly where to point me.At checkout the cashier was also very friendly & helpful. She gave me pointers on how to identify qualifying items in my plan's benefits.It's quite uncommon these days to find a store with employees that really do seem to know their store and care about their customers!!!Hats off to this CVS store! I will certainly return to shop there!

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever used. They never had flavoring for kid's medicines. They mix up my prescription with my child and text us with each other's medications. One time when I had the flu they had the drive thru closed and I had to wait in a six person deep line with a fever and cough. I feel like they are trying to do a bad job so they lose customers and don't have to work that hard anymore.

The absolute worst place I’ve ever been for prescriptions! I called early, like right after opening, and STILL never got my call answered. This is absolutely ridiculous! All those people working back there and not 1 of them can answer the phones! The heck is the pharmacist doing because he can’t possibly be keeping the flow and quality of service high. At this point, just shut the whole pharmacy down. Don’t bother with this place, go to Walgreens or Kroger.

They NEVER answer the phone. I literally left my house on hold (15 minutes away) and drove to the pharmacy. I had my question answered and picked up my meds in person while still on the phone on hold hearing “two pharmacy calls” in the background. I counted at least 6 people working behind the counter. Total time on hold before walking out with my meds: 42 minutes. I’m transferring my scripts across the street to Walgreens.

Pharmacy has been pretty bad lately but went today and the lady had literally the worst attitude right off the bat. And the prices of my prescriptions there are more and more every time I go with no explanation. People there are rude for no reason and consistently slow

I will never use CVS again. This is way too common. I understand the nation is understaffed but if you can’t operate, close the door until you can. RX supposed to be ready in a few hours. Went online and now says it will be ready in 2 days. Called another Cvs that can fill it in 30mins but this location has to put it on hold. Called and waited on hold for 1hr and 2mins with 2 phones. One phone finally transferred to the front who then transferred me back to the pharmacy and then disconnected. Went to the other phone and it mysteriously disconnected. Literally holding my RX hostage.

Went to have photos done and took about 30 minutes to put in my photos to only go to the counter and them tell me machine is busted an it will take a week to fix. No big deal. They randomly call me and reception was bad so the call dropped and I call back. They answer eventually and say no one called. I tried to explain the number was from this store they hung up on me. Was pretty rude when I was trying to figure out what the call was about. Don't shop here.

Slowest CVS I’ve ever been to and it took them 24 hours just to fill my scriptCollierville, Cordova and even the Winchester location have never been this slow or incompetent. A pharmacy visit shouldn’t have a wait time of 40 minutes before you even speak to someone.

Slowest pharmacy ever. Never answers phones. Best believe you'll be waiting for 30 minutes to an hour just for them to tell you they're still working on it. Out of meds half the time.

The pharmacy at this particular CVS is the worst I've ever seen. No attention to detail, no communication skills and an attitude that their issues such as long wait times, being hung up on, out of stock prescriptions and such are in no way a result of any of their own actions. For a while this was a great place to use, last 6 months or so have seen a major slide in that locations ability to service their way out of a wet paper bag made from extra long CVS receipts.

Shannon in the pharmacy saved me from having to check into a mental institution, today. And, that statement is not hyperbole. She was sincere and understanding while I had a bit of an emotional meltdown after some employees at a different pharmacy were extremely rude and dismissive. I mistakenly scheduled my COVID booster vaccination appointment at a different CVS. That led to, what should have been a 20 minute appointment, taking nearly three hours, between three different locations, and losing my vaccination card all in the mix. I was super stressed out (my own fault) and nobody owed me anything, but she was an angel right when I really needed one. In fact, every single one of the employees in the pharmacy today was kind and went out of their way to help me with different issues. I wish I could give them more than five stars. They were busy with people waiting for vaccinations and picking up prescriptions, and there was at least one disgruntled customer present during the time I spent in this CVS today. Yet, all of the pharmacy employees handled themselves very professionally and with genuine concern for all of the people they were serving.

It seems like every single employee I’ve ever encountered here hates the job and has a complex. I was price checking today for clearance and the old man working the register came and unplugged the price checker when I went to put items back. Like why would you do that? I plugged it right back in and he was like is there a certain person you’re price checking for…I was like “myself.” Why does it even matter and the audacity to unplug the machine. Will never be back here and even the managers have a bad attitude. The pharmacy always seems to be slammed packed with a huge line as well.

Terrible pharmacy and staff! Never have medication in stock, and won't even call and let you know! Pharmacy staff is rude. I'm sure they are short staffed, like everyone else, but atleast be kind to people who bring their business there. As far as me and my family....we have moved to a local pharmacy. I am done with the corporate chains!!! Never had an issue since!

I transferred my prescriptions to this location because we moved to Lakeland. That was a HUGE MISTAKE! One of the pharmacists is extremely rude. When I spoke to her about no one contacting me regarding why my medicine had not been filled, she got snappy with me. I explained that I just needed to understand why it's taking so long. She responded with, "Well, you know you can pay cash for it." I explained to her that my medicine is over $800. Yes, I can pay for it and receive compensation for over cost from my insurance, but I'm not going to. I also told her that I expect medical professionals to ensure that I have access to maintenance medicines. She was just plain RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!

Not sure how their service is, I was waiting for them to pick up the phone for 30 minutes... In the meantime I called the CVS in Target near Wolfchase, which answered almost immediately! Go with them instead. When I told others, they said this place is notorious for terrible experiences, so go figure.

Absolutely horrible staff working in the pharmacy. I showed up at 4:30ish one day and the woman at the counter asked me when I need my medication filled and I told her I needed in ASAP, as I was in a lot of pain, and she responded with, “well I’m about to leave and so is my coworker. So it’s going to be awhile.” I was in shock. I’m glad you’re not afraid to express how leaving work is so much more important than helping customers. This isn’t the only poor experience I have had here and I have already made a complaint to corporate. Every single time there’s an issue. Unfortunately, I have to fill my meds at CVS per my insurance.As for the staff working the front end of the store (not the pharmacy), they are wonderful! They always interact with me and are so friendly. It’s unfortunate the pharmacy portion of this store is a dump.

I have been going to this location since they opened few years ago. They use to be great and then last year, they went from "5 stars" to awful or "0 star". However a few months ago they got this lady pharmacist who has given this pharmacy a new life. You can tell by the pharmacy performance when she is working and when she is off. This new lady pharmacist is superb and she is trying very hard to make a difference. I wish CVS had more pharmacist like her.

So I tried to call cvs a few times. When you call their phone number it says "we can not connect your call at this time, please call again later." I had ordered a few photo prints and when I went last week the lady told me she didn't have my order in her system but I had a confirmation email saying they were ready for pick up. She told me she would " re-do" the order and im trying to call because id rather see if theyre ready first before I drive out of my way again to pick them up. Very inconvenient.

We use this CVS because I live in Lakeland and it’s close by. I moved here three years ago from Maryland and I absolutely loved our CVS pharmacy! They would do anything to help you out and when you walked in they knew who you were, spouse, kids, friends and relatives were. They were like part of the family. Anyway if there was ever a problem the pharmacy manager himself would contact the insurance company or the doctors office or whoever he needed to be contacted. Here I am told I have to call the insurance company. Well when I called the insurance company they say they need to talk to the pharmacist. I’m very disappointed to say the least. I don’t want to come off as rude but, I am not getting paid to call the insurance company, the pharmacist is. I never once had a pharmacist tell me I had to call the insurance company, it was always taken care of by the pharmacist or pharmacy manager. I have also had the same issue where you go to the counter and they see you standing there and they don’t even acknowledge you, they could at least say I’ll be right with you. There was a male pharmacist working there and I don’t know if he is still working there or not but if I go there and he’s there I walk out and drive all the way to the next CVS. The man is the absolute ignorant man I have met, I will just leave it at that. I like the people that work in the store in general. There is a nice female pharmacist. Honestly though I cannot give the pharmacy good marks. The things I wrote about in here do not even scratch the surface of the many issues I have had with them.

1 star is too much. This pharmacy should get Zero stars. I have to go through their drive through to pick up for my elderly mother in law periodically. Every single time is THE LONGEST WAIT. So today I decided to go inside. Waited to point of leaving without the scripts. I'm having my mother in law switch pharmacies. I'm glad I went inside and got to witness the pharmacy staff's laziness to the point out hollering out patients HIPPAA info to the point of everyone in line knowing their business. They won't even walk over to the customer and have the decency to speak to them through their plexiglass or whatever. The work ethic is dead back there in that pharmacy

The worst pharmacy I have ever experienced! The pharmacy tech in the drive thru (I think her name is Tyesha) asked me my last name and when I told her my very common last name, she threw her hands in the air and made this diva gesture with her head acting like I was stupid for saying my common last name. I have a difficult first name to pronounce/spell so I usually wait until they are ready so I can spell it. This isn't the first time I have experienced her immature unprofessional behavior and I'm sure I'm not the only one that has by the looks of these reviews. I'm a registered nurse and I'm shocked that they would let someone continue to treat patients this way. Perhaps she should find a different career if she is so unhappy with this one. She doesn't belong anywhere near the field of Healthcare.

Incredibly rude staff in the pharmacy, the Asian male who works the front desk is snappy and full of attitude. The black female working the window was laughing at a man because the Asian male said “Well you need to call your doctor and ask for metformin.” The customer says “what?” And he repeats the word of the medication louder and slower. Very disrespectful. Average customers don’t usually know the names of the medications they are prescribed, and the customer was picking it up for his mother.I received a call from an automated system stating my meds were ready, yet was told they were “placed on hold” upon arrival and to wait 15 minutes for them to be filled. This location needs to either close or be restaffed.

I love cvs . Way better than Walgreens with prices and customer service . In my experience.. for past 12 plus yrs.. they've always beaten Walgreens and alot of other pharmacies. CVS is one of the best, most helpful and polite, friendly etc places to go for pharmacy needs and other needs as well and prices are way lower than Walgreens for same exact items
