All 4 of our animals were brought into this practice when we relocated. It was a rather expensive visit but we wanted routine care. After a weekend emergency visit to Madison Emergency Clinic, our dog managed to remove a drain tube that had been placed. We called Ardmore Clinic as directed, and the receptionist refused to see us. Per the receptionist...."they didn't have the time." Needless to say, we made a bad choice of vet offices for our animals. Wont be back .Update: 2 attempts were made to contact "Monica" as requested. Both times, she was not available. I appreciate her reading my post and the office is now aware of a problem. My dog needed to see her vet....an emergency event. She was declined. Nothing can be done for my dog now....we made another trip to the Madison ER for help....but perhaps this will help others when considering this office as your care. Definitely something to consider.

Wonderful staff that are caring and understanding. They listen to you and make you feel at home. The pricing is very affordable. Highly recommend. They will treat your fur babies as their own!

Dr. Wendy is extremely compassionate, especially when delivering not-so-good news about my furbaby. She explains any issues in terms that non-veterinarians can understand. The vet nurses were wonderful and understanding of our need for privacy during our last visit.

If I could leave 10 stars I would. Over the past year these ladies really came through for my girl Q w/ not just 1 emergency surgeries but two. The 1st surgery was literally life or death & when her regular vet was too busy to see her, I called Ardmore Companion Care & they wanted to see her immediately. Needless to say, they're now Q's regular vet. All the ladies seem to genuinely care about your dogs well being. Q's terrified to be there & everyone's so patient & good to her. The drs & staff know what they're doing & go out of their way to explain & break down the issues & solutions. The facility is nice & clean & it doesn't smell like some vets I visited in the past. Again, if I could give the drs & staff at Ardmore Companion Care 10 stars I would! I'm so grateful to all of you & appreciate you so much

The staff here is very helpful and kind and caring. They go above and beyond to take of your furbaby, as well as making sure that you are taken care of as well. They truly care about the well being of your furbaby. I highly recommend the Dr 's and other staff members at Ardmore Companion Animal Hospital to take care of your furbabies.

I cannot explain in enough words how great this place is! We had a sick puppy and needed someone ASAP. One location in Fayetteville told us they could not help us, another one said it was out of their scope of services. We had another vet in Hazel Green that told us to wait 2 hours outside before they could see us. We ended up calling this location and they told us to come ASAP. They were so compassionate and understanding. Dr Wendy and her staff was amazing.

I honestly have never had a better or more consistent experience with a veterinarian clinic. Our family has taken multiple pets here for several years now. I trust the vets, the staff are friendly, they are so good with the animals, and they're also conscious of people's time and budgets. Our very first experience was sadly bringing in a pet for euthanasia and they were so wonderful and even sent us a condolences card. They made it easy to drop our animals off during Covid. They have thus far always explained things well and made sure I understood, and answered any of the thousand questions I might have.

Dr. Wendy is an Earth angel for pur pet family!! She cares so much and is brilliant! She listens and takes her time with you and lays out all the options. Her staff is amazing and they take very good care of you and your pet family!! They lay out prices too before anything takes place. They also call and check up on your pet after the visit! My favorite vet ever and I am so thankful to have Dr. Wendy to take care of our family!

I had to bring my puppy in abruptly, they got us in quickly. They were all so nice and friendly and asked lots of questions and listened. They also answered all our questions clearly. They worked quickly and did an amazing job!! They also stayed late to help us which they didn’t have to do. I am so thankful and appreciative of such great and fast service. Definitely will go back again.

Dr. Rice is a great communicator, always a pleasure to listen to smart people that know our fur babies. My recent experience was challenging one, but Dr. Rice spent multiple times of her valuable time with me by phone. I learned alot. The overwhelming part of her team gave perfect service up and right to the end when one member of the staff crossed the line with what perceived and felt was not being professional, showing no empathy, and not being able to proper communicate . This situation was quickly resolved and an apology was accepted and made right by the managing team. Thank you Ardmore Animal Companion Hospital staff. Your work is greatly appreciated for not only what you did for my mom's fur baby but for what you do for all of the fur babies.

They have been absolutely amazing with our sick fur baby. Only place around that would see him immediately, I thought that's what emergency meant ? W Staff was amazing as well, would definitely recommend to anyone in an emergency situation!

I like going there not sure my dogs do. They are always smiling and thoughtful of your pet being nervous. They can handle my Male dog with ease and that says a lot he's only 170 lbs of muscle, my little girl only weighs 130 pounds. So yeah they are good.

I've been taking my fur babies, all six of them, to see Dr. Wendy at Ardmore Companion Animal Hospital for years now. Dr. Wendy is the best. She is kind and compassionate, shows genuine care and concern for our babies, and has an infectious laugh. Although the animal hospital is a bit pricey, knowing that my babies are being cared for by Dr. Wendy is worth every penny.

Took my german shepherd for hot spot on her neck everyone was so friendly explained everything that was going on and how to treat her. We have used them before years ago and have always been very pleased with the veterinarian's and the staff. Glad we brought our new fur baby here!!

New office looks beautiful and is so pet friendly. The patient rooms are clean and designed with special features that made my cat very curious and comfortable. Dr. Rice and the vet tech were professional. They also understood my financial situation without compromising patient care. I believe that my fur baby will not feel nervous when and if she needed to go back to the clinic. Excellent staff!

They really care about the pets and let you be involved in making decisions. I have been to another vet who cared more about money and would try to guilt you into doing very expensive and UNNECESSARY treatments. They wanted to amputate the leg of my daughter's dog when all she needed was a cast. It's been almost 3 years and the dog is doing great, with no lasting effects. Love that the doctors talk to you personally instead of having a nurse/tech do it. During the lockdown, you couldn't go in with your pet, but they still got excellent care.

I was amazed today , Ive had 4 legged fur babies my whole life and have lived in lots of different states and today I met A REALLY REALLY great Doctor she was just so attentive , listened ,asked questions and really spent time thoroughly inspecting my 80 lb boy and getting to know him all while sitting on the floor with him and going over everything in depths....we went over an array of things and I left satisfied knowing for once a Doctor cared for more than just my credit card...Thank you Dr.Wendy ! I was referred by my neighbor and I wish I wouldn’t have taken so long to ask for his recommendation. I recently took one of my dogs. The staff was extremely friendly and informative when I made the appointment. They were extremely helpful and loving to my dog when we arrived, she was extremely scared and protective of me. They kept her comfortable and gave me estimates on everything when asked. I appreciated their recommendations and my dog is already doing much better. It’s a bit of a drive from Madison, AL but it’s worth it! I also feel welcomed as I received a hand written card from them in the mail today. Best type of customer service! I will be continuing my service there and bringing my other dogs.

Very accommodating getting our cat in when a sudden skin issue came up. Extremely professional with great Covid policies. I love that they will detail out the price for procedures and are willing to move them to different appointments if needed. Probably the best vet experience I have ever had.
