SAVE YOUR MONEY. I took my maltipoo here for a groom with Dillon. First impressions are everything and I could already tell he was having a bad day. He told me they were overwhelmed and had 5 dogs to groom today. I dropped Luna off a 12pm. He mentioned they usually start slow for first timers but I assured him she would be fine as I’ve been doing mini grooms AT HOME with clippers since she was 2-3 months. Fast forward Izzy calls me to let me know she is done. I ask if she tolerated the full groom and she says “no, my manager said you didn’t want the full groom, just face, feet, and fanny.” We hang up and Dillon calls back to say there was a miscommunication and Luna was “too tired” for a full groom. I literally brought her home and finished her entire body. I wasted $60 for something I do at home frequently. I will not be back.

I just moved here and was super nervous about having a new groomer!! My Pomeranian and I had excellent service and one of the best cuts she has ever had!! Groom was by Dillon!! Great worker!!!

I brought my dog in for a vetco clinic. I was surprised at how fearful of a barking dog the vet was. My dog is not aggressive and has never bit anyone. And I am okay with putting the muzzle to comfort the vet, however the part that bothered me was every aisle was blocked off with stuff to be shelved. The vet put derogatory remarks in my pets file even though all she did was bark and she didn't even fight when we put a muzzle on her for the first time or pull away when she got her shots. My puppy is a husky mix... it's in her nature to talk.

Great Petco spot! We came for some hermit crabs, the associates were super helpful and sweet, even asked us about our setup to make sure we were giving our new babies a nice home!Also I've came to this petco to pickup an aquarium lid and the associate was super helpful and had me in and out with my order in no time. This is definitely a great spot to adopt some pets!

Enjoy the fast service with ordering online and picking up in store but when I purchase in store I always get friendly and helpful service from the nice gentleman that cashes me out at the Antioch Tn location.

Amanda is by far the best doodle groomer I've come across in my area. If you have a doodle you know the struggle of finding a great groomer. My dogs absolutely love her and enjoy their grooming.

I had my dog sent to be groomed on a Sunday and once he got home I didn’t like his cut and said I’ll never take him back because that was a waste of money. He kept acting like something was bothering his area and then we saw this. His area is red and black and I called the manager who had a nasty attitude about me being concerned about MY DOG. This wasn’t the first time for the grooming service and his cut last time was ok and he didn’t have anything wrong with him.

Pick up at Petco was amazing. I am a senior citizen and had back surgery. I called the number and within 1 minute my order was at my car!! Thank you Petco for this service....my cat love your products and your prices are great!

Our senior pup is living his best life with fresh food and an elevated food bowl that I got on sale! Got a LOT of information about the benefits of Freshpet brand dog food. He loves meal time with his elevated bowl!

The people in the grooming are the worst people I’ve ever seen at petco. I went to them for a nail clipping. And I usually help my dog up on the table and hold her body because she had acl surgery. She’s also almost 11. They did not let me help her nor did they even help her on the table. They let her try and jump up and she flipped backwards landing on her back. She got scared and pooped a little bit. I got visibly upset BUT I DID NOT SAY ANYTHING bad towards them. I also did not bring it up to the manager when i checked out. They must’ve known they messed up because they BANNED ME from that petco and put a note on my account saying me/my dog are difficult. Now other petcos think we are difficult just because I want to protect my dog from people who don’t care about her. Also don’t go to IZZY, she doesn’t care about your dog.

Just want to say, of all the PETCO’s in the area, this one is my favorite to shop. Staff is always readily available to help and make sure you’re satisfied.Now I don’t want to blow her up, but Olivia is an ABSOLUTE GEM in there. She’s extremely knowledgeable and has helped me on several occasions with my pup issues!

The store is a bit too small for its needs. It seems a bit crowded. And it is a bit unorganized. It is as if everything was just thrown into the store. Perhaps they need a larger location to facilitate the needs of the customers. I had to push myself through stacks of merchandise and inventory that had not been shelved. The layout, while not confusing, is a bit tight. They were still stocking on a Saturday afternoon which should not be the case. Maybe they're short staffed as many places are these days. I wasn't fully able to find what I wanted because inventory had not yet been placed on shelves. I took what I could only because my cat needed her food for the day. I hope this location perhaps finds a larger place. Meanwhile I'll find another location for my needs. I gather the people are nice, but because they were trying to stock the shelves and put the store back in some order, their focus was not towards customer service. I don't fault them for that. Hopefully, they will either find a larger location or allow this smaller location to just take care of immediate needs. The area does need a pet store as there are many owners of dogs cats and other animals. Because the area is very large, the store may need to find a different location to accommodate a fast growing area such as Antioch.

Great experience. Always clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. We got the wrong kitten flea med last time and took it right back to exchange and Jordan made the experience seamless and fast!

Store itself is small compared to others I've been too. It doesn't help the aisles are full of carts of products. Clearance bins & new products that can't fit on the shelf. If that could be fixed I feel it would be a lot more welcoming.
