Very nice place to stay, quiet setting. Beautiful sunrise, nicely furnished and clean. We stayed in Dome 1, Eagle's Nest. There are several steps down to it, but very private. Pet friendly. Only negative is the fire wood would not burn, either not aged or the fact that the fire pit was not cleaned out and over a third filled with ashes, so no airflow as intended. Highly recommend, snowed lightly when we were there so didn't get to enjoy hiking the local waterfalls.Nearby activities: Hiking to view the waterfalls.

We were looking forward to this trip for 2+ years as we had to reschedule our first planned trip. We watched all the videos on YouTube and IG to get ourselves and our two kids excited. Unfortunately, our experience did not live up to the expectations at all.The site is BEAUTIFUL and the views are amazing! We were in Dome 1 and the location was great. We hiked nearby trails and they were so fun and the waterfalls were awesome. Our dome was dirty - cobwebs and dirt, long hairs on shower wall, and it stank so badly the entire time we were there inside the dome. There was no virtual reality set as shown online, no fire pit spot on the side of the dome as shown, no s’mores welcome kit as shown (not a big deal at all, but we didn’t purchase the stuff for roasting s’mores because it was shown to be included) only 2 outdoor chairs (not 6 as shown online), and the hot tub was so dirty my daughter asked if it was filled with milk. The electric outlet outside for the lights was a huge hazard and dangerous to plug in.We filled out the survey with this feedback after our stay and did not receive any response. For the price, really disappointing. We’ve stayed in places priced comparably and had much better experiences. Not worth the premium price when there are so many other places with beautiful views in the area.

I stayed at Dome 1 in November. Unfortunately, the experience did not match the many other 5 star reviews.First the positive. The location and views are excellent. Stargazing on a clear night is amazing. We also enjoyed the provided games. The negatives:1. Our dome was simply not clean. Dust, bugs dead and alive, a dirty shower, more dust, a filthy coffee maker, and a very dirty grill/brush. We honestly left the place cleaner than when we arrived. I can't fathom the $100+ cleaning fee that we were charged for our stay.2. There was a leak in the dome. It rained on our first night and water was dripping onto the loft area and down the wall. Luckily we did not need the upper bed for our stay.3. The hot tub ran the entire time. The lid for the hot tub is not properly secured. That amazing peaceful stargazing I mentioned above is disturbed by the humming and vibrations of the hot tub.4. One of the outdoor electrical outlets was a hazard. Picture included.I realize that this is glamping and not a high end hotel, but a total cost near or over $1000 for 2 nights, I don't think the cost matches the quality. The domes did change ownership a couple of weeks before our stay. Maybe things are improving but that was not our experience. We were offered 10% off a future stay which was laughable.

What a beautiful place to get away with your husband on your 50th birthday. We stayed at the Burgess Falls Dome 5. I’ve been checking it out on FB and IG for a while now. I’m normally a beach girl but knew this was right up my husbands alley. He loved it so much. It was very clean. And I’m a housekeeper for a living so I’m very picky. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I just got home today from staying at Dome 2 to celebrate our 19 year wedding anniversary! We were there Fri-Sun. It was a surprise for my husband and I booked it over a year in advance. The location, comfort, views, and accommodations were all perfect! We spent the day hiking at Greeter Falls and went to Common John’s Brewing Company for some food and beer afterward, which I highly recommend! Great vibe, beer, and live music! We spent the evenings by the fire, soaking in the hot tub, and grilling out. The bed was comfortable. The sun was intense in the morning… I wish there would have been something to block the sun. We will definitely go glamping again… maybe check out another dome. My only complaint is that they only gave us less than 1/6 of a roll of toilet paper with no additional rolls provided. My husband had to go out the first night to get some toilet paper… and it wasn’t exactly close to the dome. Other than that, everything was great! I highly recommend! We had such a great weekend connecting and I would do it again in a heartbeat.

We stayed in dome 5 just outside of Smithville overlooking center hill lake which was amazing. The downstairs deck was a great little hide away from the afternoon sun that we were unaware of til we got here. Being from the city We really enjoyed the peace and quiet of the area. The only drawback for us because we were traveling on a motorcycle was the washed out gravel road that we had to ride up to get to the dome but coming back down seemed to be the most challenging but we made it. But it’s definitely not a road for a beginner rider. So yeah it could be a little more motorcycle friendly or at least post that in the description so riders are aware beforehand. And I think they could also use an indoor bug zapper because no matter how hard we tried to keep them out it seemed like a lot of bugs got inside. They mainly hovered around the lights and didn’t bother us but maybe a small detail management could fix easily. All that being said we absolutely loved it.

This was the perfect get away for my husband and I to celebrate our 12 year wedding anniversary. We live in Nashville, but definitely did not feel like we were an hour away from home! The nights were cold, but the amenities provided were perfect to keep us warm. I could go on and on about the stay and how wonderful it was, but I won't bore you. The team that manages this property is fantastic - quick, timely responses and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. We can't wait to come back again - next time we plan to bring our kids as we know they would love the glamping experience! We stayed in Dome 2!

We stayed in Dome 3 for our first vacation together! The Dome is CLEAN and the layout is perfect and cozy. The two of us explored the trail outside of the Domes, as well as spent time at Cumberland Caverns and the GORGEOUS Greeter Falls! We spent a rainy morning with coffee, relaxing on the couch, and our evenings outside in the hot tub with a fire. We cannot wait to return and see what the other domes have to offer, but Dome 3 will always hold a special place for us!

We had so much fun in Dome 2 with our little fur baby that we didn’t even remember to sign the guest book before we left! We soaked up every minute enjoying these beautiful, peaceful views. Everything was perfect (even though it stormed our last night), the bed was comfortable, and several thoughtful touches made the experience even better. There wasn't an oculus in dome 2 that we had expected. We would love a re-do since we had a night of storms and forgot to sign the guest book, so we will for sure be back! Thanks so much for the great memories.

My husband and I came for a 3 night stay. During this time, we experienced 3 seasons of weather. Night one was winter, night two was fall and night three was spring. The dome was equipped with all the necessary warmth and cooling to accommodate for the weather changes. The sunrise, the hot tub, the fire, the view, the solitude is exactly what we needed. We drove the 30 min to the Hight Point restaurant and it was definitely worth it. We made a reservation far in advanced. We hiked several trails and waterfalls in the area.We feel so light and connected after this trip and we very much look forward to using the dones as a regular recharge option local to Tennessee where we live. As a small business owner , I desperately needed a small opportunity to recharge my mind, body and spirit to get back to work and carry on with a big year ahead! This did just that!Thank you Tennessee Glamping family for such a great escape!

This place is amazing! The view, amenities and overall aesthetic is top notch. You can venture off to sight-see or stay in enjoying the great outdoors and all it has to offer! We flew in, rented a vehicle and picked up a few groceries on the way to the dome. They have all the plates, utensils, cups, towels, etc you need! Love the overall size of the domes: spacious, high ceiling. The sunset/sunrise in absolutely phenomenal, especially being able to view it from inside the dome! Hot tub and fire pit was another bonus! We will be planning another trip back or at one of their soon to be different locations!

My husband and I booked this weekend trip a year ago. We were so excited to get away together for some r&r. Dome 2 didn’t disappoint! We had such a relaxing weekend together. The weather was perfect. A bit chilly, which was great because we were able to use all the amenities. The fire pit and hot tub were our go to the entire weekend. We will definitely be back! Such a fun experience!

My husband and I made a trip for our Honeymoon/anniversary. By far my favorite vacation spot to this day. The view is breathtaking and makes for a PERFECT getaway! We also enjoyed many hiking trails and a few beautiful waterfalls. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a escape from reality. Can’t wait to go back for another visit.

And if there were 10 stars, I’d give it 10! If you’re looking for a unique + intimate one of a kind experience this is it. The owners were thoughtful, accommodating + quick to respond. The dome is filled with luxury accommodations but combined with the rustic outdoors for just the right balance. We grilled, enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, hiked to gorgeous waterfalls + saw a concert in a cave @ The Caverns. A perfect anniversary getaway! We highly recommend Tennessee Glamping + can’t wait for our next stay!

The dome was AMAZING!!! My husband and I, celebrated our one year wedding anniversary and it was exactly what we wanted and needed. It was BEAUTIFUL!! Such a private and unique place. We highly recommend to anyone who needs a getaway trip. The host (Tony) was very responsive. He provided a welcome packet which was very detailed and helpful. We visited Jack Daniels Distillery, Greeter Falls and Stone Door State Park! All great, must see places! We also tried some yummy pizza from Violas Pizza Company. We even had some cheesecake for dessert! :)All in all, you will not regret it! We can’t wait to go back!!

Tennessee Glamping was amazing!! They have everything you need, you just have to bring food.We enjoyed day and nights in the hot tub and by the fire, sitting outside with a great view and peace and quiet. In the early mornings we hiked the near by trails and saw beautiful waterfalls. Waking up to the sunrise every morning was breathtaking! Everything about the experience was perfect, will be coming back!We also visited from Arizona and took on the freezing nights. They had tons of blankets and heated blankets to get us through and it was more than enough. They may have limited availability so you will have to book out and it is 100% worth the wait!

Very off-the-grid getaway, perfect for a birthday weekend, anniversary celebration or simply time away to recharge. If you’re looking for a trip to soak up the outdoors and/or have some much-needed 1 on 1 time with someone, this would be a perfect location to do so. For anybody that claims to be a grill-master, you’re in luck.. there’s a propane grill on the deck. If you’re not up to cooking/grilling, there’s a homey little pizzeria about 15 minutes away from the dome. The weather was on our side while staying at the dome so we ventured out to explore. Hiking trails and waterfalls are a 30-minute drive away, moderate foot traffic at all of them. The views are worth it! Had it been rainy, we wouldn’t have been upset. There are lots of board games and great books to cuddle up with. I recommend taking advantage of the hot tub when the stars come out, put on some good tunes and enjoy a glass of wine. Tony & Christina are great hosts, very kind-hearted and quick to respond with requests or concerns. We look forward to making the trek back over to spend another weekend in the “dome” 😊❤️

Wish I could give this place 10 stars. This place was absolutely what we needed. My husband and I had the best time here. We enjoyed the fire pit, the hot tub, the grill and even the Virtual Reality headset! We took advantage of the Fall weather and went hiking around the immediate area (Beautiful!) and then drove to the nearby Greeter Falls (Waterfalls galore!!) One night we sat by the fire pit and listened to wildlife and heard coyotes down in the Valley. We were a little worried about being comfortable in the dome but it exceeded our expectations and was better than we could have imagined! I especially enjoyed my coffee on the deck watching the sunrise each morning. We stayed in Dome 2 but got sneak peek at the new upcoming Dome 3. Each dome is set up a little different and we can't wait to try all 3!The owner was so friendly and nice! We can not wait to go back, bring our kids and our ATV to explore more of TN!This was hands-down our best vacation in the past few years. I fully recommend this to anyone who wants to get away!

My husband and I LOVED our stay at dome #2. You can’t beat the beautiful views and feel of being outdoors but with all the comfortable amenities you could imagine. I never would have imagined going “camping” and enjoying a hot tub could go together! We enjoyed waking up to the sunrise every morning and looking at the stars at night. Thanks for the best little getaway that was much needed!

We had a amazing time! The views from the dome are amazing and you feel secluded, yet modern! We went hiking at Fiery Gizzard North, visited caves, and went Kayaking on the Duck River. After days full of adventures, we relaxed by the fire or in the hot tub and enjoyed the soft bed and air conditioning! We are already planning our next trip!

This is the perfect off the grid getaway for couples and families. The peace and quiet of nature was so relaxing! We loved the hot tub, virtual reality, and all the small touches the owners provided during our stay. The property is gorgeous to hike and there are beautiful waterfalls within a 15 minute drive from the dome. Just make sure to bring all the groceries and supplies needed for your stay because this is a long ways out from a large city. We can’t wait to return and enjoy a long weekend relaxing in nature!

My girlfriend booked this trip for me as a surprise and it was amazing. We hiked during the day at Greeter Falls, Foster Falls, Fall Creek Falls, Stone Door, and Cumberland Caverns. We spent the evenings hanging out at the dome. The views were gorgeous. We grilled out, relaxed in the hot tub, and played the VR. It was an unforgettable experience.
