We bought a baby bearded dragon here last week and absolutely love it! It's a red morph and all the bearded dragons were 50% off which turned.out to be a good deal. My only complaint would be the supplies (heat lamps, heat rocks, thermometer, etc) were a little over priced in my opinion. I compared prices at different places such as online and other per supply stores and PetSmart was on the higher end of the price spectrum. That being said they also weren't the most expensive store I found. All in all I had a good experience here and our bearded dragon seems to be in good health and has beautiful colors.

We had a great experience. We bought a 36 gallon bowfront aquarium with a stand. And some beautiful cichilds (fish) I am extremely happy with our decision to use rhos pet store. Thank you so much for making our fish experience the absolute best. We are first time fish owners, and they went above and beyond to help us with all the questions we had, and even printed off information for us! Highly highly recommended.

Pet's Mart has great options, and we enjoy shoppimgb here for needed items. We've used their grooming services a few times and have always been pleased. The only thing that I notice is that their prices are higher than other pet stores or online options. But we usually find what we need each time. I did have to go elsewhere to find an XX-small harness for our little guy, Bru.

I had my dog’s appointment rescheduled 2x due to the snow. Okay. Fine. Was it convenient? No, but I also don’t want anyone getting hurt trying to get to work either in this crazy weather.Finally, I am able to get my dog to the groomer this morning at 8am. I was running a few minutes late but okay.I wasn’t even greeted kindly or received a “Hello!”.Very rudely, I was asked for the rabies vaccine proof.I use the hospital in PetSmart but I had no idea they would be closed.Rather than be kind and understanding after multiple reschedules (again, I understand with the weather), the woman says VERY RUDELY, “Well, I cannot do anything with him until I see those records.”So, I have gotten myself + my dog in the cold, drove out here, and had to deal with attitude at 8am on a Sunday.The rabies proof is 100% on me & I will own that, but the attitude and rudeness is unnecessary.I will continue to use PetSmart & Banfield Pet Hospital, but I will never use this grooming salon again because it is entirely too expensive to deal with a rude employee who clearly doesn’t enjoy her job as I would trust her with my dog.

We recently moved to Townsend TN and could not get a private groomer to call us back. Very frustrated made an appointment with Lauren at tge Alcoa PetSmart. We are so very pleased with this groomer! She does an excellent job with our standard poodle and the best part is our slightly anxious girl is very comfortable with Lauren!

Lately I usually come to this store once a week or so for chewies for my puppy. I can find everything I need, they even have the brand of food I feed both of my pups. My puppy is 4.5 months old & growing like a weed & I came in to purchase a hard crate for him & I went to ring out after an amazing employee helped me get it down & as I’m being told my total $180ish something dollars , the cashier looks at me & says “ you’re not going to keep him in there all of the time, are you?” - it caught me off guard & I began explaining myself that he is a baby & I use it for him to sleep in/ while I’m out of the house so he doesn’t get hurt etc - but honestly I really didn’t appreciate it being implied that I was going to neglect my baby while forking over more money to your store that I come to pretty often

Visit was good., although I was a little upset they had few fish of my interest. I did buy some fish and snails. I was told that the reason for the scarcely selection of fish was due to the fact that they were soon to tear down the aquariums and revamp the entire system

We love this pet store. They have a huge selection of fish, birds, reptiles, and supplies in addition to usual cat and dog stuff that every store has. They also take good care of their animals and are experienced with the care of them. This store is better than most "chain" pet stores.

After 3 1/2 hours they called to say Annie had been washed, but not had a haircut. Brandi, who claimed she called me about the situation but wore a grooming top that said Jill, grooming lead, who checked us in, claimed she was lunging and attacking the groomer from the kennel. I was quite shocked, Annie goes in and out of her kennel at home at her discretion. Maybe she was nervous with the other dogs around. I have 2 other big dogs at home. She never has an issue, with a vet appt. They recommended I seek anxiety medication for my dog. Perhaps, she had seperation anxiety, I’m usually with her in the vet room. Just seemed odd. They offered to not charge me, I insisted to pay for the wash, they declined, I left a $10 tip. I will not be back for grooming services.

I have been using Lauren at the Alcoa Petsmart Grooming. She recently left. They put my Mason with another groomer. When he got home I noticed his eye had been nicked and was bleeding. It was never brought to my attention. I am still cleaning the wound and putting Neosporin on it. I won't be using them again.

I took my Golden Doodle to the Maryville Tennessee location. The groomer was Michelle. My dog looks GREAT! My dog Abby is only 6 months old. And I am sure a hand full. She did the Teddy Bear cut and it looks Amazing!!

I have gotten my dog groomed many times in Florida the most I have ever , ever been charged was $75 even with knots - this store not only will rip you off -they charged me $109 for a mini doodle only 36 lbs dog. Horrible- clipped his face way too short doesn’t match his body - stay away they are charging $30 extra fee’s!!!!!!!! Total with tax was $116!!! Do t go there!!!

We got a dog from the shelter on Friday. She was in such bad shape there are no words to describe it! The stench and mats! I took her to the grooming dept at 7 am on Saturday and some crazy woman actually decided to tackle the job. Mitzi did such an awesome job and we're so thankful to her. She was patient and loving. Thank you Mitzi!

I got my 5 year old a fish from there yesterday and the lady that rung us up was polite until I mentioned we didn’t have a fancy tank for the fish and that we had bought a fish bowl from Walmart. She then proceeded to talk about how it’s going to bloat up and eat itself in front of my small child who was just excited to have his first pet. I appreciate the advice but I don’t appreciate the attitude change when I didn’t want to buy a fancy tank. I’ve had beta fish all my life and just used a standard glass fish bowl with no issues, just trying to pump money out of me by talking about it dying in front of my kid. Very unprofessional.

It's big retail, so it's about what you'd expect. Lots of variety, pretty much all the brands you might want. I can usually get what I need with no trouble. That day I needed to buy a new nail grinder for my dog. The website said it was in stock. I usually just go there for dog food, treats and toys. There's enough variety to find something suitable. I was in town so I thought I'd run in and get it instead of ordering. It wasn't on the shelf. And they were busy. There were 2 cashiers but the line was halfway to the back of the store. Nobody on the floor to ask if it was in inventory. So, meh. Pretty typical big retail these days. I'll just have to order after all.

Jessica at the Alcoa location is absolutely phenomenal. She took care of my dog SENSI. Sensi went in matted up just really needing a freshen haircut and she made him look fantastic. I would definitely recommend going to see her. She was very friendly informative just an overall sweet and wonderful person. Go see her.
