This was a very clean and well organized store, easy to find your favorite sports brand. We found some good items for our up coming trip / vacation. The young ladies Sonya and Emma were so helpful. The parking lot is easy to access and if your hungry they have several restaurants near by

I quickly needed a rain jacket for my daughter's camp, so I placed an order online for curbside pickup and it was ready 5 minutes later! I was able to immediately pick it up without having to get my kids out of the car. I was very impressed.

I ordered mizuno wedges online. They were estimated to arrive a month after I placed the order. I called to cancel my order because of the long delivery time and was told I had to cancel within 30 minutes of placing the order. The customer service representative told me to bring them into the store to return them once they arrived. When I tried to do so they told me they were "custom" and could not be returned. When ordering the wedges I had to select grip, shaft, loft, etc. I selected the stock options for each one. So they were not custom. LJ and Isaac called customer support and explained that they were in fact not custom and got them to process my return. Really great customer service. Online store needs to do a better job of determining what is actually custom. The store does not sell Mizuno wedges so I had no choice but to order them online. Can't sing the praises of LJ and Isaac enough.

Big store, great products and friendly, helpful staff. They were out of left hand junior mits and red XS junior socks and an associate ordered them for us on his department computer and we received them 3 days later at our doorstep. Prices are good too. We happened to catch many items on sale.

I bought 2 kayaks from this store and got a horrible level of service. The ones I originally went to look at were not in stock although they had a nearly identical boat for three times the price. They said they would not order the model I was originally looking at or work with me on a comparable boat. The boats I finally bought they wouldn't even help me move to the checkout. I would rather have paid more to get decent service.

I know nothing g about fishing stuff. Nice young man was so nice and helped me pick fishing stuff for son and grandson and my guys were very pleased . steered me to bargains and best price. Didn't try pressure sale or take advantage of me.

I visited the store to purchase my son some basketball shoes. I received wonderful help in the shoe department from a young man (forgot his name). When I went to check out (Carlee) wasn't very friendly at all. No communication at all. You could tell that she wasn't happy to be at work or just didn't like her job!!

We went to buy Basketball shoes for our son. I've been to this location one time before, by myself and bought him shoes, the first time I had to hunt down the shoe dept. guy and get him to quit texting long enough to get the size I need from the back. Then I had 2 different size shoes at the register. The clerk went back and got the right shoe, in the time it took the other guy to answer.Flash forward to yesteday.... they definitely fixed the problem, or it was bc someone else was working. The employee yesterday , I'd say "kid" probably in his 20's was more than great, and even dapped up Lil man and told him to have a great season.... I was hesitant about going back and giving them my business from my first experience. But I will definitely be back.

This Rick's store is like any other I have shopped in, well organized, well lit, exceptional knowledgeable customer service, ample room to shop in store, and competitive prices. It is also well located with easy in and out. If it is sporting good related in my experience they have it.

I went yesterday to Dick's Sporting goods which was on a Sunday. I went in and looked for the guns. I saw them in the back hanging on the wall so I went back there and asked for pepper spray. I was immediately told that those were at the front of the store, near the check-out... Heading back toward the front of the store, I saw a guy with a name tag so I asked him where the stadium seats were. He left what he was doing and took me directly to them. I got two of them and and headed to the front of the store to get the pepper spray. I didn't see the pepper spray so I asked the cashier where it was. They had 4 cash registers open and hers was empty so she came out to where I was and led me to the pepper spray and explained the advantages of each one. I thanked her and paid for my things and left the store. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Very efficient, excellent service, I will be back.

Went to buy a 35 lbs plate weight that was on the sale racks with all the other weights. But when i went to checkout the management said that they did not have a sku for it and it was not to be sold individually. I said then why was it on the sale rack along with several other 35 lbs plates. They could not answer my question and still refused to sell the weight. That is some poor business and will be the last time i shop at this store. I'd give it a minus five stars if they had it.

We were very disappointed. We stopped in on Saturday around 7:00p.m. Store had very few shoppers but lots of employees on the floor. We were shopping for shoes but could not find anyone to help. The young man in shoe department was playng with a tennis ball, walking up and down the Isle but ignoring customers.He was bouncing the ball and chatting with the pretty female employee while we stood there waiting to be helped. Very poor customer service!!! Won't be back! Went across street to the mall and bought shoes where we were acknowledged.

I've been in the store there times now. I have never once been asked if I needed any help. Yesterday, my wife and I walked out after 20 minutes in the same department (with two walk-bys by the same employee) and the two employees at the front desk looked at us, didn't say a word, and went back to talking to each other. I should add that there were very few other people in the store.Any customer service would be a step in the right direction.

We waited for a long time for help in the shoe department we finally had to go up front to get help then they couldn't find the shoe said it was on display. After 45 minutes I have new shoes was also disappointed in the rv camping supplies.

I passed several employees and didn't get a single hello. I did, however, get followed around by a security guard who tried very hard to look like a shopper but failed miserably. Every time I turned around he was watching me then quickly turned when I looked at him. Odd he could be on top of me but not a single employee could bother to look at me twice or even say hello.

I have been looking for 38 Caliber ammo.its hard to find 38. Caliber shorty. Whit decent prices​. I think I have found a Excellence Source,& I have to See the fit in My Weapon! Went to find a Hoodie for the wife she saw they had on their website which showed it in store. After searching I could not find it. Took a good 5 minutes searching for an employee who the whole time I was trying to get help was on her phone the whole time I was speaking to her. All she said was she was not sure where the hoodie was. Luckily another customer had passed by the hoodie I needed, and told me where they were.

I went to look at soccer cleats for Quidditch. Juliana, I hope I spelled her name correctly, was incredibly helpful! She was kind, patient, and checked the shoes when I had questions. A guy, I can't remember his name, was incredibly kind and helpful as well. I was telling him about Knoxville Summer Quidditch League and realized I misplaced my phone. I knew it was either at Target or in my van. He was so kind to call Target and ask them to check. When I asked about sizing, I have wide feet, they told me which ones were a little wider. The service I received here was absolutely amazing. I found a great pair of cleats!
