Very rarely do they have the restaurant open. I had a manager tell me that it was just more convenient not to have the dining room open, just the drive thru. I went there this last Saturday and ordered a vanilla ice cream cone....$4.34 for a vanilla soft serve ice cream cone...and when I got to the drive thri window to get my cone and pay, the man handed it to me melting and dripping on my vehicle and hands. Not impressed. It used to be so much better

I thought almost $5 for a mini blizzard was just crazy but the woman infront of me in the drive through ordered one so i was like yeah I deserve this too and it was overflowing :D I pulled into the parking lot across the street so I could really enjoy it and had myself a whole moment. The guy taking orders was very polite and professional.

It seemed that nothing but children were left in charge of the store. They were too busy cutting up and joking with each other to attend to their duties properly. Only one working restroom, which I used right after one of the employees. Unfortunately, I had to tell them that the soap dispenser was bone dry. :(

I was home from Nashville and my granddaughter and I always go to DQ when we are home. This time I was so disappointed because they make the best mint oreo blizzards, however no mint and the cookies were so fine it was gritty tasting so I threw it in their trash can before leaving. Will try again in November.

I pulled up to the drive-thru speaker to hear: "Go ahead and order". I ordered and received a small cup of water without ice and a medium Diet Coke, which I was served by a nice young man who seemed to be training. I asked why I paid $4.39 for the order; he asked a woman to help. She and her attitude came to the window but only spoke to him. I wanted the water for my dog, but I should have refused and driven away. It's worth noting the portions served do not align with company standards set from by ADQ.

Good staff mostly. A little heavy handed on the mustard but if you have a decent one working, they will make anything the way you want. Then when asked they label each different one so you don't have to go digging around to get each person their food. But beware of you get a blizzard that don't have any lids on them so ice cream starts melting and runs all over the place. That's my only two complaints. Lighten up on the mustard and put lids on your Blizzard's lol

I went twice last week and the little girl that took my order (same girl bot days) was really upbeat and positive. The food was pretty good only they put chocolate in the Reeces blizzard that wasn't asked for

I went to the location in Alamo, TN at 9:10 on Tuesday, 7/14/2020. When I arrived the line looked a little long but I had time or so I thought. The personnel inside were basically just standing around not doing much at all huddled up with one employee puffing on a vape inside. When I finally got to the order speaker, it stated speaker out, Order at window. At 9:40 I made it finally to the window only to find out what I wanted was out of stock. Normally the place is ok but tonight was the worst experience I believe I have had except for the McDonalds in Brownsville.

WTH! I stopped in and got milkshakes and a dozen little cheeseburgers for the family. Open up the bag and find a cheeseburger wrapped up with a big bite out of it!! To boot, service took forever and we had to wait. I won't be back, if they'll send out a half eaten cheeseburger what else do they do to your food without you knowing.

The food was fine, but the service was very upsetting the cashier who took our and all other orders before she left was paying more attention to her friend who was taking her home after work than the customers waiting to be served. The people behind and in front of the counter were using fowl language even tho there were young children present.

The employees there are so nice and gave me excellence service. I would give this a 5 star, but the red headed lady with a manager tag on was really rude and very disrespectful to the other employees.. but other than that, great food and excellence service!! :)

Clean up beat atmosphere. I rarely give a5 this came close . Hometown feeling not wheelchair accessibility , thus the loss of a star, quaint facility not equipped for large groups. Popular with the locals. I enjoy stopping in when I can.

Been using app at store for past 2 years and get my annual birthday buy one get one free blizzard coupon and get to window and am told they don't accept the app coupons. Won't be back to this location.

Never have what I want and is very very slow. I have left so many times because it was so long ,and half the time the ice cream was melted 😩, other my feel differently but this is my opinion.
