Me and my wife raised chickens and I called up there once and asked do they treat chickens? They told me no. I'll call it again to see if they'll order medicine for my chicken because it's very sick they said I would have to bring him in. Why bring him in if you can't treat him will never use your service! You raise your voice at me over the phone. I'm concerned about my pet. I will never do business with you and will encourage others to go elsewhere for their business as well. You need to learn professionalism because people adore there pets

I brought my pregnant dog in for xray and the count was on point. Prices are beyond fair. No appointments just walk in so get there early! Bringing my litter in tomorrow for dew claws and tail docking, will update after.Update: I've had 2 litters now. Shots, deworming, and checkups I have no complaints. However for tail docking a third of the tail needs to be docked. Explained last time and they took too much. Explained again this time and again they took too much. A little frustrated as my pups are akc and showable. They no longer meet breed standard and this litter will be instantly disqualified from shows.2nd update: out of my 2nd litter I had a 10 week old female that was limping and not putting any weight on her back right leg. I was able to get seen rather quickly despite them being very busy. Not a hundred percent sure how it happened but she broke her leg. She is receiving kind and compassionate care. They gave her something for pain and I am currently waiting to pick her up after they place a stint on her. All in all price for everything is around $350 which I find to be very reasonable.

Was not a good experience today with the clinic service was terrible never could get in to see the vet almost there one hour in a room not good service more than likely, I will start using another Clinic

I’ve been to a different vet around town and have been ripped off and treated like I was ignorant. I decided to try Alamo Vet and couldn’t have been more happy and satisfied. I took in a dog that was found on the street and in horrible condition. They treated Chief like part of the family. Great care and very knowledgeable Dr. Young. She was amazing with her expertise of how to cure Chief properly and quickly. Her staff was loving and amazing as well. Definitely will be switching vets to Alamo!

Today, September 22nd, my daughter called this vet because our dog was very sick. She was told to bring him right away and he would be seen. We live in Bells, so about a 10 to 15 minute drive. When we got there I saw 3 people and they never acknowledged us, until I said something out loud. I told the guy behind the counter what my daughter was told on the phone, and he was like, "I don't know who told you that, but the Vet is leaving to go to a farm." I immediately said just nevermind, we'll go to Bells. Turns out he has a bacterial infection and in critical care. This place needs more than 1 vet!!!! Oh... we were also the only ones there, so no wait time.

I have 2 fur babies & they have taken care of them from the moment I started bringing them. They are friendly, concerned, and make you feel like you are part of their family. I LOVE them and the prices are decent. They Don't try to take advantage the doctor is going to tell you straight up what you should do concerning your pet. I love them!!!!!

Great vet, but they are very, very busy! Like any great place to go. Don't expect to be just in and out. Plan on being there for a while. There is a long wait. But, worth it!

I rarely review a company. Only if they are exceptionally good, or bad. This was the worst. Our cat had reached the end of her life, and instead of allowing her to suffer her final days we chose to euthanize her. A hard choice, but the right choice. However the Vet office was the worst choice. Our Vet was on vacation so we called around. We were told they work on a walk-in basis. When we got here we were told there were only 4 ahead of us and it shouldn't take long. Over THREE HOURS LATER, we are still waiting! We already paid hoping that would speed the process. Not so. If this wasnt bad enough, there was very little compassion from the staff. We have been stuck in a room now for 30 minutes, and have heard other people leave the waiting area because they could wait no longer. I understand things happen, but a little communication and sympathy would go a long way. Never again. I highly DO NOT recommend. This process was hard enough, this only made it harder.

They are the best! They've seen all our dogs & cats. When we took one of our dogs in to be put to sleep, the tecs & the vet cried. They had taken care of him for several years. Truly caring people.

I called ahead to make sure it was a good time to bring my dog in for euthanasia. Was told yes to come on. When I got there, no one said a word to welcome me or ask why I was there. They did ask all the usual questions, name etc…. Arrived at 1130 hours and sat in the waiting room with one other person until 1240 hours. I asked how much longer ? Oh, an hour + !!!! I left and will not recommend this office to anyone.Non welcoming, non communicating, unconcerned, non informative not professional at all.

This is the best animal clinic. Small town feel with exceptional animal care! Wait time is never too long. They do not pressure you for "add on services". Thankful for Dr. Leslie and her amazing staff for taking care of our fur babies.

We are traveling cross country from Alaska and randomly called Alamo Animal Clinic to have our dog Jager’s eye looked at after he may have scratched it while running through brush hunting in Nebraska.We were pleasantly greeted by phone and invited to do an immediate walk-in. The staff were so courteous and professional while we waited for Dr Young. She was thorough and engaging and provided us with a good report of no issues after staining his eye, and gave us meds to heal and give Jager comfort.It is so nice to know we can find great and professional care while away from home. We would highly recommend Dr Young and her staff for your Veterinary needs.

My 1st time there I had a vet Tech He was great with my Labrador puppy and he was not rushing me like most places he took his time and I am very pleased and he was very pleasant Most places you feel like you're being rushed in-and-out like a cattle sale he took his time taking care of my fur baby

I went in here to get my dogs ear checked since it has been irritating him for awhile. I don’t know if my definition of “exam” is not the same as theirs BUT they charged me $25 for an exam. Exam to me is checking their temperature, their teeth, their ears, their eyes, their range motion, etc. They checked my dog’s ONE ear - the one that has been irritating him. It says “clean ears” $10. They only checked his LEFT side and “cleaned” (put some drops and wiped it) it just to say it was all clean. This is personal opinion but I felt that they were being too rough with my dog and extra strength used for no reason. The total of the visit ended up being $70. I drove 56 minutes to get there due to recommendation but I do not believe this is somewhere I am going to go back. Friendliness weren’t also there either. There was one lady that was super nice to me and my dog which is why I even gave 2 stars.
