Mrs. Glee and her staff are angels! I've been bringing my dogs here since 2019 and would never go anywhere else! Mrs. Glee works miracles on my Poms that I've never been able to do myself at home. She is so kind and truly gives 110% to each dog she grooms. Her staff are always so kind and helpful as well. I'll keep Mrs. Glee in business as long as she wants to work!

Went here to buy an All black toy poodle called that morning they had him ready when we got there cleaned and very well groomed. Oh yeah, and the price made it worth the drive from Birmingham.

Unfortunately, my puppy was not in the best health as guaranteed by Ms. Glee. My pup dies 2 weeks after getting her. Although Ms. Glee is a nice woman, I don't recommend buying puppies from her at all. As a breeder she should have known that the pup was not in good health. If you breed them then you should have them checked by a vet before selling them. She could have at least offered another pup but instead ghosted our conversation. Now I'm at a lost without the pup that I named Mila...

Ms Glee is a really special lady She has been taking care of our little man for 11 years and he loves her as much as she loves him If u haven't been to see her and have a pet that needs pampered a little give her a call you won't be disappointed... She also does boarding at her place

They were exceptionally kind and patient with my senior dog and she looked just beautiful when they were finished with her and she was very calm. That’s usually not the case when I do take her to the groomer so I appreciate them so much.

Amazing customer service. No store carried my dog's food in like a 60 mile radius. They didn't carry it, but they special ordered it for me and texted me when it came in 3 days later. I went in and also got my dog's nails trimmed when I went to pick up the food, and even with the nail trim we were in and out in less than 15 minutes. They were very sweet to my dog and the trim looked good. These ladies are awesome!

My first visit to Important Pets was yesterday! I had Sophie my little Maltese groomed and she looked absolutely beautiful. I always groomed all of my babies myself but since my husbands stroke 2 years ago, just a bit too much on my plate. Glee has such a sweet spirit and loves animals. I felt totally secure leaving my baby in her care. I live at Pickwick! Also was so thrilled to see her awesome stock of holistic foods and the best of products anyone can find. Her knowledge base his unlimited. Will be back next month.

My dog was well taken care of during her stay! Bathing and her toenails were on point! I can tell that she was well taken care of while she was boarded there! Will recommend to everyone that Very Important Pets is great!!!!

Will never board my fur baby there again!Picked him up and was told it took 3 people to hold I'm down for a nail clip. Yes he is a 115 lb lab but only takes one vet tech to do it at the vets office. Sent 3 large zip lock bags of food for his stay. Came back with 2 -1/2 bags!Muzzle, eye and chest are raw! Was told he tried to dig out of his cage and had to move to a more secure cage the last night of his stay. My fur baby came home and drank 3 bowls of water! I have 1 gallon bowls! If I could post pictures here I would!

They do it right. Let the dogs run fenced in, get acclimated to noises then wash cut n trim. Super clean shop knowledgeable staff.

I like the place. I like the manager. But she has a very very rude worker there named Kala. I refuse to go back there, due to kala alone. I fear she will harm my animals.
