My Dad and I stopped in for a quick treat while we made our way towards Mitchell, SD. The coffee shop is quite active seemingly as a great place for the community to meet regularly to catch up with each other. The shop also had local goods for sale such as t-shirts and locally made candles and lotions. The space was very charming, welcoming and inviting. The coffee is good too! Definitely stop by when you're visiting Yankton!

One of my favorite places in Yankton. This place has the coolest vibe for coffee and food. I love that they offer a decent selection of vegetarian options. The new addition of breakfast burritos is what was needed in this town. The staff and owners have always been friendly and welcoming. The best part is they allow dogs. Our little Hermes goes everywhere with us. I appreciate everything and everyone for making this place special.

This coffee shop recently added its color to downtown Yankton SD. When I travel, I like to find small town experiences, such as coffee shops. This "Muddy Mo" is my new favorite in Yankton. Spacious seating, historic bar converted, nostalgic. Very friendly, ready to serve. Great menu selection. A few books of early beginnings of the area, t- shirts, and travel mugs to choose from as well. Seems to be a local grab as well, being late morning that I stopped in, still hopping! I enjoyed my vanilla latte nicely! I will definitely be stopping next time through.Parking: Street parking was a long building front next to busy highway Coming right off the bridge over the mighty Missouri.

My husband and I stumbled across this place over a holiday weekend, and we liked it so much we’ve been back twice within a week even though we live out of town! Their iced breves and lattes are perfect and full bodied in flavor. For breakfast I’ve tried their cinnamon bagel from Bagel Boy in Sioux Falls which was amazing. I’ve also had their sausage quiche which was absolutely delicious and loved that it came with a side of fruit and toast from Breadico which is a bakery based in Sioux Falls. The toast was so good we had to buy a loaf of it. We also tried their lunch - I had a pastrami and provolone panini and my husband had their Greek salad, both were great. I also tried some kombucha which they also source from Song Bird Kombucha in Sioux Falls. Service is always great and friendly. We can’t wait to try everything on the menu. I love that they’re open longer hours than your basic coffee shop. Only issue is they can get super busy and seating gets limited.

Amazing location with diverse selections.Classic “downtown” coffee shop feel and atmosphere with a wonderful selection of items to choose from. Coffee, ice cream, kombucha, tea… the selections are endless and everything tastes great!Hopefully Muddy Mo’s is here to stay: Yankton needs this place so badly for decades to come.

We have been here twice and both times was great. They have 6 kinds of hard ice cream. The cream sodas are outstanding. Cherry for me. Service was excellent and plenty of seating in old downtown building that looks like a coffee house should.

I have been here a few times now, and I really like it. I office out of my home, so I sometimes need somewhere neutral to meet my clients, and this is my new go-to spot. The atmosphere is bright and happy. I'm not a huge coffee person, so I have gotten things like italian soda, ice cream, red bull, etc. Today was the first day I brought Sammy, my golden retriever, in with me. It was fun! This place is pretty busy everytime I come, and the staff are really polite. It seems like the nursing students have adopted this as their study zone. One of my clients said she had been here before, and had an iced coffee and it was the best she had ever had. The same client said they get their bagels from a fancy place in Sioux Falls (but I can't remember the name of where she said they got them). I plan to try their ice cream shakes and bagels next. There is plenty of parking on both sides of the building, which is nice. I'm happy Muddy Mo's is here, it's a great addition to our little town.

I came all the time and order a blended drink every time. The staff is always really nice and welcoming even when they’re slammed packed! Recently I’ve been getting an upcharge for extra flavor when that was never how it was before. (I usually only get a blended English toffee and mocha) The guy I ordered from before told me they don’t do up charge for flavors on the blended drinks when it’s just one but I feel like this might be something none of the new people on staff know or the prices changed and they haven’t been updated on the menu. I’m just not satisfied with the inconsistency of sometimes I pay for the extra flavor and sometimes I dont. If someone could clear this up with staff I would feel a whole lot better coming in more often like I used to. 😌

Great place to buy whole bean coffee; we purchased coffee three times while visiting family. During our first visit, the owner was fantastic and even bagged two bags of whole bean coffee for us when they were out on the shelves while we waited.
