increase in prices on second-hand clothes, they should lower the prices to $1 or $2 and not $5...this way they will sell more and not have an accumulation of clothes...even so it is a good place to make some purchases...there are good products, already They don't make as many colored ticket offers as before, the staff is friendly and helpful.

Pretty sweet place. I dont come here nearly as much as I should. I come in here very seldom. The manager lady is really nice. I was just here and I remembered the real friendly guy that runs the front so very well. You all have a really good staffer named Chris. He is an asset. He greets people and lets them know to ask questions and that he is there to help and is probably the nicest guy I interacted with in quite awhile of all the places I went to this year.

If I could rate it 0 I would, great service if you're a white person. Anything darker or with an accent beware. They had been doing this for awhile I just brushed it off thinking we're being too sensitive. Yesterday some white women left her phone in her cart her and the employee kept asking us about the phone. I was too busy taking care of my kids. I don't have time to steal an old lady's phone that's probably from the beeper area.

The manager lady is so great to deal with. I come in here twice a year and this last time they sold me a really nice keyboard for just a couple dollars. It was practically brand new. I guess they give you a couple days to bring electronics like this back if it doesnt work.

Terrible!! We went to the Goodwill in Yankton,SD, they refused to let us pay for our items because my fiancee didn't have to his ID with him, I had mine but because he was using his debit card and we didn't have the same last name, they didn't want to accept it with my ID. The lady behind us offered to pay for it and the lady at the register snapped at her telling her that it wasn't allowed for her to pay for another customers purchase! Our total price was only $18!! She then proceeded to ask everyone that walked in the door if they knew who we were! Unbelievable, that will definitely be our last trip back there!

Friendly staff and stuff constantly being changed and rearranged. Always leave with something. Today was a pair of Tom's for me and an new Abercrombie and Finch shirt for my daughter!

For a Goodwill its pretty standard. It could of been more organized overall. Really disorganized. Nothing truly grouped together properly. Staff was friendly.

Every time we come in and The team lead named Chris is working. He says welcome to Goodwill to each person that comes in. He says thank you for coming in to everyone that leaves.

Got some good bargains on a big mirror and a bread machine and cords for cellphones and other electronics. A vinel table cloth and a bag of table cloth clips.

Only one cashier with a line of at least 8 people. Cashier was very courteous but it was a long wait before they opened another checkout

I really like our Goodwill. For the most part, it's gently used stuff and it's nice. Also the people that work there are very friendly and helpful.

Average Goodwill. Not too much currently for 'junk items, which is what I go for. Clothing is kinda high priced compared to Goodwill in Nebraska.
