This is a very well stocked, clean rural lifestyle store. They have a robust selection of pet supplies including Nurti-Source and Victor dog food. The number of hunting and fishing products was also very good.

I just had the very BEST experience with Kristen at the Winner location. I have been trying to purchase a gift card for my brother who lives in Winner and for some reason the website would not let me ship it to me so I could include it in my Christmas package to him. Kristen went above and beyond with multiple phone calls and checking with management and corporate and took care of the issue! I am grateful for such amazing customer service. Thank you!!

Best store in town, hands down, no competition. Great selection, fair prices. This store is a great place to get lost in for hours at a time. Western wear, hunting equipment, tools, clothes, food, toys, guns, knives, much to choose from, and all top tier brands. Nothing at all to hate.

My company requires a certain color scrubs in which runnings agreed to supply. The particular color I needed did not have my size. A friendly salesperson offered to order them from a different store. The order came in with half the scrubs in the wrong size. So I had to wait a few more days to get the other pieces and only 2 out of the 3 came in. They said the 3rd would be delivered any day now but it never came in.

I came to the store in desperate need of windshield wipers and it was 8:01 when I walked in the store so they were closing. The man working not only showed me which wipers I needed, he came out in the rain and helped me put them on. Outstanding customer service. Thank you!

Came I here looking for cleaning supplies for my dog after she got sprayed by a skunk. They were so helpful in pointing me to all the different things I needed. Even had specialty skunk shampoo which did the trick.Large selection of farm and ranch needs and an awesome stock of birdhunting gear.

Love this store, I brought my chihuahua along and they let him in with me, that was very kind, the workers are really friendly and try to help you find what you're looking for. Its a great place to visit.

Ok. So today like many days my son and I went into Runnings, we found what we were looking for as usual. We then spent about 30 minutes talking to Mel about guns n 'Merica. A very simple conversation and I left contemplating a future purchase, after paying for my items of course. Fast forward 2 hours, my wife, daughter and I stop back in after dinner to price items for our place of employment for an upcoming event. I was smoking a cigarette and the visit wasn't going to last very long. Pulled the tailgate down on my daughters truck n enjoyed the weather.A short time later a city police officer pulled into the parking lot. I waved as the officer is someone I consider a friend and he waved back. A few minutes later another officer pulls in. Hmm something is going on. A few minutes later my wife who is obviously upset comes out and says "they're accusing us of stealing".Apparently my wife n daughter walk in and the manager, Russell Temple, starts following them with the camera. They walk 30 to 40 ft into the store and look at a couple ball caps. (Not what they went in for, but whatever) My daughter has a hat in her hand and there is a string hanging from the t-shirt sleeve she is wearing. (That she bought from Runnings I might add) she asks her mom to pull the string off as it's bothering her. My wife pulls the string off. They start looking at hats again. This is the moment Russell Temple says they stole "something" and calls the cops. In my life I've left maybe 3-4 bad reviews. The server of the dinner I ate before this visit to Runnings received a $20 tip.My problem here is with the manager. For what reason did he start filming my wife n daughter? Did they "look" suspicious? He obviously starts watching them the minute they walk in. 30-40 ft. How long does it take a human to walk 30-40 ft?The cops arrived and pulled them into the office they review the video, of course nothing was stolen. What the heck is this about. Humiliating two very loyal, regular customers without so much as a second look at the video? We laugh and joke with the clerks visit with the floor guys n gals. Very disappointed with Russell.

Went to the new opening and wanted to buy a rifle scope , however out of the 6 people back there joking around in a group no one would assist me, Pretty lame when that many people are doing nothing and don’t care about customer service. If you say your opening then don’t ignore the customers......

Great store that has just about everything you could ever need. Biggest complaint is their weekend hours. I believe a retail store, like this one, closing at 6 P.M on a Saturday is too early.

I really appreciate that Runnings decided to provide discounts to police officers and first responders on select days. Kudos to them! However, when one of their employees tells a police officer that he can't have the discount because "he is too mean" it kind of defeats the gesture. Maybe get better employees to represent your company... Very discouraging.

The Runnings claims to be a farm and ranch style store, but they are so much more. They offer the obvious farmy stuff but they also have sections for hunting, fishing, electrical, plumbing, clothing, and more. If menards did it with a farm fleet and bass pro; then a Runnings store would be the resulting child. Five stars.

Went looking for a softball glove and they don't carry them. But yet it says sporting good out front on the sign... 👎🤔
