Cheap is what it is and I'm not talking about the cost. You want mice running in the walls? You got them. Are cockroaches your thing? This place has them all over! A fan of black mold? It's not hard to find. With electrical outlets without GFCI's a little over 2 feet from the bathroom sink, someone getting electrocuted is closer than you think. The doors to the rooms were not wide enough for a wheelchair and the whole place is not very friendly for people with physical disabilities. The fire alarm in the east hallway is broken. Isabelle and her daughter are nice to men and rude to women. My family and I will only stay there again when new management comes in.

We love this place we stayed here last year & are back again. We are from Illinois my husband works for the road crew so we travel all through South Dakota. We travel a lot. This was amazing last year & we are happy to be back. Isabel is fantastic! Rooms are always clean & comfortable. At places we have stayed before while traveling I always clean before we take our things in. But here I never worry about doing all that. If I could give more stars I would.

The folks at the office were friendly. This is an older place with very basic rooms. One nice thing is that there are exterior and interior doors for each room so you can park next to your room. Continental breakfast is basic but has some tasty treats. Pool has been closed for years. This place isn’t fancy, but the beds were comfortable enough and our room had a microwave and fridge.

The motel itself has run down a bit. However, it is under new management and when I stayed there they were working diligently to improve everything. The motel only gets 3 stars, but the staff gets 5 stars. When I made my reservation the hot tub was not working, and they got it fixed before my stay. The pool heater was out, but they were working on that as well. The manager is also bilingual Spanish/English so if you need Spanish this is the place to stay. Ask for the suite if you are staying more than a few days, it's got a kitchenette, and is stocked with silverware, plates, bowls, pots and pans, etc. and has 2 king beds. Great for families!!!! It was almost like staying at a timeshare, for a lot lower cost. I will definitely stay here again when I come through Winner.

Customer service is lacking and pretty much not there. Rooms are decent size. Had to get our own linens from housekeeping. Never once asked if we needed anything. Lady at the front, could use some people skills or just not be around the public.

A group of us stayed 5 nights in early December. The facility was clean and basics (HVAC and plumbing) were functional and effective. The manager was very pleasant, readily available throughout our stay and very helpful in numerous ways (providing helpful information about local establishments, lending tools for snow removal from vehicles, and providing manual receipts when the computer system went down). She clearly expended effort to ensure that we had what we needed while there. Based on her service level to our group, we will stay there again.

Woman at the counter was extremely friendly, and the rooms were clean, but the 2 rooms I had had problems with the doors: mine would not open from the outside even after hearing the unlock noise after it read the car. The other room would not latch at all, door frame was smashed like the door was broken down.

Winner Knights Inn has been such a pleasure to stay. The manager is super nice, professional, and accommodating. She even let us grab some continental breakfast foods to keep in our room fridge the night before, since we’re leaving early in the a.m, which was really sweet. the room was great, with a mini fridge, microwave and big T.V, and very spacious with two beds. also the most affordable room in Winner. definitely check it out!

I booked this room for 5days because of work. within the 5days I only stayed there 1 night because of bedbugs. I got BIT UP ALL OVER MY BODY & she refused to give me a refund. the room is DIRTY, UNCLEAN, FLY TRAPS hanging from the ceiling, Ceiling Panals falling out, the floor is sticky, lack of towels toilet paper and the owner busted into my room and broke THE CHAIN LINK of the door. Very unprofessional business. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. I ended driving 2.5hrs to a friends house to just be comfortable. No hotel should be this way. Very disappointed !

Reception area we had to wait for the clerk. She was not very friendly. Price was high for being poor maintain. Keys card did not work from outside ,had to walk all the way around to get into room.there was damage in the bathroom on the wall and around the sink area. We were going to spend another night but decided on 1night there and never saw anyone in office and had to call again and wait

Don't waste your money or your time. I checked in, looked around the room and immediately left, I didn't even stay the night. The were no actual locks on any of the doors, and no working thermostat. I requested a refund and it was disputed.

I recommend this motel. Amazing owners and I loved there family and dogs. Couldn't ask for a perfect night. The room was perfect size and very nice beds. Also very quit.

You won't believe we were provided a space heater in our room because in room heater wasn't working. TV remote wasn't working, only one Chanel on TV. Not worth the $76 I paid. Knights Inn needs a real big upgrade.
