Not even one star this place deserves. I trusted them, paid 400 bucks to help my fur baby and we only got his body back! HEADLESS!!!! HORRIBLE PLACE TO TAKE YOUR ANIMALS 😭💔😔😔 MY KITTY WAS MY PROPERTY I NEVER SAID THEY CAN CUT HIS HIS OFF. LEAST THEY COULD HAVE DONE WAS AT LEAST LET US SEEN HIM BEFORE THEY DID THAT. SMFH you had us lay our fur baby to rest WITHOUT HIS HEAD! I 💯 PERCENT SAY DO NOT TAKE YOUR FUR BABY TO THIS PLACE. I have a lot of questions if they want to answer my questions call me!!!!!

Visiting from out of town, our dog ripped a toenail that needed attention asap. The friendly, helpful staff got us in right away on Saturday morning. The vet was knowledgeable, competent and compassionate. Really appreciated them seeing us as a "new" patient and making time for us on a Saturday. Thanks!

My friends fur baby was just there, So the lack of the communication throughout the process ,the cold lack of heart when giving the news about the process, decapitating the cat, lack of humane treatment of the pets and lack of communication to the owners ..the mom and pop of Sisco..have the repercussions of the vet office so now have to request the head to complete the burial process.....and had no consideration to even let the fur babies mom and pops even get a last viewing of the family member...so to the vet that got "bit "...you get vaccines ...but what you all put the mom and pop of the fur baby, cuts very deep ...and your company silgle handedly deopped the ball .....so the question is why....WHY!!!animal pets are family and his name is Sysco....you were trusted with his life ...they trusted you with his life......,so between the day shift ...going to the night shift ...okay what happened!!! So cold ....cold!!!! Still had to bury only a part of Sys...who gave the permission....the mom and pops didn't give the permission for that to happen....what was the proof of the bite ....when was the specific time of death....and what caused the death....and where were the phone calls for the updates ....dirty grimy doings ...seeing my close friends have to suffer this last two days ....and when Sys comes back it's just a partial body ....good for you guys ...great job...and ...WHERE WAS THE IM SORRY TO HEAR THAT FROM YOU ....
