The room was much nicer than I was expecting for how low the price was, and was very clean. It had almost no scent at all, not even of cleaning products (great for those with scent sensitivities). The water pressure was incredible and got very hot. The automated check in and check out process was quite nice. However the door automatically locks after a few minutes so don’t for get your code!

This reviews is for the RV park. RV park is convenient and has full hook-ups. It's okay for a night, but I wouldn't call it a destination unless you have family or work in the area. Very basic setup. We had to try three different sites to find a 50 amp service that worked or didn't look like it had burned out a plug recently. Sewer hook-ups are inconvenient for hook-ups behind your axles. Grass looked like it hadn't been cut in a few weeks.Overall, it worked for our one night stay. But, maintenance of systems and grounds doesn't appear to be a priority. With lacking maintenance, it will continue to degrade. My biggest concern is electric and what it might do to a rig if you're not paying attention or checking breakers when you connect power.

Convenient located directly off I 90, no frills but full hook-up level sites. 30 & 50amp electric, water and sewer. Highway noise could be an issue if you are sensitive to noise. $$ cost is moderate but the place looks unkempt (grass in serious need of mowing)Picnic table and fire ring at each site. The staff was very cordial and accommodating.

There is a new owner of this campground and she is amazing. Our truck blew a fuel injector on the way home (650 miles from home) late at night we were scrambling to find a tow for our truck and a campground for our 44 foot RV, because the truck wasn't able to be driven (we found a kind couple with a dually at the gas station who offered to tow our rig to a campground for us. We received a call back from the owner who assigned us a spot and told us to stay as long as necessary and refused to charge us (it took them 5 days to repair the truck). She made a really awful and stressful situation so much easier on us. Thank you!Sites were spacious and super easy access right off the highway. Water, full hook ups, and 30/50 amp service.

Great stop for the night on the way to the black hills. Don’t let the low price fool you. The room was clean and comfortable. Good ac, tv and ample parking. Mary was the sweetest! She called me almost immediately after I made the online reservation. We showed up late and was kind enough to wait for us. The campground is huge with plenty of space for the biggest rigs.

It was a great place for weary travelers to spend the night. It is right off the freeway, electric, water and sewer hookup. Owners were very accommodating and helpful. You do get road noise from the freeway, but it was white noise to us. As a quick place to rest, it was great. No frills, but just what we needed. We will stop here again for sure. $37 for full hook up

Hit the jackpot with this hidden gem. You ever just wanna keep a good spot a secret? This is one of them! Still, I gotta do right by them because they really did go over and beyond the call of duty, as a motel: Helpful and friendly staff; big, clean and comfortable room, two soft comfy pillows for each head (eight in our room), heavy thick premier hotel towels (12 of those), microwave, fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, shampoo & conditioner, toothpaste, cable (with guide), free wifi, air conditioner and even a fly swatter just in case one of those get in your room. I'm from NYC/NJ area and I was skeptical at first but I was impressed with this place. Seriously, you don't have to drive any further and pay more to get less. Stay here & relax in comfort.

Don't let the price fool you on this little motel . Perfectly situated right off the interstate. The rooms are clean as any 5 star hotel we have stayed at. Very nice TV . Clean bathroom. This place is a hidden gem

Loved it! We stayed twice on our roadtrip. Rooms are clean and well maintained. It's close to the road but quiet and safe. We plan on future trips for hunting out that way and this will be where we stay for sure.

I speak for both myself and my boyfriend, this statement I'm about to make has nothing to do with the nice people that actually took care of us while we were there, but the owner ( Mr. Gary) is whom I am talking about. We were good renters. We rented a RV spot, my boyfriend works putting up windmills and we stayed there while the job was going on. We paid our rent every month either early or the date it was due,well if you pay by the month they can't charge taxes but if you don't stay the whole month they keep your money. He owed us 325.00. and I had argued the point but got nowhere until I spoke of putting this on his reviews on their website,then he was like well I can go back and charge us biweekly but then taxes come into play and still wouldn't have gotten anything close to 325.00. So this is why I am putting it out there. He wants you to pay 675.00 a month but doesn't let you know how it goes if you don't ask. We have stayed in a many of RV parks in a lot of different states and NEVER have we ever come across anyone like him. I don't normally write a bad review because I don't come across people like this. Sad part is is that it didn't look like he got a lot of renter's in the first place and had he handled it better we would have recommended to other people. And my boyfriend ended up having to go back to South Dakota and needed a room for about a week needless to say he went elsewhere. Thanks to all whom took the time to read.

Great staff and quiet park. A family member passed away and I had 16 days left from a month rental and they would not return my money because the owner does not do refunds. As long as you don't have an emergency and need a refund, all is good!

Great managers, level spacious sites, very nice bathroom suites (your own bathroom, not shared), nice laundromat. Only downside is a bit of highway noise but too bad. I would recommend.

We were there one night as a half-way stop to our final destination. Mary was amazing! This is our new secret stop! We were there 11 hours in total, but it was quiet & right off the interstate. Thank you!

Nice place. We stayed in the motel area. It looks small, only being 6 rooms. But the rooms were a good size. Bigger than some hotel rooms I have stayed in. Very clean. Nice workers. Amazing.

Level sites, nice store, pleasant manager, excellent individual stall bathrooms, streaming-grade free WiFi. Easy on/off I-90, but quiet. Used to be siding 36. The place also encompasses a motel. What more could a passing-through RVer want?
