Spent a week in Webster at one of sportsman's coves lodges. Five of us had a wonderful stay. Doug took great care of us. Gave us plenty of good Intel to get on the good perch bite. The bait at the shop was affordable and lively. Will definitely stay with sportsman's cove again.

This place is probably the most helpful and informative of all the bait shops in South Dakota. Don't get me wrong, you can go to many bait shops and get a little advice and its probably helpful but these guys have a hotline telephone number that gets updated very frequently. The store has anything you could use as a sportsman. I saw a review here before I started writing this one and the guys said he could buy things cheaper on line than here??? really? That's true for about 99% of consumer goods. I guess I like to support the shops that are doing things right and these guys are.

We were in the area stay for a guided fishing trip. Stopped by Sportsmens Cove and was surprised by their selection. We will definitely return when we are up there next year on our fishing trip.

Would give 5 but neither they or the hardware store next door had a good knife sharpener. It's a sportsman store, I'm sure a lot of hunter and fisherman want a nice finely sharpened knife.
