Had a flat tire and tread was in the red zone so would not honor walmart warranty or do only 1 tire for 4wd truck. Made an appointment and took more than 3 hours to install 4 new tires, was requirement for flat tire in red zone of tread. They made extensive notes about dings and scratches present on my truck and something about a battery and sensors but no mention as to why different lug nutts were placed back on with new tires. Tires were reasonable deal but maybe not when have to replace several lug nuts? called the store about it few days later and Melissa said she would call back but never received phone call within a couple hours later. 1 replacement lug nuts for my vehicle ended up costing over $12 when i needed at least 2 that were not put back on my truck when new tires were installed and 2 other ones appeared shorter? kind of negated the black Friday deals going on with now needing to buy new lug nuts when originals are missing and no mention about damaged lug nuts or replacing my lug nuts in long extensive notes somebody wrote on my receipt about scratches and dings?1 nut seemed even shorter and 2 lug nutts were totally not the same original lug nuts from when i dropped off my truck.

This Walmart is by far the filthiest one I've ever been to. The food section had flies landing on everything 🤢🤮I've never really had any complaints regarding their stores but this one has made me not want to touch ANYTHING in there, let alone buy food that isn't sealed by the actual manufacturer. Not to mention only 5% of people in this town wear masks.... no wonder why it's the new hot spot for the virus.

It's been a long time since I've been in a walmart that I've enjoyed.. Seemed like there was plenty of help around and shelves were being stocked. Got to the checkout and had a young fella named Noah. He was very friendly and outgoing.. All stores should have more people like Noah, at least at the checkouts...

I sat in front of the fitting rooms for 5 minutes with two items after ringing the bell, and talked to two employees who instead of helping told me to ring the bell, one of which was standing right at the fitting rooms when I showed up. But instead of unlocking a door, she walked away and told me to ring the bell. This employee is also the person who eventually opened the door after five minutes and looked like this completely messed up her day to do this. Overall, I would give this experience a 0 star review if I could.

Got the tires on my pickup rotated & balanced, long over due. Promptly greeted & made my service request but was told 11/2 hour wait which would be the tire & lube closing time. I politely explained my situation so service writer went in back to double check. Came back &told me about a half hour wait. Perfect! I did my shopping and only sat waiting 15 minutes, for a total of 45 minutes fantastic & excellent price to have the work done. A big thank you 😊 for getting that maintenance item done for me !

Very professional like any other Walmart. The tire service does have mistakes I and others have experienced in the past. The mistakes were handled in an acceptable manner in my eyes. Fair business

This is by far the best Walmart I have ever been to with my real service dog. They do have the occasional fake service dog that tries to go after my task trained dog. But that is unfortunately to be expected anywhere. But the difference here is that they actually take initiative to tell those people to remove their dog from the building. Other Walmarts will just tell you, “there’s nothing we can do”. Where as this place takes me seriously when it comes to my service animal. And the employees have been very nice and understanding about my condition as well. I have a condition called POTS, that causes me to pass out daily. They have been great about not calling 911 when I specifically tell them not to. (Accessibility: Photo is of my dog laying down in the aisle while I shop)

This store is a mess to be honest and there prices keep raising and changing every week?! They don't stock products for weeks at a time and when your trying to ask someone for help, it's like the employees run from you into the back rooms or they spit at you and give you attitudes all because your trying to find something. The whole store is basically being run by teenagers, you hardly ever see any supervisors it's like there all hiding in the back somewhere. The bathrooms are disgusting and smell terrible. There always out of paper towels or out of toilet paper it's disgusting 🤢. The vegetables never last longer then 3-4 days after purchase but yet we went to another store and bought the same thing and there product lasts 8-10 days and is cheaper... whatever is going on they need to get back in line before the other competition takes control.

Sad to see so many need a phone to find their items. We asked where some items were and they didn't know. Had to use their own phone. The positive side is the store is pretty clean. People are polite. And it is nice to see happy faces.

Walmart gives me hives... I don't know if it's the lights, the droves of humans that seem to forget to get dressed before leaving the house, or maybe the cashiers that lurk directly overtop of you.. but only when you get near a checkout, otherwise just figure it out yourself, you're on your own until it's time to pay!. **Correction, the older gentleman (sales associate ?) in the sporting goods/toy section was quite pleasant.

The only item I could find was broken. I went to find a sales guy to see if it could get it replaced. The guy proceeded to walk away, put the item on the shelf and walkout without his jacket. I understand that it was almost closing time, but all I wanted was some information about if it could be replaced!!

Watertown Walmart auto is awful. I tried getting in for an oil change & also called and was on hold for at least half an hour…the front end, and mechanics. Not worth it, plus once I did get in once I needed new tires they messed up my tire pressure sensor. So I had to pay an extra 200 to get my tires placed right & fix the light going off in my car.

Had to ask customer service person twice to get someone to open perfume cabinet after pushing button multiple times. Then I still had to go find someone to open it myself. All this took around 20 minutes or more. Then when I finally found someone she was on her phone visiting with someone in the pharmacy.😠

HUGE!! Shout out to Casey (I’m probably spelling it wrong, sorry) Casey is a fantastic Walmart employee. Not only is she friendly and welcoming, but she truly cares about her customers. When I was having an issue with my online order, she listened to my concerns and made my issue HER to my order. She was patient and kind, and she made sure I had everything I needed before I left the store.What really impressed me about Casey was her attention to detail. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, and she made sure that I was satisfied with my purchase before I left. Her customer service skills are truly outstanding.Overall, I was extremely impressed with Casey's professionalism, knowledge, and dedication. She is a true asset to the Walmart team, and I hope that she is recognized for her outstanding work.Thank you soooo much, Casey. You truly are the epitome of customer service.

Get a lot of thing that are needed for the family usually at a great price. The thing i have a problem with is them never having the games that I want in stock. And if they do it takes about 15 minutes or more to get an associate to come and get it out for me but Walmart is necessary.

The two ladies at the Vision center are super helpful and kind. Help with picking out new glasses and knowledgable with picking out the right lenses. I would recommend them to anyone
