I love walgreens but the Watertown store has the most unfriendly and unprofessional workers. I've been talked down to, talked over, and disrespected multiple times by different workers. The manager has the ability (and support from corporate) to correct system mistakes but chooses not to.I hope that corporate chooses to clean house and get in more qualified people to assist customers in a polite, respectful manner.

Rude, do not recommend. I drove my friend to the pharmacy drive thru that is open until 8pm and was in line at 7:57pm. She needed her antibiotics that they waited to fill until 7:30pm, when she had her appt at 12:00pm that day. We waited in line for the person ahead of us to get their prescription until 8:03, and as we pulled up they pulled the gate down as fast as they could. I even knocked on the window. Absolutely ridiculous when I was already in like before 8 and was only that late because they waited so long to fill it. Will never recommend this Walgreens pharmacy in Watertown.

I came to Walgreens looking for Anbesol Gel which can be very difficult to find because its small and could possibly be located in 3 different isles: baby, pharmacy or with the tooth brushes. Caitlyn knew exactly where it was at! She didn't make me feel like a bother at all! When a business has knowledgeable workers I think it's important for customers to acknowledge that and I think it's also important to for a business to acknowledge that worker. Caitlyn (I hope I spelled it correctly) is definitely a keeper!

I was in South Dakota from Illinois, and realized I brought an empty insulin pen. The pharmisist, Tim Irons went above and beyond to wait for me 30 minutes past the closing time while I drove down from Aberdeen. His exceptional service saved me from a possible crisis situation. I am so grateful for his help.

Store manager Daryl spoke down to me like I was less than human......horrible experience!!!!!Assistant store managers extremely nice. I even asked Daryl who his manager was, he wouldnt say........guessing he gets lots of complaints

Very expensive for most over the counterMeds and wait times are horrible at the pharmacy but staff is usually friendly.

Stood in one of two lines for 15 minutes at the pharmacy not sure if I was in the wrong line or what but was never acknowledged once and the other line moved right along even people that were there after me. Terrible customer service

A full-service Pharmacy including a drive-up pharmacy window. The store has photo finishing, Personal Care items, greeting cards, toys, many household items.
