It's a clean, organized location. Store is easy to find when you come into town from the east side. It's on the main highway from either direction. But with it being on east end, much easier.Never had any issues with finding any employees, all has been helpful in some way if needed. Human cashiers still available along with self checkouts.All in all, I usually leave with more than I intended when walking into the store. Apparently I dont decide, Target decides what I need. Ha!I also drop off glass jars for recycling. That is ultimately my favorite thing (they have other options for it too, just glass has always been my concern and Target being my outlet for that makes me very happy).

It’s another Target store. The most notable difference is that the employee’s are very friendly and helpful here. Otherwise the store is clean and neat as most Targets I have visited are. Items are in stock and prices are competitive.

Very easy to do returns/ exchanges. Our Watertown Personal are always friendly and very helpful. If I ask for help with an item they always take me to the item instead of pointing in the direction it’s in. I do all my gift shopping for my grandchildren at Target. Highly recommended.

Clean and un-cluttered store. Friendly employees and a great health and beauty aisle(s). A couple of items not in stock (for a while now) but other stores seem to be having the same issues. Store cleanliness is very noticeable and the environment affords a comfortable shopping experience. Again, the store employees are friendly and helpful.

I went to Target to purchase a cord for an electronic device. I was not sure about what I needed so I asked Lynne an employee about what I needed. Lynne knew exactly what I needed to purchase. Lynne was helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed . During the Christmas season I purchased more items at Target than at their competitor because the employees are very eager to help solve problems or answer a question, the employees are friendly and seem to genuinely care about what the needs are of the customers. Employees here are always so welcoming & helpful. I appreciate that there is always someone standing at the self checkouts to help if needed as opposed to other stores that you must wait & flag someone down.

If you want to pay higher prices, do your own self check out with a huge amount in your cart - all while employees stand around doing nothing but watching to make certain you don’t steal while YOU do THEIR job, then this is the spot for you! Decades long Target shopper that may finally be done. Horrid.

Lazy employees, item wouldn't ring up and she refused to sell me said item because she didn't want to go back and check a different one even though there was a shelf full of them

I don't like Target return policies. However, this transaction went smoothly and without a hitch. (Now I hope I don't need to return it. It's an electronic appliance.) I try to use Target as a last resort. Sorry

Very disappointed in Target. I was online earlier looking for disinfecting wipes and it showed there were Up & Up brand 75 ct wipes available at our location. We made a special trip out there just to get them, and come to find out they were all out of them. I advised the employee, Nettie, that they should update their website and she said rudely "That's not our responsibility", told her she should tell corporate to do that, basically just continued to ignore me and walked away. You can't even order disinfecting wipes online or to be delivered to your home. They also had a limit of 1 wipes/cleaner. Really? Sorry we wasted our time even going there

This is not a Super Target. It is the classical "old school" Target with a tiny grocery section added, but that is to be expected in a town the size of Watertown, SD. The service is usually OK here, and they have a pretty good selection of things. Typical Target items. Some specialty items you have to ask for because they do not have the display space for them, especially electronics. Overall, not bad.

Tiny store. Hard to maneuver a cart. Don't even try in the baby section. Employees are less than professional. They remodeled to add some food aisles, but didnt expand the building. Even more crowded now than it was before renovating. So whats the point? I live in the same town as this store , but wait until I go somewhere else to shop at Target.

Don’t bother calling here to look for item availability, they pass you around on hold three or four times and the employees don’t seem to know they’re departments. You are better going in and looking for yourself.
