I love how they allow our furry family member come in to shop with us! Our fur baby knows exactly where her isle is located the moment we step in. Friendly and helpful staff too! Fur baby gets treats at checkout too!

Warning, do not purchase any electronic devices from Runnings. If you walk out the door, find out its not what you thought it was, that the product was low quality, there's a no return policy. You're better off going to Amazon.And a word of advice to Steve, who works in sporting goods, you're customer service skills suck. I'd rather travel to Brookings

Went there to purchase a pair of rubber non steel toe chore boots. They had my size 13 boots, tried them on fit fine,purchased them. I made a joking remark liking they way the boots are secured together like hand cuffs. Cashier laughed at that. She also said that when she removes the security device that it usually pops into one of the boots.We both chuckled about that. I made my purchase told the cashier to have a good day.

Excellence in customer service.My search for a solution for feeding hay to our horses lead me to the friendly neighbors cross border at Runnings. Mikayla coordinated the shipment of a hay hut from one store to another, saving me extra time and travel, and then, just by chance it was also sold to me at a fantastic sale price. Special thanks to Mike and the red haired lady (didn't get your name) who assisted with the loading and tie down.Refreshing to find a department store of this size, with so much selection, that provides the level of customer care that these folks do. Well worth the trip. We will definitely be back some other day.

Love this place! I come here to get cat food all the time, but I wind up leaving with so much more! This store is one of them hidden gems. It has everything! And usually for dirt cheap. And the people are what you picture SD should be. Like, I lost my wallet in the parking lot, and a woman who worked at the store, came and found me, that's how I realized I lost it. Again thank you so much to the person who returned it and thank you to the employee who searched me out.

Everytime I have gone in, I have received help if I needed. If they were out of stock they would let me know when the next order would come in, however they would suggest another store that may have that supply. That is how you know they truly want to meet their customers needs. Go Runnings!😻👍😊

Great employees, plenty of product to choose from and reasonably priced. TONS of clothes, however, it's a tight fit. You cannot maneuver your cart very well. Nevertheless, good quality. A Farmer/Rancher paradise 😀

Coming from a place where we strive for amazing customer service and employee communication, I felt bad for an employee that was looking for help and what I’m guessing was higher up was publicly rude to the co-worker who was asking for help and had no desire to help the employee or me. I can say say I was passed on to someone else who was very kind and able to help me, but that rude encounter stuck. On the bright side, have been to runnings a couple times for pet supplies and I love their selections!!

I’m not sure I have ever been in a retail store where employees are so uninterested in the customer, and it boils down to lack of leadership and training. I have taken the time to give the manger very candid and respectful feedback and it fell on deaf ears.Good luck, I’m off to Tractor Supply.

They have some amazing stuff! Looking for bee keeping supplies, they have it. Looking for 1 bolt, they have it. Looking for boots or hats,they have that. John Deere toys, yep. Horse bedding, yep. Great selection of cat and dog food. It is an amazing store.

They have good stuff and enough of it, but I went midday on a Sunday and stood in line for 20 minutes tp buy one thing. Only two lanes were open. You need more people checking out during busy hours.

This a good Runnings store. Larger than the Runnings in Milbank. The staff are knowledgeable. No longer any covid precautions; however,so no cashier's are wearing masks. No staff and no customers were masked. I did not ask if curbside pick up was still available because I wanted to browse the current inventory for discounts,etc.

Employees said they had 9mm ammo but the department Mgr won't put it out,they said had several cases in back, cashier told us the guy has it in back for his friends...maybe they need to get rid of him and put someone with customer service for all not just his buddies...will be calling corporate on this.
