This is a must for stopping when in the Watertown area. Great for a snack or meal. They have big pretzels and mini bites which are excellent road trip food. You can order ahead and pick up as well, but it does take some time to make this creative comfort food, so if you go there just understand the wait is totally worth it. All salty or sweet cravings you have can be satisfied here.

This place was inviting and had a wide variety of flavors and options. The wonderful lady at the front counter was a delight and helped us with ordering, as well as supplies for my kids and me. She was very thoughtful and considerate. The food was delicious and even my small children are a ton! Big win for our family to find this restaurant.

Perfect locally owned place to grab a very tasty lunch! Everybody is always very nice and the food is perfectly done with a great balance of dough, cheese, and sauce. Can't relate to any of the poor reviews on here. I can't wait to come back and enjoy another great meal!

Came to get a pretzel under the new owners, online they close at 6pm, I arrived just before 5. When I pulled into the spot they rushed to the window to close the blinds and shut the open sign off. This is very upsetting and not how this place used to be run. Very disappointed as the first experience since new ownership was cold and the owner was rude.

The guy in the kitchen stared at me like I was a horrible inconvenience. He looked like he wanted to come at me swingin. He just kept staring. I had to hide in a corner to get out of his line of sight.

They are always happy to see you with a smile. While the warm smell of fresh-soft-pretzels of a wide variety, wafts towards you. What more do you need to know? Also a nice spot for a quick refreshment during the summer with 3-or-4, 2-person tables to get the maximum enjoyment out of the fleeting summer season.

Good place to stop for a quick bite. My kids love coming here for a snack or even a quick lunch. Served fast, and it's really good! Would highly recommend!

I'm so excited this place is open again! Their food is SO Delicious! I daydream about their Chicago Dog & beef pretzel dog. Kids enjoyed their pretzel pizza & cinnamon pretzel bites. Check Facebook for hours.

This is a happy little place. The seating area is small but they have extra chairs (most people order their food to go anyways). The food is super good! The service is great. I paid $5 and left full with some left overs.

The food here is DELICIOUS. I would recommend to anyone. The prices are very good and the staff is wonderful. My kids are there for the first time today, and loved it! Even the toddler ate all her food!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!I went to go get a knucklehead roll and it was busted open and tased very old. The dough seemed like it was made a could days ago and the employees seemed very unhappy to be doing the job they are getting paid for. Also i left a tip for a certain person and Deb took it for herself and put it in her pants pocket. Def need some new employees

I used to love this place it was so good the food was amazing, but ever since the owner transferred the food quality has quickly gone down hill, the first time we got food with the new owner you got a portion 1/3 the size it used to be, they changed the bread the taste and even the sauces that they had overall I would not go here again which is sad because I used to love this place so much

Went to meet a friend there and was surprised it was a restaurant and not a resale shop for baby clothes. The food was awesome and the owner was the cook, waitress and chief bottle washer. Very friendly and homey atmosphere

I love their pretzels and I always get the pretzel chili dog. My daughter loves to get their pretzel pizza. Good food, great service! We're going for regular pretzels right now!

The food here is really good. I like to go here during the work day and order whatever they have on special. Ordering off of the menu board can be confusing if you don't know what you are doing.
