Wide selection of tools and the staff is very quick, professional, and friendly. They helped me locate a few tools I needed in no time, and had me checking out fairly quickly. Only thing we couldn't locate was an orbital buffer which was no big deal to me. The general quality of the tools are excellent and they carry the best brands such as DeWalt, but also have a cheaper line-up of tools if you need something quick, cheap, and inexpensive.

Great place for all sorts of things. I like just looking through the stuff. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only wish they still sold things like bolts, screws. Etc in bulk instead of packaged. I needed 2 long nails, would have had to purchase several more if they would have had them.

Made my first visit to the Watertown S.D. Mac's hardware store, as usual the employees are quite friendly, and helpful since the roads were supposed to be closed, they didn't expect this steely eyed truck driving man to show up but I ran hard through snow covered roads to deliver that split load to Watertown and Sioux Falls. Ran a forklift to help them unload since I can't do much manual labor anymore. We got it unloaded and they were selling stuff as soon as it came off the truck. LoL! Those little heaters were selling like hotcakes.

We did an online curbside pickup. Assistant manager helped us at store and was rude about us doing a curbside pickup. Saying things like o what you didnt want to come in the store? And when I said thank you she rolled her eyes and walked away. Regardless of reason of why we chose curbside pickup. (My friend who made purchase was having a huge panic attack and I have a broken hip ) we still were choosing to spend our money locally

Met with courtesy directed me to where I needed to find bulk chain and cut it to the desired length. I occasionally go here for a work related parts run

They seem to have better and more variety of tools than typical large volume stores eg Lowes. Always have a variety of staff able to help and never have to look far.

Friendly staff. Great place to go when you just need some hardware. Employees are very friendly and offer to help right when you walk in the door. I go here pver Menards whenever possible!

Menards for me is across town and the closest place for a tap measure is MACS.. 10 dollars for a regular 16’ taps measure and some how 17 dollars for a 12’ tap measure?? The stuff they have is to over priced never shopping there again. I can go to menards and buy one the does the job just as good for 5 bucks

Great selection with the old hardware store feel. Including a little area with bottled sodas and candy you can't find anywhere else. If you can't find it here it doesn't exist.
