I went and got a birthday cake yesturday for a birthday today. And it is very pretty but can some one tell me how to get the blue dye off my hands from cutting the cake... so glad that no face went into the cake they would be blue 💙 😩

We don't shop here very often as it isn't as close as it once was since we moved. However, we still have the same doctors and dentists so when we are in town we usually stop for a donut treat after an appt. Today was great because the donuts were full and freshly stocked. The deli counter lady was nice when I grabbed a pound of meat. I usually don't have a problem finding what is needed. When a sale is happening sometimes you may not find it on the shelf, however, they give out and honor rain checks. The floral shop and customer service desk has always been friendly and helpful as well. The store is kept clean. The parking lot is kind of a pain to get in and out of especially when it is super busy.

This review is for the bakery girls decorating cakes. No customer service & act like it’s a huge inconvenience to help you. Teach customer service or the back room would be a good place for them.

Didn't go grocery shopping, wife & I had lunch at the cafeteria. We had Chinese very good. It's been a while since we have eaten there. Server was excellent helping us with the choices very professional & polite.

I have been missing out on the best breakfast sandwich in town. I had no idea their cafe food was this good!! 5 stars!!! Wow that was delicious 😁😁😁👌

Had a small issue with my Hy-Vee perks membership, and the customer service rep was super polite and helpful getting my problem fixed. Other than that, the prices are great, too.

I'm not totally familiar with Hy-Vee, but I was very impressed by this store's meal options and overall appe appearance. They have a restaurant inside the store then a huge counter of hot food (burgers, chicken, fries, East Asian foods, soups, etc.). Our visit was limited to this area, but the store appeared to be clean and the workers we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Definitely will be back to get groceries next time!

The pork fritter sandwich was priced right, large portioned and hot. I was in town on business and was very satisfied choosing this option over any other restaurant establishment.

Talk about a helpful smile! I got karing Kapers tickets for my parents and received great customer service. The store was busy, but things were clean and people were getting thru the lines quickly.

Good store with good employees. However, and I hate to say this, but that blue "W" store that Sam started has much better produce. This HyVee's produce is not great. But we like their deli.

Way over-priced (even for 2023 prices) and often seems dingy. They've gone to almost all self checkout. Their "deals" are often sold out within the first day, so doesn't make it worth my time. I'd rather drive another hour for the "variety" they offer.

I love their fresh vegetables and miss the salad bar thanks covid. The employees in the meat department are always helpful to help you figure out what you're thinking you want and explaining what each cut of meat is. A bakery is always willing to help you figure out what you need how much you need to order and always makes the best cakes. The deli department in the kitchen always have great customer service have good food and willing to help you figure out what you need when you come in. They're always super family. The pharmacy employees and pharmacist have always been so wonderful to my family and I. They're always willing to take the time to explain my medication to me and answer questions if I have any after I get home. The cashiers also are always nice and helpful and if you have a question or need something they call a manager right away to help you. I really enjoy the staff and their selection especially with the special diet I must follow with the foods that they carry.

One of my favorite places to shop. They have the best selection of dry goods you could want. The.meat department is excellent as well. I have found several.items there that other local stores don't carry. They have great customer service on top of it all.

The teenagers that work here are so kind and helpful. Tonight my arms were full on the way across the frozen parking lot & the boy gathering carts asked if I "wanted a hand." Its not the first time which is why I chose to write about it.

This is a very well run and good place to get groceries. I have been going for years and never have I had a bad experience. They keep all the aisles very neat and tiddy. You'll have to go accross the street for beer or alcohol, but you can get a hot meal or sit in the buffet for some great grub.

Just picked up my granddaughters birthday cake was not pleased with their presentation of it. The picture was blurry looking and the lettering was really smushed together. We always order our cakes from hyvee as they are the best and never had this issue. Hoping it was just an off day.

It's a nice store overall (clean, etc.). This particular day I was only able to get 1 of the 4 cereals that were on sale, 3 of the 9 types of Progresso soups, no kale, no skim cottage cheese... about 1/2 to 2/3 of my items were out of stock and " if it isn't on the shelf, we don't have it right now..." If I rated this experience, it would be a 1, and I wouldn't go back. Thankfully, I have been here one other time and it was a better experience. Checkouts were fast, friendly, and my groceries were packed well!

Great deals and a variety of options. Only wish they carried more Tillamook cheese options. Lately, it seems like the bakery section has gotten smaller and they could take a bit more care in the packaging of their meals to go (sticky containers and lids that don't seat very well sometimes).

I just wanted to give a special thank you to the floral department. I live in Nebraska and call to have flowers sent to a friend for her birthday. They were absolutely gorgeous. Thank you again for doing such an amazing job!!!!!!
