Owner was super helpful, really nice. Never been here before knew nothing about this place. I ended up taking one of her last kitties. We love him! Pets seem well cared for, everyone is happy. Don’t recommend going to Critter Mart! I got a kitten from there and he was covered in fleas but it took over a week to show symptoms of the fleas I also got bites myself from the fleas worst experience ever don’t recommend going there you’ll probably end up with an infested animal and when I took the cat back they said just by looking they could tell he had ring worms but yet they didn’t tell me nor did they treat him.

Place has everything you need for your pet, could use more selection of pets and yes it smells like a pet store so no points off for that, overall it is really cool and I'm going to buy that Rabbit after I make sure we're both not eating ramen noodle packets for dinner bcuz that's important. Misery loves company...unless it's more misery LoL

I adopted a leopard gecko from critter mart over 5 years ago and have been visiting since before that. Any question I have (even about other animals in store) the owner always has the answer! LeAnn is always able to help me with the best options for my leopard gecko. They always have a wide variety of necessities for many pets, and if they don’t, they can order it very quickly. My dog loves the many treats they offer, and they always have a new one in stock. Critter Mart has so many beautiful animals, my dog and I love to stroll through the store just to see what’s new! If you’re looking for a new way to connect with your pet, LeAnn always has things you wouldn’t find anywhere else!

We purchased a baby crested Gecko from Leann. We live an hour away, she but the baby on hold and sent us pictures until we had our terrarium setup. We drove there to pick up baby gecko and this little one is in pristine condition... And really tame. We have been able to hand feed the baby because that's what the breeder and pet store did. They really care about the animals... No puppy mill situation here.

It is so nice to have a small town pet store that deals with small animals and birds. It is very conveniently located and the employees are very knowledgeable about the care and keeping of small animals as well as dogs and cats. There is a great big blue macaw that is a exciting to see.

I love going into the pet store. I can take my daughter in and have no worries about her getting sick from the animals! This is the cleanest, most friendly pet store around the area! There are volunteers that are young kids that come in and help with all the animals, which is an amazing opportunity for them to learn about work ethics as well as customer service. The owner is always there for questions and is ALWAYS willing to help find anything you may need! Ever since the owner had taken over the pet store a couple years ago, my husband and I go in all the time! It's bright and cheerful! And you can handle the animals as long as you ask! Some are rescues and she has a vet come through weekly to check out the animals! The vet is also on call for any emergencies she may have with an animal! She pays out of pocket for all of her vet bills (how many pet stores can say that?) Sometimes she doesn't even profit off of an animal! She doesn't care, as long as the animals are cared for and loved, that's all that matters to her!! She is the most caring person to own a pet store, and i am glad she is the one that owns it!! Anyone that has anything bad to say is doing it to harm her and that's wrong!

Critter Mart is a wonderful place I was just in there the other day and bought some fish. They have some really cool new fish tanks. I walked around and all the animals looked healthy and cages were clean I would recomend anyone looking for animals to stop in and check this place out. A+ rating from me.

Great pet shop. Nice variety of supplies, the pets are all well taken care of, no strong smell of animals when you walk in as it's kept very clean. Locally owned and LeAnn does her best to help you with all your pet needs!
