Lovely store with an exquisite collection of Black Hills gold jewelry. Amanda helped my family and I, she was exceptionally helpful and kind. Very patient as we tried on many pieces as well as showed us some other deals they had in the store. She even provided a coupon for a free bangle bracelet with purchase that I had been admiring. Overall a great store with very friendly and attentive staff.

Spent $65 on a pendant necklace that comes with a “complementary” chain. The pendant some how came off of the chain while around my neck within the first few hours of wearing it. The “warranty” only covers defects if you can prove it’s defective. Seems like it came off of the chain because it WAS defective but I can’t prove so because I wasn’t expecting it to fall off and haven’t found it. Basically just spent $65 on a cheap chain necklace.

We had a super pleasant visit! We got asked if we needed help almost immediately, and our associate was awesome and pulled out what she thought we would like (even though she knew the sale would be relatively small). We also found a ring that had been mis-sized by one of their vendors and they corrected it while we watched.

I bought a ring off of the display that had a plastic tab holding it to the card. When I got to the car and snipped the ring off of the card and tried it on, it was too big. Within 5 minutes, I returned to the store to ask for an exchange for the smaller size, and the clerk just about didn't do it. She finally allowed me to get the smaller size, emphasizing that they usually won't do that. We loved the cute little town, but would not return to this store.

I was really excited to shop here . I have a pocket full of credit cards and a love for black hills gold. However i am leaving now because i have been in the store for 10 minutes looking at jewelry, even right in front of a heavy lady who wont stop playing with her annoying loud keys, and not one employee has greeted or asked to help me. Not one of the 3 behind the desk were with anybody else either. I have been a district manager in retail for 10 years and if i ever saw my employees judging or ignoring customers that way it would not be good. You just lost yourself alot of profit today. This was the WALL location

Just spent a decent amount of money there. After leaving town I looked in my bag to realize I had not gotten the correct earrings. I bought 4 pair and only one was right. 2 were supposed to be birthstone studs with the leaves and I just got the studs, and mine were a 3 piece set with pearls and I got the set without the pearls. Very disappointing.

Stopped to get some souvenirs on our way home after touring the black hills. the clerk was helping my son and I look at some knives. After telling us that the knives we were looking at were made by someone in "Montana" and "American Made" for them to sell my son and I each picked out a Damascus knife. Being curious, I decided to look up the "blacksmith" who makes these knives. The only thing that marked the knives was a model number on the tag under the bar code. After searching this model number I find that the exact same knives Are massed produced and over half the price on Amazon. With some further searching I am unable to determine if the knives are real Damascus or not. Now I am over 8 hours away with buyers remorse and a disappointed son. Hopefully the "authentic black hills gold" rings that my wife and daughter purchased are just that.

I give this place ZERO stars. I recently purchased a $200 ankle bracelet that broke the first time I wore it. It was fitted by the store clerk, so it was the right size. I was able to fix it the first time, but when it broke a second time I didn't hear it fall and it is lost. BAD ENOUGH - but WORSE - I reached out to the store and they didn't even bother responding. I say avoid this store and their Black Hills gold jewelery.

"Gold Digger" is the perfect name for this place. So the prices YOU see are not what they charge you. They OVERCHARGED me $17 (yes I got it back) but the lady played dumb like someone else put those prices & she didn't know it. Her list was $1 or more than what was on the floor.They have very nice things but be careful when checking out!

I picked out a toe ring today and Julia was so helpful and kind to my husband and I. I highly recommend for any black hills gold Jewlery since they were more reasonable then other stores in the strip as well!

Don't even go there.it looked all attractive in the shop and how come they don't accept returns. We bought ear ringsThey didn't even tell us that they don't accept returns and they said it's on the receipt. We get receipt only after we purchase it,and how will we know that before purchasing it.

It is very sad that they did not pay attention or ask if I wanted to see anything. I went back to look at rings in the cases 3 times today. With more staff than customers it was poor customer service, and they lost my sale.

On 5/4/2024 I purchased an XL Dyed Geode Half, and 5 Pyrite from cashier 850, register 2, 1:15 pm, on Transaction #41391. After I got home I noticed I was billed for 6 Pyrite instead of 5. If cashier 850 can't tell the difference between 5 and 6 items she shouldn't be working behind the counter. Also another note. I am a rockhounder an I asked her if she knew any areas I could do some rockhounding. She gave me the name of a road she made up and wasted my time. I will no longer shop at Gold Diggers.

I bought a beautiful necklace; Now I want to go buy a ring and maybe earrings. I really liked that the clerks don't overwhelm you and let you look calmly (in some stores they are very annoying).
