I don’t usually do fast food, but when I do the bare minimum is that the food is hot. Idk y’all I guess I don’t eat fast food but it was the only place open in the middle of no where so we just sent for it. We ordered the tenders and a salad. My tenders were hard that I didn’t even finish them. Hubby went with the salad and in his words “basic and fries were cold”. I mean if your hungry it is a place to get food. I would just suggest to eat before arrive or buy groceries if you arrive late.

So I'm waiting in line. The customer in front of us orders, then walks away. The kid working there is looking off into space, totally avoiding eye contact with us. Should I approach the counter? Are you waiting for the previous customer to come back? So my husband says go ahead up to the counter. No greeting from the worker, no hello, no thank you. Nothing. Worse customer service you can give. Train these kids to greet and thank the customers!!!

I'm not a huge DQ fan but we decided to stop at this place after the overwhelming crowd for food at the Wall drug store. Surely, one of the better fast food restaurants we have had. The drive through service was really quick and the chicken strips and the brownie parfait tasted great. My suggestion for people visiting Wall is to skip the lunch/dinner at the Wall drug store and eating here instead!

We went through the drive-thru while on a road trip. We ordered 2 chicken strip kid meals with ranch and ketchup. 1 had a banana with soda, and 1 had fries with tea. We also ordered one Blizzard. The chicken and fries were perfect. The banana will be ready to eat in a couple of days. The tea tasted fine, but it was barely chilled and had no ice in the cup. We were missing the ketchup in the bag, but we dealt with it. The main issue was the Blizzard (which was the most expensive thing that was ordered). If the person at the window would have tried the flip test, they would have owed me a car wash along with a new Blizzard. It was 1 level above soup and needed a straw. I understand that they are busy, but if the ice cream machine couldn't keep up, the manager should have stopped the sale of the product rather than offered subpar food.

Was able to order right away. The order was accurate and tasted as expected for a DQ.Small place that filled up quickly. Didn't visit the restroom due to the extremely long line but took from comments there were two.Ultimately, it served its purpose for a quick bite.

I have no good things to say about this place. There are not very many places to eat so we have come here 3 times since moving to the area. Each time gets worse. Don't waste your time or money. (Check your receipt, they overcharge for alot of the items and do not honor the coupons.)To the owner: teaching your employees to play dumb when the coupon isn't applied or when items ring up over charged is crook behavior. Do better.

The person that took the order did not know what she was doing. She overcharged us on our food. We did not have any drinks and she charged us for them. I ordered the chicken strips that had both the fries and onion rings and she charged me for both fries and onion rings. If you teach them to overcharge customers, that is terrible customer service.

I do not ever conplain or leave reviews of any kind. Its just not something i do. But after this visit. I was compelled to leave a review. My family of 9 came through on our little journey. We decided to stop on by at this diary queen. I was not let down in anyway. Out of all the gravies i have had at countless other dairy queens. It was made just understandable. My food was cooked amazing. Just amazing. But the highlight can not be given to the real star. And that is the owner of this dairy queen. I do not know where she found or how she trained her employees. But they handled a large order for us in less than 5 minutes. Entrees, extras, and shakes. That in of itself just sets it apart from other dairy queens and fast food chains. The owner herself was just incredible. So kind and full of energy. She really sets the dynamic for the experience. I wont go on any further. It is long so the short point is if you visit the badlands and need food for your of the family do not hesitate to give this place a try.

We got there about 1:30, traveling through. The honey bbq chicken strips tasted like they were cooked around noon & sat. Same as the fries. Food came fast but not at all hot. The mint cookie. Blizzard didn't taste there was any mint in it. It was blended to crumbs.

Even by fast food standards, this place just didn't work for us. Took a long time to get our food. When it arrived, the burgers were cool and just kind of salty. No real flavor. Fries were average. I'd find someplace else next time.

We drove all day and decided to crash in Wall, grabbed a bite here got a couple of cheeseburgers, chili cheese dog, and some fries. We went through the drive through, it was busy, but we didn’t have to wait long on a Sunday afternoon. Food was good, fries were kill. The folks working the drive through were nice 😀.

This place is a rip off. Order a combo the guy ask if you want fries, onion rings or cheese curds.Get our order no fries. Go and say something and they say fries are extra. So why did we get asked if we wanted fries. Got a drink with our sandwiches.Stay away from this place!!! Food wasn't that good anyway.

We showed up at 7:53 with a closing time of 8pm. The workers were very hospitable and polite. Got us everything we asked for with a smile on their faces. Will be going back.

Ordered 4pc chicken strip basket without a drink($8) rings it up for $9 and they said it comes with the drink. I also ordered extra buttered toast, they charged $1.50 for it and I got a side of dry hard bread with 3pc chicken strips. Also didnt give me my ranch. $11 for 3 chicken dry chicken strips, hard fries and hard bread. No wonder DQ going out of buisness

Both the cashier and manager need a customer service class or 2.I should have drove to Rapid.Seems Badlands and Red Rock are the only decent eateries in this town.

Been going here since I was a little boy. I am now 63. Great food. But I will never return, not ever ! During my last visit I ordered at the drive-thru and employee stated the price/cost of my order. At the payment window a lower price was given & not wanting the person to come up short on the register I corrected them. She stated the lower price was because of my car's decal. I gave her the money. When she gave me my receipt she saw me looking at the windshield and I said I have oil-change decal only, she interupted and said it was my disabled vehicle license plate decal and then added, you know that, that's the reason you always come up here!!! How rotten ! How rude !They always state the costs of your order at the drive-thru and that's the price I always pay. I never knew a thing about Disabled-American discounts or any other discounts at Dairy Queen. NEVER ! Her tone was that I was leeching off of Dairy Queen's program for years. Instead of two long chicken-fingers as usual both were about one inch long with fries and small amount of white gravy and Med-Dr. Pepper for $7.92I would rather not have any discounts at all paying almost $8.00. For two one inch chicken-fingers when for years they have been three or more inches long. I am not a cursing fellow at all & never have been but I felt like adding some common ones in this post.

I have never seen a DQ as busy as this one was tonight, but honestly they kept a decent pace and our food was great! Waited in the drive-thru for about 15-20 mins but once we got to the window and paid we only waited another 3-4 mins before we got our food. The cashier at window was extra polite and did a great job. Way to go DQ of Wall!
