Just used the bathroom there and it smells so freakin bad I wanted to puke smells like urine really bad. I noticed they mopped but they didn’t clean the bathroom. Was told the girl at the counter doesn’t want to break her nails wow just wow gross 🤮

Every time we use the HyVee Fuel Saver card at this station, the pump pumps ridiculously slowly. Tonight it took 2.5 minutes to pump a gallon of gas, and about 35 minutes to fill our car. Pumping rate was consistent, so it did not appear to be related to low fuel supply. Additionally, they put a $75 hold on my card for a $14 purchase.

Women's bathroom was filthy especially the toilet. Stood by the sandwich/pizza counter for ten minutes and didn't get any service (three people behind the food counter chatting). Asked one of the three people at the front counter (also standing there chatting) for assistance at the sandwich/pizza counter. They responded "okay" and still no one came. A local customer standing by me said that it is "always this bad, especially in the evening". When someone finally came over I was told there was no bread for sandwiches "because the lady didn't deliver it today. I was told to go to the cooler for the premade sandwiches.They were all expired. The cabinet with chicken etc... was cold and so was the food inside. There were no pizza slices made. In fact the heater on the cart was shut off. It was 5:30pm and the traffic at the gas station was busy. We opted for a can of pop and a bag of Cheetos. The new building is beautiful from the outside but the food service and bathroom maintenance inside needs some work. This place could be a gold mine with some effective management and some toilet bowl cleaner.

Ligit says hyvee fuel saver excepted here and I was gonna use my card cuz I had 3.74$ off with my hyvee card and I thought sweet free tank of gas. Lady inside didn’t know how to do it and told me to go to brookings. Stupid train ur employees or take the hyvee fuel saver stickers down.

Poorest Casey’s in existence , stopped the last 3 weekends. Been out of gas every time. Got 1 1/2 gallons last week. 7 gallons today before pump quite!

Very poorly ran establishment. 3 employees standing behind counter and only 1 register open during morning rush. 10 ppl in line and took forever to get checked out. Need better Management at this location.

Pumps don't have NFT or the other scanner set up. Cannot order food online. Try to call and the phone rings forever and ever and ever and ever. I've had to drive to the location to place an order.

I stopped mid morning on a Thursday. The men's room was filthy, the waste basket was overflowing and paper towel dispenser was empty. The Casey's Classic coffee was empty so I settled for a decaf. When I left, there were three of the employees on a smoke break in front of the dumpster. This store is brand new and I looked forward to it opening as it is on a road a travel often and I love Casey's coffee. Please fix it!

This place is seriously gross. Every time I stop in the morning, around 7:30AM, there is always multiple employees outside smoking right in front of the building. Including the Manager! Yesterday I watched the person working in the kitchen come straight in from smoking, back into the kitchen and start handling food items without washing his hands or putting on gloves. You wouldn't know it was a brand new store by the way it's being run that's for sure.

Very accommodating. I ended up not ordering food but they wanted to make me something without cheese and dairy if I had wanted and they were so patient with me even though I didn't know what I wanted.
