Wow! Stopped-in around 11:05AM on a Monday and sign was on the counter that read "Yes, we are open but at our lunch break. Return @ 11:05"It was after 11:15 until someone showed up and the group of 5 young ladies that were waiting before me left and the couple that arrived just after me left. I got in line and the lady stated "I'm late" so I ordered a coffee and she said "I'll have to make more Caribou" so I looked carefully and saw that both blends were gone (could not see any liquid on the indicators), so I thanked her and left. So, 8 customers left in frustration and this one will never go back. I have always stopped here and got a great Caribou over the past 5 years and was disappointed, to say the least.The person(s) responsible for this location should actually be present and see what is going on and Caribou should consider pulling this particular franchise.

The caramel latte is delicious, perfect for me. The latte is good as well, it hit the spot! The gal who made our lattes did a great job and was very friendly. She’s a keeper

Best option for coffee and pastries along this route for a long way! Inside the gas station but don’t let that put you off. My cappuccino was pretty good and the kids enjoyed their hot chocolates. Scones are not too bad, nothing to write home about but hit the spot. Very grateful to find some nice-tasting espresso!

I was pleasantly surprised to find a real Caribou Coffee right along I-90 to grab a mid-morning coffee. I was expecting this to just be a gas station that brews Caribou beans, but it wasn’t! It was a “full menu” Caribou with a pretty friendly barista.

I was REALLY excited to get coffee at Caribou, I had Caribou while living in DC and was excited for this stop in South Dakota. The store was clean and very neat looking, but the cold brew I ordered was not very good. It tasted unreasonably bitter for cold brew and a little chemically/undrinkable, and I was really sad that it wasn't as great as I was hoping for!My partner then ordered a latte, which was very good. I was disappointed with this experience, but would stop for a latte in the future.

This is a little Caribou shop inside the Sinclair station named Coffee Cup Fuel Stop. Probably your best cup of coffee until you hit Sturgis or Sioux Falls, depending on which direction you're traveling. Ladies working the counter were super friendly and the coffee was fresh n' hot...the way it should be!

Totally surprised to find a Caribou Coffee inside of a Sinclair — but definitely a welcomed surprise! Not hating on gas station coffee but on a long road trip it’s nice to have something a little special every now and then.

1st time being here, the baristas were mean, the drinks tasted terrible and they gave us the wrong sizes and they made us pay for a size larger. Plus the drinks didn't have any flavor at all, never coming back again.

Was there on a Tues evening (Sep 14th 2021). Went there for nitro coffee but it was out. All food items (but one sandwich) were "sold out" according to the sign but there did appear to be a handful of random food items in the untidy display case. I asked the barista if the drip coffee was fresh and she said "probably not, I needed to make some". So I settled for an Americano which was not that good for a fresh espresso blend and the half and half container was nearly out and room temperature. Sad to say but this place was a dive. Not recommended.

Not impressed. I ordered a large iced breve campfire mocha. 1st time they made it hot. The 2nd time they didn't add any flavor it was bitter and strong no flavor added. Very disappointed.

Had to wait for girl that was working to even notice we were there for 10 minutes only customers the employee was busy live streaming. Didn't get our order correct and charged us for her mistakes while being rude the whole time

We ordered one of their special juice with the energy boost pineapple 🍍 flavor with ginseng and caffeine but it was really 👎 bad...I had to throw it out ...It was one of the most repulsive drinks I have tried...I was stopping by from a long drive and needed a "boost" but it was really bad, not sure if they didn't know how to prepare!

Great surprise in the middle of nowhere. Coffee selection is plenty. The restrooms here are very clean as well.
