I ordered a custom dress online for my October wedding and it was stunning!!! Plus, it was SUPER affordable (a little over $400 if I remember correctly). I was a little nervous ordering online because a coworker was going through a nightmare situation with her dress from an Etsy seller, but I needn't been worried. Customer service was fantastic as I had to right after placing my order since my paypal shipping was address was incorrect.As per their instructions on the site, do make sure you're ordering at least two months ahead of time. I ordered my dress around the beginning/middle of August and got in mid- October.

I ordered all my bridesmaids dresses from Jaks and had an amazing experience. They were so nice and so accommodating. Before I ordered anything I had questions about the colors of a couple different fabrics. They sent me swatches of the fabrics I was questioning at no charge so I could see them in person. Even when I had to add on another dress a month after my initial order (totaling 5 dresses). They gave me the option for zipper back or corset back which I thought was awesome. And, without any trouble, they listened to the little changes I wanted(no bows on the back) and delivered exactly what I wanted. Everything was shipped in a timely manner, although I gave myself and Jaks plenty of time to finish the dresses so no one had to be stressed about it.I have to admit, I was a little worried because they require payment through Paypal which only guarantees money back within 8 weeks and it takes longer than that to make 5 dresses. But I dove in, placed the order and couldn't be happier with the dresses and service they have provided.I would recommend Jaks bridal to all of my friends, family and anyone looking to order dresses for special occasions.

Ordered my beatiful wedding dress from jaks...was told it would be 8 weeks before i got it...i recieved in 5 weeks. Fits perfectly ! Was exactly what i ordered ! I recommend jaks highly they did a great job!
