The team at the wireless world did an excellent job helping me out with setting up my uniquely challenging new phone because of outdated materials I needed. Theodore, Jesus, and Nate all worked wonderful together! All three of them worked together to solve some unique issues with my phone, and was awesome to see each of their own ways on how to solve them. I recommend anyone in the area to stop in and check out the Vermillion Wireless World!Team work professionally to the max.And handled my PTSD well, even though service dog @ home☆♡

Théodore was polite and knowledgeable. There was a glitch transferring information on my watch which took quite a bit of extra time. It was in the device not human error. I rated excellent due to Theodore although it was a bit frustrating with the device issue. All resolved.
