Went to buy some cattle panels. Middle aged male worker was rude and treated us like we were stupid when we asked to buy them. Refused to help load them and then said they may not even have any in stock, even though the website stated they did. Lo and behold, they had nearly 50. I’ll never go back and will take my business into Sioux City and Lowe’s or Home Depot. It isn’t difficult to treat people kindly. Just because you’re in a bad mood, doesn’t mean you have to be a jerk. Maybe find another job.

I walked in to do some shopping as I normally do. It was midday Friday so not horribly busy. I was not greeted or said hello to when I came in. Not sure if the cashier was on their phone, but they didn’t have any customers, and their back was towards me. I had a question about some products but couldn’t find anyone on the floor to help me. When I did finally see a few people, neither of them greeted me or asked me if I was finding everything I needed. It was only my second time in this store, and it is a nice store, just very much lacking in customer service or people skills from the staff.

They have all of my needs in one store anything from trailer and winch equipment to boots and clothes and it's even where I got the chickens that lay my wonderful eggs I get to enjoy daily

It's great having a local store that's open late flat last-minute project it always seems to need a last-minute item at 8:45 at night and the store closes at 9. Steve the general manager is more than gracious an absolute asset to the store here in Vermillion. You get the local service that you want the smile that you enjoy and that amazing customer service. This is why I shop here

1st time at the Vermillion location... very nice clean and bright. Great customer service from an employee named Duane i believe and also the store manager when straightening out a product issue... we left very happy after being treated more like a friend than a customer! keep up the good work TSC!!

The staff is nice, one guy in particular is super helpful. They allow dogs and apparently carry around treats which is pretty cool. They have chicks and ducklings in the spring if you're into that, though you can't touch them. I got nice hat there. Watch out for the speed bumps outside. Those things are lethal.

I have been a customer of the Tractor Supply Store in Vermillion since it opened.But after today I will no longer shop here.The store manager was rude and unhelpful. He has been this was to me many times and after today I am done. I have other choices to shop and get my horse supplies.Candie

Traveled up to Vermillion SD yesterday to rescue children who slid off into ditch.Stoped at the store to find staff very helpful and willing to lend hand with needs to pry fender off tire with use of crowbar. They even gave a hand securing bumper back on to car so I could drive the what became four hour tour in snowstorm safely back home.Two thumbs upThank you sincerely Vermilion employees.

Generally only shop here for pet supplies but they have a decent selection and I no longer have to travel out of town to get BLUE brand food for my dogs and cats. Workers are generally helpful.

I drive all night long to deliver here and then find out that I am not allowed in my tractor while they are unloading their product I just brought them from there warehouse. Are you flippin serious???? This will definitely be my last TSC load I EVER haul!
