Poor customer service, they don't stand behind what they sale. Well my wife went back and raised hell they changed there minds and replace the broken snow snowblower, it was definitely a defective part, should not have taken two trips to get if replaced , but will add a star.

Everyone in the store is always very helpful and there are always good deals to be had.Much like Canadian Tire and Princess auto (for my fellow Canadians), there is a vast assortment of products from clothing to automotive to outdoor sports, and they will do FFL transfers for anyone looking as it is not really an advertised service.I would like to specially thank Gene for being extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Don’t tell your customers you’ll hold a very expensive product and not stay true to your word. I literally called yesterday and was promised it would be held. Called this morning to make sure it was still on hold she was unsure and I told her when he would be coming to pick it up. Y’all don’t tell people you’re gonna hold an item for a customer and go back around and say “first come first serve”. Like that’s fine, but don’t say you’ll hold it when I ask you. Was very satisfied then immediately dissatisfied with that service.

A couple weeks ago I was in the Vermillion store. I was double charged for my purchase. The store was contacted within a day or two, the same day we realized they double charged us. They said we would have a refund within a few days. Called a few days later, after the refund never appeared. After several more calls we were informed that it was our banks fault, and not theirs. So, we are out $112. It was not our banks fault. It will be a cold day in hell before I set foot in a Runnings store, anywhere, ever again.Within 3 days of posting my original 1 star review, we had a refund show up in our account. I will give this particular store another chance, as I've never had an issue with the store in Brookings that we frequently stop at on our way up North to fish. Thank you for resolving this issue, I will be sure to improve upon my current rating after a few more transactions are made. Love the fact that you carry the full line of Nutrisource dog foods. It is our dogs favorite, and our local stores don't carry the selection that you do.

Staff was nice at checkout but looking for an associate to help you or ask a question was almost impossible without going all the way up to the checkout counter. Then they call someone and you just wait for whoever it is can assist you. Kinda frustrating but all in all it was a good experience.
