Always greeted and asked what im looking for within seconds of entering the building. Owners are great nice people. I am glad they own this Ace. They always have what i need and go out of there way to help me. I recently stopped in for a single small nut I needed. The owner walked me right to the spot fitted the nut i needed. I asked how much and he said 8 cents. He said i could just have it. It really made my day and couldnt wait to share this experience. This is the way a small business owner should treat a local customer. I wish my purchasing habits brought me to this Ace more often because of how nice they treat people.

Really nice older couple owns and operates this Ace. Their daughter and her husband are involved as well. I wish Ashley was nicer, and Dave wasnt condescending. They are always more than willing to help you!

The store was neat and clean. Customer service was lacking. Employee seemed disinterested and unhelpful. Lacked people skills, no greeting, no "thank you for stopping", no helpful suggestions, no " have a good day".Did not have item in stock, and did not ask if I would like it ordered. Just, "We're out."This is probably the worst treatment I've received in an Ace Hardware Store.The main reason I count on Ace Hardware stores is for their excellent customer service, knowledgeable employees and being able to find what I need.The old man and woman working should retire if they don't like their jobs.
