Purchased 2 back seat rider kennels (same as intermediate just a bit shorter) at local PF fest - as we have been researching 2 kennels that would fit in the back seat of a 4 door pickup - they fit amazing in rear of pickup cab and also the rear of suv. The are built very durable and will last a lifetime. The doors are great as they open both sides. Your staff were very knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. Thanks for a great product.

For the price ruff land makes a great kennel. I have a 45lb gsp and the intermittent is perfect size.

I purchased the a kennel directly from Ruffland who was at a dog show in SD. The Ruffland employee switched kennels on me because she stated someone else wanted the white color and she had the purple one she would bring in the next day. I agreed to the switch as I wanted a colored one. I was informed by the staff member that the one I had purchased was used for a photo shoot. I had no issues with this until I got home and noticed that the kennel did not have the Ruffland advertisement on it. I immediately called the company and they issued out the Ruffland decal for me. When I received the decal I pulled the kennel out of our motorhome and noticed that it had dog feces in it. This leads me to believe that the kennel was a used/return crate and NOT used for a photo shoot as advised. I have taken pictures and send them to Ruffland yet they will take no responsibility. Their response was that it was leaves in the back of the kennel. There is a huge difference between leaves and feces.I called and spoke with Heidi regarding this matter and she just pushed it off.Customer service is horrible and I am extremely disappointed.Furthermore, today I pull the kennel out to send back and the door falls off. This was a defective kennel they sold me from the beginning.

Door falls off every time I open kennel door. Impossible to put cover on. Side wall is bent from trying to put on cover. Not a good product for the cost.
