Got me in same day for a quick nail trim and did an AMAZING job. She let me hold my dog during the entire thing which really made him a lot more comfortable during. She took her time cutting his nails rather than just slicing quickly and getting me on my way. I’m NEVER getting his nails clipped anywhere else ☝🏼

She is amazing with our cat.Update. We recently took our newer younger cat as well as our older kitty. She has such a relaxing environment for our fur babies. It was like a kitty retreat. She treats them better than any other place we have ever taken them in the past.

NEWER REVIEW AT BOTTOM: My Miss Chief was treated wonderfully! She came home so happy! I have not had the best of experiences with the last he 2 groomers we tried, but we are super happy with the ladies at paws & reflect! Her nail trim even turned out perfectly! We will be returning over and over, thank you!MORE THAN 5 STARS!Jen has become like family over the last 6 or 7 years. She took care of my Misschief, until she crossed the rainbow bridge and now she is taking care of our family's little morkie, Ava Mae. I couldn't imagine leaving my dog in anyone else's hands.

Jen and her team are fantastic with our dogs! We have a Siberian Husky and a pitbull. The husky isn't always a fan of grooming, but she gets excited when we go to Paws and Reflect. You can tell the team really cares about the dogs and the work they do.

I was impressed with this place the second I walked in. Each of the groomers greeted me, showed sincere interest in my dog, and were extremely friendly. I have a mini Australian shepherd that has never been to a groomer before and I chose this place for his first time. They trimmed him up nice and he looks and smells cuter than ever!! Will definitely be going back.

I wanted to be open and honest. I did love this place. I followed them to T when they moved location and we were on love with the place. However all it took was one thing and I cant go back.Casey our Australian shep has gone here for haircuts. They do an amazing job with his coat and handle him well. Dakota my other dog gets baths and nails done.However last time we went, Casey had a mole and it got cut off. At first I didnt think much of it and I always tip well. The lady questioned my tip and said "are you suure you want to tip that much?" So i did take back some of it because i got nervous. She had told me that they clipped a mole but he should be okay. Its on the front of his left leg. I looked at it and i thought it didnt look too bad so i said thank you again, and left. When Casey was coming out of the car i noticed two things.. one, a quarter size patch of hair fell off and it was very bloody. It makes me think they put it back on to stop the bleeding.. and two, Dakotas nails werent really trimmed.I didnt think much of it and went inside. Later that night Casey laid down and his wound started bleeding again. Like any dog mom i took him to the vet the next day.. they said he would need stitches. I was pretty upset and cried since the wound was way worse than I thought i felt stupid for tipping a lot and for not noticing it since i work with animal's. He was prob in so much pain when it was cut off and so scared and confused.A couple months passed and i tried to cut Dakotas nails.. but also ever since the day at the groomer she wont let us touch her paws and she needs to get anesthesia to get her nails trimmed.I was really dissapointed thinking the trust i had in them with my dogs was all taken.. i know it was a mistake but i still cant go back, and i finally have the guts to write a review. They do a good job. But unfortunately i am now with a different groomer. Where i get updates and sometimwes i have to wait with casey while he gets cut because he has an axiety problem with geooming now.One cut and trim cost lot of money afterwords..

Again, I traveled to Sioux Falls. I called to see if I could get an appointment before ever leaving. They were booked, yet Friday I received a call that they could get my girls in on Saturday. Once again, my dogs loved being there!!!!I made an appointment for traveling at Christmas. Previously, I'd gone to PETCO. My dogs haven't liked going to PETCO the past two times I've gone there. I was worried about going to a new place, the minute I walked in, my doubts were gone! Both my dogs walked in, wanting to go back with the groomers. They walked right by dogs getting groomed, and didn't react at all. The groomers were all about learning about my dogs, and what issues they have had in the past. When we arrived to pick them up, both dogs were happy to see us, but still wanted to hang out with their new groomers. I will DEFINITELY go here whenever I need to in town!!!!!

Absolutely the best experience I could ever have. They got me in for appt quickly and Dallas was finished before the intended timetable. They were super friendly and knowledgeable and Dallas looked the best he ever has. I would definitely go back again!

If anyone has any issue with Paws and Reflect, you probably have unrealistic terms. I love this place and it is our first choice for our dogs needs.

I have to call this place every time to make sure they are open. There have been times I have gone there when their site said they were open but it was closed. It is very tiring, I don't think I am going there again.
