Lacy’s Struttin Mutts is so special to our family! Not only do all our dogs get groomed there (and have for 13 years) but they board there as well. Lacy and her team provide the most amazing care to our dogs - not only by making them handsome but also caring for them when out of town. We never have to worry as they are in the best hands. As a former veterinary professional I could not recommend them enough.

We absolutely love Lucy's!!! The workers are so great and truly helpful !!!!! She left our pup looking absolutely gorgeous !!! And made him feel comfortable even though he was ruff the first time he was there now he's liking it and looking great !! We definitely recommend taking your pups !! Thank you girl's!!!

I've never been there. I was referred by Paws and Reflect because they said my dogs (2 senior German Shepherds) were too much work because they're older and can't stand for very long and have to be groomed on the floor. I've called Lacy's a few times, but when I mention I have large senior dogs they say they don't have capacity for them. It's frustrating because I really need a good groomer who can handle large senior dogs, but have not been successful. I did find one, but they are a long ways from where I live, plus they won't give my large shepherd a bath because he chews on his back legs and they say they don't want him to get an infection, which makes no sense to me. Wouldn't having a bath help clean his legs?? Still looking!!

Lacy has been grooming our dogs for almost 14 years even before she had her own shop, always class A service. Her and her staff always treat us and our dogs so well, you can tell they genuinely care, they treat you like family and thats in a good way.

Been with Lacy for about 3 years. My dogs absolutely love going over to Lacy’s. My dog Gucci (he’s shy) gets so excited to see the employees. My dogs are well cared for. The place is so clean and beautiful on the inside. You can really tell how much effort Lacy and her team put into this place. I will forever reconvened Lacy’s Struttin Mutts!

I have been going to Kristen for over 3 years before she even worked at this location. I've always been a loyal customer and never been late to any appointment. I just recently got an appointment from the wait list and also got a message left with a time that I was supposed to be there. I show up for my appointment at the time I was told even a couple minutes early and the minute I walk in I wasn't greeted but rudely, repeatedly told she wasn't taking my dog and that she never books her appointments at that time and that I was apparently 30 minutes late when that was the time I was told. She then told me she called someone else that lived 5 minutes away to take my place but they weren't there. So I asked if she would call them back since we were here and they weren't. Then she started yelling at me saying she works for commission and I can't be doing this. I also had my baby with me, who was sleeping in her car seat, and she tried blaming me being "late" on having my sleeping child with me. I didn't argue back or was rude back the entire time I was there. & I also had the day off and wasn't doing anything before the appointment. She never even called me to see if I was coming or ask where I was if my appointment really was at a different time. 15 minutes passes after her continuously bitching me out for some reason and the other person still never showed up. If she makes commission then she already gets part of the $60 I pay for my dogs hair cut plus my $15-$20 tip that I give every time. This was probably one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had and not a way to treat someone. She just lost a loyal customer and a great tipper.

Odin visited the ladies at Lacy's Struttin' Mutts for the first time today! And he was very pleased! He is only 8 weeks old and was very appreciative at how gentle they were. He told me that he wants me to take him there for all his grooming needs. Which I shall! Thank you ladies!

Outstanding service, very accommodating! My leery 7 year old Labradoodle actually leads me to the door. They are also willing to take time to groom my 17 year old Border Collie/Husky who has difficulty standing and getting around.

Lacy"s is the best groomer around and is very reasonable with her pricing.. We have two rotties that just love her. We use her for grooming and boarding and our dogs go crazy as soon as we pull in the parking lot.. Lacy always greets you with a smile she turly is the most amzing person you can leave your aminals with.. I would reccomand using lacy's Struttin Mutts anytime you can..
