I wish I could give this place a zero rating!! Very unprofessional!! Very rude! I decided to still take her even though I felt they didn't want to take my dog after inquiring about a grooming. Next appontment comes around that I have listed and I was already almost up in sioux falls when I had given them a call because I was going to be a few minutes late. They told me they no longer had my dog on the schedule because supposedly I missed an appointment and they tried calling me which they NEVER did I have proof of my phone history calls! I live 2 hours away and for them to do that was very unprofessional of them.!! Very rude place!! Never would I suggest someone taking their dogs to people who genuinely don't care!

I can’t give enough stars for this place!!! Today I brought my 9 month mini goldendoodle in for his second grooming here. I kid you not he got soooo excited when we pulled in! They treat him so well and are so friendly. They take the time to talk to you, and I can tell that they CARE about their clients!Now for the grooming. I have read and seen horror stories of doodle cuts. Both times my guy came back to me looking so handsome, happy and refreshed. THEY DIDN’T POODLE MY DOODLE! YAY!

Been here a few times, before and after a stroke I had on December 1st. She was totally understanding when we needed to cancel. My pups always come back from her grooming so fluffy and nice. Also, she handled my shiba inus! They're notoriously difficult dogs, no problem for her. I could take all four of my pups for under $150, a deal you can't find anywhere else in Sioux Falls. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for grooming for their pup!

Ashley does a great job grooming our dog Jasper! She is awesome with cocker spaniels and he doesn’t mind going at all. She is great at styling and Jasper always feels so good when he gets pampered. Best part is the patience, time and love she has for her clients.

Seems to be one of the few groomers that LISTENS to her customers. If I say I don't want my poodle to have the goofy fro & poodle snout and i want it taken down, she does it. Ive had so many bad experiences with groomers who take "artistic control" and its frustrating. This business is reasonably priced and provides a wonderful customer experience. Highly recommend. If you're in Sioux Falls, its worth the short drive.
