We purchased a tub to shower conversion from Bath Fitter and couldn't be happier! They responded immediately to our inquiry. Our consultation was scheduled just a few days later. Tyler did an excellent job presenting and answering all questions. What great communication! Larry, our installer, was amazing. He made the conversion start to finish in just 1 day, which included the removal of a cast iron tub. The workmanship was flawless. Larry cleaned up totally. A great company. Went really well. Installers were on time and finished in a timely manner. Left no mess to clean up. Only problem one installer became ill and it took a couple of days for him to come back and finish. Overall a very good experience.

Sales process was very professional; Tim knows his product and was able to answer all my questions. The installation went well with just a few minor issues (original install date was postponed; one piece did not fit and they had to return to the shop for a replacement; clean-up could have been a bit better - use a shop vac instead of a broom). The product looks excellent and despite the minor issues described above, I would recommend this company to a friend.

Left a mess, over-charged us, brought wrong material after waiting 6 weeks, lied about the work they would preform and wouldn't show us the work until it was done incorrectly. They weren't supposed to go to the ceiling, and they use this cheap crooked piece of plastic where they did end up going to ceiling.Complained several times and were merely offered a free shelf.Definitely get onyx, much higher quality and just as expensive.Services: Bathtub refinishing, Remodeling

Very satisfied with the end results. We had 2 bathrooms upgraded. The first was shower in basement which included toilet upgrade. I had a bathtub/shower removed and just a shower installed. I like the shower unit but my shower curtain rod was installed to high and now my outside curtain won't stay on the outside of the threshold.

Our job was to remove a fiberglass Jacuzzie tub and replace it with a full walk in shower. From step one, BathFitter was completely customer oriented. Still in progress- Signed to have a bathroom wall and shower re-done and was really excited for it. After the materials came in we received emails and calls to have everything ready for when they arrive at 7:30-9:30AM. Rearranged our work schedules, which wasn't easy, then had to call them at 10:30AM to see where they were. Got a call back 20 minutes later that they had a "glitch" and had to push our appointment and go to a different job. Like what? Not impressed so far. Especially when we have other projects going on where this will now leave us with no shower for a day and we will miss work yet another day. There was a reason it was scheduled the day it was scheduled for and honestly we're not confident in their ability to show up for the reschedule.

This was such a long and drawn out process! It all started on March 31 and was not finished until May 28! To my husband and I this was totally uncalled for besides the lack of communication from Bathfitters, the scheduled follow ups that turned into cancellations orno shows stupid. Every time I called to check to see what the issue was I was always told that this problem is uncommon. Too bad the poor install person did not have a little help getting everything in to the bathroom...now we get to fill in and repaint parts of the ceiling and walls.Services: Shower refinishing, Bathtub installation

Had a new shower-tub installed with waynescoatingon the walls. Far exceeded my expectations. Looks great down to every last detail like caulking ,etc. We were kept informed from the beginning to the end of the job. Our installer was great also and definitely knew what he was doing.
