Woofers is the absolute BEST cat resort! Providing Luxury Condos for our babies. Special one on one care for them. Daily outings. And loving on them as if they were home. I received daily videos on how my baby was doing. Emails before check in confirming reservations addressed to my baby Stubby 🐱. I have boarded here for two years and will continue to do so.Thank you for loving Stubby as if he was your own, Jayne & Connie.You're the BEST.

I’ve lived in Sturgis for almost 10 years, and I’ve struggled to find a place Till now!!! this place doesn’t compare to the other kennels in the area believe me I’ve been to them all!!!! Between the facilities, all being indoor keyword, all being indoor!!! To the multiple play areas for outdoor play!! now let’s talk about the wonderful staff. It doesn’t compare I picked my dog up on Thanksgiving, which is a day. Most travelers are out of town. I walk in at 7 AM and I’m immediately greeted by multiple staff!!! walking into their beautiful establishment. You can tell they care I’m so grateful and thankful that I found a place that I can call home for my dog when I’m not, thank you!! You made a customer for life!!!!

One of the most amazing dog activities is to be able to take them off leash in the wilderness. Jayme helped me with this dream. Now, I have 100% verbal recall with these two trail dogs. I could not be happier with Jayme's training and advice, professionalism, and kindness. These two love sniffing around as we hike in the woods. Thank you Jayme! You are priceless!

What a great place!!! Very well kept and clean environment! The staff is amazing, so kind, caring and friendly. Love the daily videos showing you how your dog is doing. Our dog was so excited when we pulled in on day two for daycare… he knew he was going to have fun again. Would definitely recommend!! We will be using Woofers again the next time we head west!!

I have taken our standard poodle Sophie to Woofers since she was a puppy. She absolutely loves her time there. I also take my grand dogs there and they are extremely happy too. Jayme and his crew have deep knowledge of animal behavior and it shows.

We searched for a boarding facility and found that Woofers had the best reviews online. We toured the facility and were drawn to this feeling of being "at home." Our 3 dogs stayed in the suite for a week. Initially, I was anxious about how they'd adjust to the environment since they aren't used to being apart from us. I called to check on them the first day. Jayme took the time to talk to me about how they were doing. For the rest of the week, we received daily videos of our dogs. The videos completely put me at ease, as I got to see them play and interact with others. They looked so happy. Their staff is really amazing and you can tell that they are good at what they do. We live in Rapid but we think the trip to Sturgis is 100% worth it. I highly recommend this facility.

Great experience! The staff are so professional and welcoming from check in to pick up. Our dog had a great time and we loved the videos of him playing. We’re traveling and the ability for our dog to play and get some energy out in such a safe and fun environment is wonderful. Would definitely recommend.

We have done daycare for our German Shepherds and recently boarded them for training. We've done 2 follow up trainings as well, and the last one clinched it. I think we might actually be able to take them for rides without them barking (at motorcycles and people and dogs and cows and sometimes at fenceposts)! We are calmer, and they are calmer. We did basic and total recall training. The dogs are trained well, and Jayme took time getting through our thick skulls, too. Thank you to Jayme and his staff for caring so much about Rocky and Sam.

An amazing facility that is very clean and an ideal environment for dogs of all sizes. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable about dogs and dog behavior. Unlike most boarding facilities, Woofer's is calm and extremely quiet. Rarely have I heard a dog barking while there. I attribute this to the calm demeanor of the staff and their ability to instill comfort and peace in their dog guests. We have boarded our dog there twice in the last handful of months. When we picked him up he was excited to see us, but indifferent to leaving. He was also very excited when he returned for his next stay. We also had the owner, Jayme, do some specific training with our dog. The results were better than expected. I strongly recommend Woofer's for training, boarding and day care!

Woofers is absolutely great. We take our dog there at least once a week for doggie daycare. It really helps him.They are very caring and do a great job with him. Excellent facilities too Employees could not be nicer.Jayme is a great Trainer also. Our Dog was reactive and aggressive. We had some private sessions with Jayme and we saw immediate improvement. We have a much better dog now thanks to Jayme and Woofers!!

Love Woofers!! Jayme and the staff are amazing and my dog, Hondo, is always safe and has so much fun playing with the other dogs!! I appreciate the videos and ‘report card’ I get about Hondo’s day. They are always honest about characteristics Hondo has, good or bad. I highly recommend!!

This is the best place to leave your pet. I have a little teddy bear named Kevin. He is a very active little dog. I would hate to leave him in a small cage like other places might do. At woofers he gets to run around and play with other dogs. They send videos so you can truly see how your dog is doing which is awesome. They know how to deal with different dog personalities. My dog doesn’t love everyone he meets, but when I pull into the woofers parking lot he gets so excited. This is a clean, well kept facility like none you will find within hundreds of miles. Take your dog here you won’t regret it.

Can't say enough good things about this place!! The staff really cares about the animals and their owners. They are all wonderful to work with. Definitely recommend them if you need a place to take your pup. They are also very reasonably priced.

Woofers is amazing. Our dog hates being boarded and is always stressed out. Woofers goes above and beyond to make sure our dog is comfortable. It's the only place she will open up with other dogs and is happy. They have a large grassy area with kiddy pools for the dogs to play in. A lot of attention goes to each dog and daily report videos are sent to the owners.

I was so pleased with everything about Woofer’s Pet Resort. The staff was very professional and polite. I’ve boarded my dogs at facilities in Tucson, Santa Fe, and Spearfish. Woofer’s is absolutely the best facility.My dog, River, had a great time and was introduced to other dogs for the first time. I was very comfortable leaving him with the staff, knowing he was being cared for and supervised. I also loved receiving the feedback and videos on how his day was going.I want to thank the staff at Woofer’s, as well as the owner of the facility for making River’s stay a pleasant event for him. We dropped our pets off for 12 days and never looked back as we knew our pets were in excellent care. The staff meets you out front at arrival and again at pick up. We received a report card every single day ( who does that ) ...Our dogs are not sociable but had a blast....we will be back.....Thank you Woofers

The owner and staff genuinely care about your pet. Communication and animal wellbeing are their top priorities. I would recommend this place to anyone needing day care or boarding. They’ll treat your pet as if it was their own. They take the time to send video updates and the facility is top notch. Our dog loves this place. As soon as we turn onto the road, our dog gets so excited. Can’t wait to return!

It was my first time taking my labs to Woofer's and they had a blast. Each day I received a video of them running and playing outside in the large fenced in yard. It was worth the drive from Rapid to Sturgis to take them for a week. Plus the kennels are so nice. Not a kennel with all wire cages and packed in. Very spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone that has babies and wants to leave them in great hands. The price for two dogs was very reasonable. Highly recommend Woofers!

Woofers Pet Resort is an incredible place that your furry children will love to stay at while you're off on your own adventure. Jayme & Connie deeply care about the well-being of the pets they are entrusted with and take pride in their facility. It is clean, well appointed and spacious. We received pictures and videos of our little ones each day. Our questions were answered promptly via Messenger or by phone/text. We'll definitely use them again when we leave town or just need a night to ourselves, knowing our dogs will have a great camp night with their buddies. Kudos to Woofers!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Woofers Pet Resort. We have two small, incredibly spoiled, and completely loved dogs; our family would not be complete without them. We felt confident leaving our two yorkies with the staff at Woofers. From our first interaction, we could tell that they took their jobs very seriously, and listened to every piece of information we gave them. Zeus enjoyed playing and making new friends in a safe and monitored environment, while Emma accepted love and affection from staff members. The facility is clean and comfortable. They took great care of our dogs!

Oh my gosh - Woofers is the Best!We were out of town visitors and booked our boxer for 2 days of day care. What an amazing experience for dog and owner.This beautiful facility is so incredibly staffed with knowledgeable, patient, caring trainers who actively engage with the dogs and go out of their way to acclimate and assist your dog gain confidence in a new experience.The owner and staff made me feel very assured that my dog would well cared for and kept safe in their care.
