We had a crossover with trailer and both motorcycles and we were able to pull it all in and get it all cleaned up from the construction, rain and clay. If you do not have change they have a machine that will give you change for a $20. Very important!! Best part.... It was clean!

Went there to wash our travel trailer. The place was immaculate. Everything worked perfectly, and it was a good value for the money.Many RV washes are abused by mudders, backhoe, livestock trailers, etc, so travelers pass them by. The owner loses money. Scooptown owners are smart enough to prohibit the types of washing that costs them revenue. Grateful for a clean, fully-functional bay!

We used the pet wash. It was amazing! We will definitely be using it again. Cost is $10 but it includes shampoo, conditioner and a blow dry.

The last time I went, the “touchless” bay and the “soft touch “ bay both had customers who could not understand the touch screen and were holding the line up. No one even looked their direction!!! An employee came out from the office and walked the opposite direction towards the “self wash “ bays, twice. But no help given to struggling customers. I went to both customers and helped them through. No problem for me, but poor service on the part of Scooptown !

I've used this car wash on previous trips to Sturgis. Owner was out there with a backpack blower daily, getting sand/gravel out of parking lot and wash bays. He was concerned about bikes and riders.

A very well put together car wash that actually is a good value for the money. Everything works well and my car seemed to stay cleaner longer! I also like the hose material that the wands have and how everything attaches in they bay. I highly recommend this local business for anyone that wants a nice clean car. Great new car wash! Right off the interstate, soft touch and touch free automatic wash bays plu several days bays. Strong vacuums, and EVERYTHING takes dollar bills. No more piles of left over quarters!

This car wash was a literal life- and Christmas-saver. We were road tripping from Seattle to Knoxville for Christmas and got stuck in a deep snow drift. A God-sent Good Samaritan stopped to pull us out, but the trouble didn't end there - we had snow and ice caked in and around the wheels and brakes. I thought we were going to be grounded in S. Dakota while we waited at a tire shop only to get stuck in Winter Storm Elliot. This car wash saved the day with its self-serve, enclosed bays and WARM high-powered spray water. I was able to clear the snow and ice from the car wheels and make it home safe and sounds for Christmas.

A huge dip in the entry to the rv wash, the hose was filthy and difficult to handle for such a big rv, however our rv did fit… just wasn’t worth the time when we have a pressure washer…

This is the BEST touch less wash i have ever experienced! All the others from California up to Washington don't have enough pressure, every step is too fast to clean including rinse and dry. This place passes slower and soaps multiple times, the pressure wash is amazing and the rinse and dry is timed so you can dry sufficiently. It took about 1000 Miles of bugs and grime off the car. Go here if you are in the area

Great car wash facility, has 2 drive through automatic wash options, 1 no-touch, 1 soft touch and 3 self wash bays. We make special trip to the pet wash station. Perfect for our Border Collie. Very Happy with all aspects of Scooptown Car Wash.

The regular car wash wouldn't take my card, so I used the auto $8 wash. It really did a great job cleaning off all the bugs from my trips. Windows were very clean after wards.

I have used Scooptown Car wash several times since it opened. I am generally satisfied with the results I get for a car wash. On Jan 17, 2021 in the afternoon I did a usual carwash, the $12 touchless wash. The machine seemed to stall several times, I was asked to move my car backwards after I had already put it in position (sort of unnerving as I could not see anything with the soap on all windows). Then, when I got done, I "drove" through a timed rinse (I don't recall doing that before), and when we got home to look at the car, a couple minutes later, there was soap and residue all over the back of the car. This wash was unsatisfactory. It seems like the equipment and how it functioned has changed from the several other times we have used the car wash.Edit: Talked to owner after he replied to this message. Is sending me a gift card for a free wash. Explained to me that someone had used car wash with a bike rack and had messed up the machine. He has since made repairs and states it is back in good working order. I am happy with that response and will return to using Scooptown Car wash.
