Shop Sturgis the sign says. But Sturgis holds shorter hrs than all other locations. Sturgis residents deserve better. Why are other locations open til 9pm? I shouldn't have to Drive to belle or Rapid. Management hereneeds to be changed. Its the same idiots who drove Cambells into the hole.

We prefer Runnings over any other farm and home store. The selection is always diverse, and the prices always make it a good choice. Some store offerings will vary due to geographical location and size.

went in this morning after a a rough 12hr night shift to get sandbags for my car. The lovely gentleman who I asked where to find sandbags grabbed them & loaded them into my car for me. So very kind! Made my day.

I usually really like Runnings but I stopped at the one in Sturgis SD for dog food and grabbed a new ball cap while I was there, when I got to the register they tried to charge me $20.99 for the hat that was clearly marked $14.99. When I pointed out the difference the kid at the register looked at me like I was speaking some weird language and said " well our system says it's $20.99" and refused to do anything about the difference. I didn't buy the hat.

I shop her a lot because it's the only place in town that has many of the items I need. The staff is the best part of the store. They are very friendly and treat me like a friend and neighbor, not just a customer. The store can often be messy and unorganized, but if I need to know where something is, they take me right to it. I would rate five stars but they often are out-of-stock on some basic items. Likely pandemic-related. Overall, I'm satisfied with this store and will keep shopping there.

I love this store! Great selection and the customer service is unlike any I have seen! Prices are reasonable. It's must see whether your looking for feed or car parts, or just about anything else! Thanks for the great service guys. Also, there was a gentleman working in the vehicle section that saw me looking for something and actually came over! Wish I caught his name. Thanks for the great service guys! We will be back!

Great store and compares to a Tractor Supply. Great choice of farm supplies, clothes and odds and ends. Little bit of everything you need for farms. The cashiers were very helpful and very nice. They asked several times how they could help. If you need dog food or farm supplies be sure to check these guys out in Sturgis!!!!

I was always told to come and check this store out for various things, that it was a great place.?. That being said, one day I walked in the store after working for 13hrs straight, not only was I getting funny looks like I was going to try and steal something and also was getting asked more then usual if I needed any help or assistance in my shopping, if that wasn't bad enough, right?? Well to there surprise I dropped over $400 that day in the store, one item was a tool box that was I believe $89, I used it not much more then 3 weeks and it broke on me, not to my doing I might mention and thought to take it back and upgrade or something. To my surprise they did not hardly so much as care, nor want to look at it and said that they wouldn't take it back. I'd imagine if it were my store that you'd think they would not even hesitate. Well not so much and on top of that I was treated like I was some kinda of thief again trying to pull some type of scam.

So glad to have this place in multiple location. I can get food for our bunny, oil for my truck, and a pair of socks. Just picked up pellets for the pellet grill and they work well.

We dont shop here much because we dont live in the area. Passing thru we have been able to find what we need. The cashiers were helpful with getting a price check quickly on an item I bought that did not have a price tag. Thank you. The parking lot could use a repaving and parking spaces marked. I do like this store

I dont go here much but when I do I find just what I need and at a great price. The shelves are stocked well. They are not ot shoved so close you cany get thru them. It is clean and well organized. The cashiers and other staff are very helpful and friendly.

The Sturgis store does not carry near what other Running stores do. They most times don't have what I am looking for and have to go to Rapid City to get what I need. Should have stayed Cambell Supply

Don't ever buy a battery from these clowns. If the battery doesn't work they will not refund and you have to wait 2 weeks for a replacement. They do NOT stand behind thier products and the level of customer service here is laughable.
