We had a rzr break down on the trail, needed a new oil filter. We knew it would be cutting it close to closing time but called ahead and asked if they could stay open a couple minutes later. We got there at 7:57pm. All the doors were locked. The employees were standing behind the counter looking at us so we knocked and they told us to leave. We USED to frequent this store but won’t be anymore.

These folks were extremely helpful. I was in a pinch 1000 miles from home and Kathy (I believe) took extra time to hear my trouble and fix me up during a busy time of day. They lent me tools and try different things to get me taken care of. Can’t say how thankful I am that they took the time and were so helpful during my time of need. Great team you have there.

I like the deals I find here and "usually" staff is helpful but really kinda bummed they can't help put a battery in a car or assistant in helping me do it myself. I could swear they use to help put batteries in or maybe I just got them mixed up with the helpful people at AutoZone. I would have totally bought a $200-300 battery if they would of even just talked me through how to replace my own battery honestly.

Had my coolant overflow blow up in the interstate and barely made it here. The very nice lady working got me a new one and found a mom and pop shop who installed it for me right then and there for only 40 dollars and was on my way an hour later. That lady saved my day and a lot of money. Best customer service ever

They where awesome! We where 900 miles away from home and had a wheel bearing going bad. They let my husband borrow tools and used their back room to put it back together! Really appreciate them doing that! It was snowing and it would have been miserable doing that outside!

On Sunday January 10th, Shawn was the man. We pulled up in a 2005 F-250 that was in dire need of two batteries and an alternator. Shawn didn’t need to do anything more than sell us our parts and wish us good luck. But that’s not Shawn’s style. He rounded up all the tools he though we might need and stood with us in the parking lot and helped make all the repairs. In less than an hour we were on our way to the 777 Ranch in Hermosa to pick up 5 bison to haul back to North Dakota. Absolutely saved our day. Shawn is the dude. Thanks so much.

Not helpful at all, just two guys talking to a customer/friend. I asked about refrigerant, the guy at the counter said " I should take it to a shop in the morning". Thanks so much next time I drive 14 miles to some other parts store, I hope they have a second to help me!!!!!!!!!!!

Great place to dispose of motorcycle engine oil after ride to Sturgis for trailer week. You are required to dispose of the container elsewhere.

Employees are completely useless and rude. Don't go in there as a women and ask for a specific fluid for a car that they are clearly not familiar with because if you do, they'll laugh in your face and suggest "blinker fluid." Funny. And aside from that, they don't know anything about vehicles. Especially Japanese vehicles.
