My son’s birthday is like a week and a half before Halloween. This year he requested a Halloween themed cake that was made with using cupcakes. I went through the book on my lunch break and found a picture of Jason that I figured he’d like. I requested that, with, “Happy 13th birthday Giovanni” on it. I figured they’d just write it in red or black and put a border around it with frosting, the same color as the writing. When I went to pick it up yesterday after work, I was blown away!! I thought it looked so cool and loved how they decorated it! It was very creative!! When I picked my son up from school and showed him his cake, he was so excited and commented on how cool it looked. I will continue getting my family’s birthday cakes from Lynn’s! They always taste so good.

I have never reviewed a grocery store before but I think this store deserves a solid review.I stop in here when I meet friends every year for pre-week of the bike rally. Great quality meats and produce, good prices, and very helpful staff.We stop over to grab things to cook dinners and some breakfasts at the campground where we stay close by. Always impressed with the quality of the meats, salad fixings, and breakfast items. Staff are always helpful and friendly.The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is that it seems like by Tuesday or Wednesday the shelves are starting to get emptied out in certain sections and I sometimes can't get what I want.

Nice store (if you can get to it over the "BombShell" parking lot). And nice selection of groceries and more.. but oh so Expensive! I'm a Disable Veteran on a fixed income, and it's sad that I have to sit down and figure out whether I'm better off spending the money for fuel to get to better prices in Rapid City or not.Of course, this would not be necessary if Lynn's had a discount for Vet's/Seniors. And just a mention; my first trip into the store, the cashier was telling me about the quality of their meats. I can't afford $15lb steaks, so I had since bought a Chuck Steak (only $7lb), on two occasions. Not a pleasant dining experience! Felt like a Gomer Pyle episode.. have to chew each bit 30-40 times!Decided to go to their only competitor in town yesterday. Picked up a couple of Pork Shoulders ($1.99lb), and took a chance on a Chuck Steak $6lb. What a treat! Just as tender as could be for a chuck steak.At the very least.. with those high prices, one would think that you could at least fix your parking lot.

I always stop on my way through because they have great deals on me, especially and this time I found a life wraps the only place I can find them in the Black Hills! Anybody else can find them leave a post, I bet it will be at another Lynn’s

The experience here is one of a kind. They have everything you could ever want or need. They are kind hearted small town folk that just want to help you find and aquire your daily needs. I also highly recommend pooping in their beautifully designed bathrooms. Thumbs up for me.

Great selection for a small town store. I was surprised to find gluten free items and good quality food. This will be our place to shop from now on. I thought I was going to have to drive to Rapid City or Spearfish. Also appreciate the early and late hours. All of the gals working up front are friendly!

Came for bike week. First time. Parked in their parking lot, closest to the street, as a person I was with was getting paint work done to his bike by a vendor 50 feet away. Came back, bike was gone. Turns out, the store had it towed. Cost me and my 2 buddies $240 each to get them back, plus cab fare. As far as I know, bike week is what keeps most of this town alive for the year, but I guess this store doesn’t care. The security guard said we were taking up parking spots for shoppers, even though the lot was half empty, making it FAR from us from preventing any shoppers from parking. I hope the manager and the security guard have their houses burn down tonight with their families in them, and I hope the hearse charges them $240 per body to haul them off to the morgue.

I think their store is great with exceptional produce but trying to find their weekly ad online is nothing short of hair pulling. I think they should try it themselves and see if they can get it more user friendly. Right now it directs the user to lots of other stores but not their's.UPDATE: Lynn's contacted me and provided a link to their weekly ad. Thank you!

My daughter broke a jar of questions and was very upset. The folks there were so wonderfully sweet and helpful. We heard story after story about people who had accidentally broke things to make her feel better. Even the girl cleaning it up was so sweet and laughing. Then they helped my girls and me out to the car so they could bring in my handicap cart. I've never had such a pleasant trip to the grocery store before.

Clean, well organized, pleasant, good people. I took just a quick trip through the store, found what I wanted very easily, paid without wait, and headed back to camp. Kind, young local made me smile, too.

Great staff and decent prices for the area. The deli could use a better selection of fresh made salads (why it lost one star). Has a good grill and the prices are decent. One of the better selections in the area.

Awesome help at the deli counter. We went for the great donuts and got some items from the deli. The super nice girl working there sliced our deli meat and was most helpful! She deserves a raise!

Trying to get used to prices here in S Dakota.....they tax food 6.5%!! I am from Michigan and we don't tax food for Pete sake! Besides the tax the prices are higher as well.....store is nice though...its clean and staff us really friendly so suck it up butter cup I have told myself...lol....I guess its a tradeoff to no state taxes if you work....

One of the few local businesses that doesn't completely sell out to the bikers. Even when our small town of 6k grows to 250k during the rally, they still have room to park with our ranch vehicles. It is surprising since theyre 1 block off of main street. It is GREATLY appreciated.

I rode my bike into your parking lot on Friday, August 13th, 2021. Parked between two cars, didn't see your parking lot signs for the 1 hour limit. Came back several hours later to find that my bike was towed by Olsen's. I know that excuses are like a*******, but as a Federal Correctional Officer and having a Gold Star Military family member (fiancee'), I find that a little disservice was done. It should be a case by case situation, especially sense, your parking lot was nearly empty when I was there. I'm sure your not going to respond, but having a Military Memorial for Gold Star Families only a block away, and having to deal with this while visiting the memorial is just sad.

Store dose not welcome bikers. Parked for 20 minutes and was going to go in and get food for the next 5 day and they have our bikes towed. Plus the guy who said he had them towed could not even tell us where the bikes went. COME TO STURGIS EVERY YEAR WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. Oh by the way $200 to impound a bike 2 miles away. I hope that can sleep at night.

Wide aisles for shopping and a good meat department. I like that there's a purified water dispenser and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I really like the occasional coupon promotions.

Store has a wide variety of food and non food items. There is a full service . hot and cold deli very good food. Also inside is a full service bakery. Simply Service Credit Union has a branch inside the store as well.

Here from AZ for the Rally. My daughter in Canada ordered a birthday cake, flowers, strawberries, and soft drinks, for her moms birthday. I went to the curbside pickup. Texted per the sign. And just 2 minutes later a nice lady brought out the goodies. Thanks Lynn’s Dakotamart for your very good service during the 80th Sturgis Rally.

Good selection of Canned goods for a small store. Produce overpriced and over ripe or green. Staff wonderful and friendly. They need a larger store to charge less on every thing!
