Cards were displayed for Mother's Day and basic birthday, graduation, etc. Limited selection of sympathy cards. I picked up a pkg of blank cards instead of sympathy collection which is what I wanted.

The reviews left, by most customers, on Google for this pharmacy appears to not include the whole story. To elaborate, customers that complain about the wait times act like they know how the business runs. Additionally, many customers are indefinitely quick when it comes to making a claim behind a computer screen. "This is taking too long!" or "They're on drugs!" for example, are careless comments which require more research. To clarify, ask your doctor why it's taking so long to transfer the medication you desire before getting on the internet to cry about your experience at the pharmacy. Lastly, these review sections are only one sided. I would love to see what it would be like if we could hear their voice on the topic. Overall, do not leave a comment only to increase your "Google Level."

Pharmacy is always extremely slow and backed up! You’ll be waiting for a really long time for anything. I switched to a different pharmacy and now whenever I need to get prescriptions for myself or kids, I can grab them and go. I wouldn’t be surprised if soon no one will use this Walgreens for their prescriptions anymore.

Usually I like this Walgreens but while I was in an aisle looking at options for my purchase, a worker came barreling down the aisle with his stocking cart and gruffly told me I was in his way. It hurt and I did not feel welcome to shop at Walgreens, especially coming from an employee. I left the aisle and came back to it after he left. But I will be hesitant to come back anytime soon.

I’ve been coming here for a long time and the drive through line to pick up medications takes at least 45 mins EVERY TIME!! They NEED to move people over and help the next car if the persons prescription isn’t ready. But no each car in front sits there for 15 mins at least. Sitting in the hot car when it’s 102 degrees with children really ruins the afternoon. Going inside isn’t any better, you stand there in a long line for quite awhile. They NEED to move cars over if it isn’t ready and help the next person who has their prescription ready! If they just did that one thing they wouldn’t have long lines that don’t move. Please move cars over if it’s not ready, don’t just let them sit there.

I was getting a prescription filled, and the helpful gal behind the counter suggested something that saved us quite a lot of money. It took some doing, but she was patient and persistent and got it done. Her name was Monica. I don't know the name of the pharmacist there at the time, but she was very helpful too in calling the doctor and getting the prescription changed. Employees like this are very valuable for a company to have when dealing with the public.

Horrible Customer Service - I have an S3 card from United Healthcare Medicare which allows you to buy OTC products. Walgreens is an accepted provider and yet no one in the store knew how to ring it up. The card clearly said if it didn't work at the register to enter the card number manually - but the store manager refused to even try. This is the only Walgreens in town, I'd hate to be stuck living here and have that kind of service.

I ordered photos online and paid for them. The machine was down so I had to wait 3 days for them. Which was fine. When I went to pick them up one was scratched. So they told me they would redo it. She try 3 times and it was the same. So they had to call the tech to get the machine fixed again. Never heard back. Went back in today and it was a different lady. She proceeded to argue with me on my order, she couldn’t find it, wasn’t under my phone number. I had to resubmit it for the 3rd time. I would have went somewhere else but I had already paid $60 for the metal print. I won’t be getting an speciality items through them again.

So this message is coming from me and my friend Mystical who shop there all the time. Old? Silver-haired lady. We know who you are talking about..but always very friendly to us. So old? Probably coming from someone who still lives with his parents and still need to teach him some manners. Everyone is extremely nice when we go shopping here.

No pharmacist on staff multiple times, I understand staffing issues, but please stopping putting prescriptions back. I have been there three times for the same prescription and it's not ready for one reason or another. And now it's put back, again.

I shop at this store quite often and always get the BEST customer service anywhere. The staff in the photo shop have helped me with photography projects, the girls in cosmetics help me find a makeup that really helped my skin problems. If there is a line they page I see 3 and right away another person helps get people checked out. This is my all-time favorite store. I especially love the holiday coupons to save on holiday cooking. Well done!

80% of products are not located near their price. You need to check barcodes next to the price before you get to the register.I have a very hard time convincing them to go look at the price to see that a sale is happening. I did that today and found out that their entire stock for that product was 3 spots away from the sticker.The clerk was rude, I left without a purchase.Would not recommend going here unless you have no other choices.

The pharmacists at Spearfish, SD, have always been especially friendly and helpful. I am unable to travel to the store due to my at-risk situation. Therefore, I want to thank the ones who have included items I have needed besides my prescriptions in my FedEx package.

This pharmacy's hours are garbage...Open at 10am, closes at 6pm, closed on Saturday and Sunday???....Your competition opens 2 hours earlier, closes 2 hours later and is open on the weekends...Are you guys a pharmacy, or a 7/11?... Literally takes days to fill a prescription, and an hour in line to pick it up...Time to move to pharmacy that wants my business... Walgreens corporate is not committed to the Spearfish community.

Was waiting in pharmacy line for over half an hour. I get up to the window and they’re closed for “lunch”. Mind you I live an hour away and my prescription was sent to THIS Walgreens. I’m not very impressed, therefore that’s why I’m leaving this review.

Takes them 4 hours to fill a prescription, Boyd’s takes 30 minutes max. I would definitely recommend not using this pharmacy

Standard drugstore Pharmacy and photo printing kiosk. Sometimes it's a little understaffed and can take awhile to get checked out if there's only one or two cashiers working.
